Great customer service by David! Called T-Mobile numerous times for help with an issue only for David to fix it in person in minutes. Thanks so much! This location is not close to me but I will return to this one for anything I need in the future!

An outstanding experience in every way. Cyrus gave us such great customer service! He took almost two hours in helping five of us transfer our family account from Verizon to T-Mobile. He set up every phone, including two new ones, and patiently answered every question. I recommend Cyrus and this T-Mobile store without reservation!

Terrible customer service. Went in to complete an exchange and the blonde girl at the counter tried her absolute hardest NOT to help me. Even went as far as telling me that she couldnt look up a receipt. As soon as the manager came out, there was no problem. Imagine that!Highly recommend just asking for the manager from the beginning of walking into this location. The staff seems to have 0 intention of actually being helpful.

Horrible first David change my plan when I just need to have the Sim card move over to the new phone and then today I went in to have my the same thing done and they could not do it and then would not even give me a Sim card to do it at home if you need something done dont go to this store terrible they just trying to get money out of you and sign paper that dont need to be sign to

Cyrus was really friendly and attentive to our needs for phones and really helped us out deciding what we wanted. He wasn’t just a sales guy he really paid attention to what our needs were and made us both feel comfortable. I would defiantly recommend the store. David was also very interactive and informative as well.

I’d give this store no stars if I could. I switched to TMobile and they told me they’d pay off my old phone with another carrier and give me an iPhone on them. Well they took my old phone never paid it off. Never sent any record of it being given to them to corporate. Never put the promotion in For the free iPhone. The customer service number had to fix their mistake and now the manager Joseph is lying saying I never gave him my old phone. So now I’m paying for a phone he took. And he refuses to give me the phone number of his general manager. Go to a different store to assist you!

Waited in line 30 minutes. My suggestion would be for an employee to check with customers as they get in line to find out the depth of what they need like Sprint did. After 30 minutes of waiting found out they did not have a screen protector for a Note 9, nor could they order one. The employee suggested I order from Amazon. Disappointed with my first encounter with T Mobile. Second visit to this particular location I was greeted when I walked in the door. +1 in stars. My visit went downhill after that. I came back with the screen protector from Amazon as I was told by the male employee they would install it. The female that greeted me stated she could not install the screen protector since I didnt buy it at T Mobile. The employee then said she would install it but would not be responsible if the install was not done right. While removing the film to install, she handled it getting fingerprints on both sides. Also would not take back two brand new phones that were never used and I wanted them removed from my plan. Done!

David did an amazing job showing me the best options in my situation. I had a cracked screen and very minimal space on my phone and was trying to see if I should just get a new phone or fix the screen and buy more storage. We decided it was time for me to upgrade and I am very happy with the services David provided as well as my new phone!

My wife and I had the best experience weve ever had with T-Mobile thanks to David at the Warner/Val Vista location.Most of our experiences with T-Mobile promotions have been stressful and difficult with the inevitable phone call to customer service to fix something... but not this time! David was super knowledgeable and extremely helpful getting our new 4 phone package plus add-a-line handled, he even stayed an hour past closing to help make sure it was all complete.We financed 4 new phones, traded in 2, added a line and David managed it all professionally while still answering all my pestering questions about other stuff I wanted to learn about . For the first time ever, I walked out of a phone store happy without any nagging to-do list.Thank you David and T-mobile!

David was awesome! He was very informative about the different phones and plans and showed us ways to save a lot of money on our bill. Weve had the plan for a while and no representative weve ever spoken to had told us how our current plan was costing us so much extra per month. Now we have better service for less money. Awesome service: attentive, efficient and knowledgeable were the staff. How could there possibly be any complaints? These guys did there job with conviction and technological aptitude, but most importantly they expressed courtesy. I recently switched to T-Mobike from Verizon with a family of 5 and the employees at this store welcomed us with open arms and could not have made the switch easier, which is not an easy task. More specifically, David was the one that took care of us and did all the leg work. He was extremely helpful and attended to all our questions and went above and beyond to address our needs. T-Mobile feels much more like a family environment than does Verizons corporate, bottom line type attitude.

Oooof! Let me just say, coming in here made me glad I have Verizon. Went in with my girlfriend to get her phone upgraded, they essentially did everything they could to not sell us a phone. I honestly don’t think it was the actual employees fault, but more of corporate issues that seemed to suck the life out of the place. I thought Halloween was over, place was a graveyard!

