Very nice variety of all generations of video games and consoles. Only lacking in GameCube games but everyone is lacking in GameCube games so it’s not a big deal. If you like collecting or existing with video games, this place is great.

What a great game store! This was my first time here. They pretty much have everything you need. Great selection of games, magazines and old and new games. Will definitely return. And the staff is very friendly.

I bought some Switch games from them and theyre fine and in decent condition. The OG Xbox selection is horribly lacking and whats worse is that some of them have printed .jpg cover art. For being one of the few game stores in Gilbert, I say go here. Just make sure the covers are real and to clean the games, since PS2 and Xbox games are so nasty when bought used.

This is the second store to the main store which is on hardy and Broadway. The staffer was really friendly and conversed about another game store in town with me. Smaller selection but very clean and well organized.

If I had to choose a best gaming store in town, this location is my favorite. The selection of rare games is the best, the staff are the best, and the support staff are the best.

The Gaming Zone is awesome! At the beginning of Quarantine, I wanted a Super Nintendo to keep me busy and play the classics. They gave me an awesome deal and I got Super Mario, Megaman X, and they even through in a bonus game for free! Amazing customer service. Playing Super Mario took me back to my childhood and it’s been great to pass the time playing it! I will be back for sure!!! Thanks Gaming Zone!

This place is the best! They have the friendliest staff and they always help me find the exact games that I need! This is the newer location of the gaming zone. I love that there’s 2 locations now and it makes it so much easier for me to head to either location to pick up new games!

The store owners and staff are very knowledgeable on retro games (unlike a lot of stores ice been too that mostly just know about PS3/360). Prices are fair and they carry batteries and other replacement parts to fix your older systems. There are a few arcade games but this location is more about buying and selling games. If you cant find something at the Tempe store it might be here. I like to stop in whenever Im in the area.

There are not that many places left to get video games anymore. Luckily this place is awesome and has just about every game you could ever think of for every console in history. They also sell accessories and toys and the staff is awesome and friendly.

I am so excited that The Gaming Zone is now open in Gilbert!! So close to my house!! The store is clean, well-organized and the employees are always so courteous. I was able to find some rare games that I’d been looking for for YEARS! The selection is great, I’m loving all the old school games. Oh btw they have a Guitar Hero arcade!! How awesome is that?! Nice shop! The guy at the counter was helpful too. Was happy to pick up a 3rd pty GC controller for $15. Buying retro game is a bit pricey at the moment (due to the pandemic I would imagine.) especially for the classics. Heads-up! I also snagged a pre-owned copy of Paper Mario (Nin Switch) here @ $49.99 & was slightly disappointed to see Walmart sells it new for the same price.

This isnt just a good place to buy games, its a local shop that also allows you to buy a good friendship with other customers and employees alike. The workers are actual gaming enthusiasts and have a passion for preserving and selling a wide variety of retro games such as the NES, PS2 and even to current console generation games such as a PS4 or Switch. Im looking forward to buying some retro games and giving the Tempe location a visit.

Great video game store, they carry new and old games but definitely worth it for their rare and collector items. All games I purchase in great coditioms and no issues. Employees are regular gamers so great advice when just looking for something new.

This place is simply the best, they would regularly host fighting game tourneys and will help you find any obscure game or thing if it’s possible. Please don’t listen to any 1 star reviews this place is really a 5 star experience. Go spend your money here there dudes are the real deal.

This shop is very well maintained with video games at eye level so you won’t have to bend over for the hard to reach glass displays most stores use.The staff is very nice and this is the best new and old video game store in Phoenix.

Found Pokemon Emerald here yes!!!. Have GameCube, Nintendo 64s, and all modern consoles. Have old strategy guides, clean display cases, and even a few arcade machines. Looking for some nostalgia, this is the place.