I was on a fam plan w/ TMobile and was going to get an upgrade. Upon arrival two young men greeted us as if they were security gaurds of a high security building yet it was empty and they stated we could only enter if we wore masks or we could try to trade my phone in w/ customer service, wait for the package and send my old phone back (I didnt even know what new phone I wanted AND wanted to switch to Android). I frankly dont feel comfortable with wearing a mask either for various reasons and and dont appreciate the lack of respect shown for those who elect to not wear a mask. I immediately left and called Verizon knowing they had better service already, but was determined if I could enter without wearing a mask that I would immediately start my own plan with Verizon. Luckily they answered right away and reassured me I did not have to wear mask. They smoothly transitioned me over w/ a plan and new phone (Something I was dreading b/c it always felt like a was buying a brand new car- there goes my whole day 🙄).My favorite part was seeing customers and employees exercising their right to both wear and not wear masks in the Verizon store.❤️🇺🇸Verizon reps were respectful, fast, easy and very kind. **BTW not bashing any of the TMobile reps, I know its nothing you guys decided on. I know how it feels to be yelled at by someone who doesnt understand how things work in corporations(Very frustrating and rude). I understand whether you agree or not you are forced to wear masks and force others too as well. Sorry guys💔Transfer over to Verizon!!!

Went in to take advantage of adding a line and getting an iPhone deal, already had added the line and had the SIM card just needed the phone since this location was the only one that had it. Had my authorized user go in and instead of doing what was asked they added a 2nd line to my account which I did not authorize but did so to get an activation. So basically did not do what was asked and caused me to pay for a line that wasn’t in use. Thanks for that your better off using the website or calling customer service for help...might be time me and my 10 lines (which was getting ready to add more) start looking to go elsewhere.

Chloe was rude and kept getting confused at what I was trying to say. I kept telling her I was upgrading and adding lines and she could not keep it straight. Then when she called customer service she was bragging to the person on the other line that last night was her birthday and that she was late for work today because she was out all night and hungover. I asked questions about why I was paying a deposit on a phone when I had been a customer for a long time and had never paid a deposit. She told me, “it’s always been this way. I’ve been her 8 months.” I told her I have been with T-Mobile for 10+ years. She could keep track of how many phones I was buying and then told me to “Hurry up tell me what phones so she could go in back and get them. I have never had such rude customer service in my life. I have never been treated so badly by anyone in any T-Mobile store ever. It will be a cold day in you know where before I ever go into that store again.

I may have had a new employee and as for the employee that was directly handling me he was great. His co worker on the other hand named Carlos was horrible. Ive gone into this location before and had issues with Carlos attitude. He is not friendly or approachable whatsoever. He is a shorter male with glasses heavier set. I will avoid this T-Mobile as best as possible because I do not want to see how Carlos is with customers. I would hate to have to work with someone like Carlos. I felt bad for my sales associate because he wasnt sure about some things so he would ask Carlos and Carlos did NOT want to help him out it seemed. He was very rude to his co worker. This is not ok. My rating is based off the multiple times Ive come and had a personal experience and/or seen how Carlos is with customers and co workers.

The staff is very courteous and will answer all your questions. And Juan is very helpful.

No customer service. Five employees, 4 customers. One employee just chatting to the others while ignoring us. He did speak to the other customers that already were being helped but ignored us for 15 minutes as we stood in the middle of the store. Not once did he ask what we needed today. All we needed was a nano SIM which took us a few minutes at the next TMobile that we went to. Erik at the TMO on AZ Ave and Warner greeted us as we entered and asked what we needed. He took care of us right away.

Sales people use sales tactics to sell phones without proper business knowledge. They dont even know what the phrase out the door means. They think this is the out of pocket cost or price you pay today. I explained to the sales person that it means the total cost of goods or services including taxes etc. He argued and said i was wrong. WHAT EVER

Everytime I go to this tmobile there is a wait, usually like 20 minutes at least. They never apologize for the wait either, they just act like its no big deal. I have had to come back 3 times now to get 1 phone because they failed to explain the whole process to me. Now I just want to drop off my old phone and I have to wait. Ill just go to the one in Tempe that always has prompt, friendly service.

Bought 2 new phones at this location. We left our old phones there so they could transfer our info over. When I came back to pick them up, they had deleted all my contacts from both phones and said there was nothing they could do to get them back. I will never go here again.
