Awesome service! I traded in my console recently because of my switch to PC and the man working was super helpful and nice even with how chaotic it can get sometimes in there.

This whole city was full of friendly people but game stop went above and beyond to find the exact game my son wanted and gave us directions to the next closest game stop that had it! So thankful my son is no longer asking for that game! ❤️

Chris is as rude and incompetent as any gamestop employee I have ever experienced and that is saying something. If he had an ounce of self awareness he would recognize that those pained laughs are his customers telling him to shut up and finish the transaction...

Great GameStop location. Ive worked for GameStop in the past and shopped at a multitude of locations but this one might be one of the best Ive ever regularly shopped at. Every employee Ive interacted with here has been awesome. Never made me feel like just another potential statistic for them. Especially the store manager Erik. As long as Erik is running the show here, I will be a customer.

I love coming to this store. They have a great selection of used games but the biggest factor are the employees that work here. They are some of the most awesome and amazing associates Ive ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Im probably one of those annoying customers that talk too much but everyone here has been nothing but kind with me. Customer service goes a long way for me as far as whether or not I return to a business and this location is certainly one I will continue to frequent.

Save your time and don’t bother coming to this location. I’ve tried coming to this location twice and they turned me away. The store did not have one customer both times and explained I wanted multiple items and still didn’t not care....

I’ve been too plenty of game stops and honestly this location has the best customer service. The female game stop representative was amazingly patient with us and she went above and beyond to help us. Their knowledge at the store was also impressive. Usually when I go in there and ask a few questions about different older games it’s a rush rush rush to get us in and out but she took her time explaining our different options and bc if this we will deft only be going to this location.

I took my seven year old grandson. The store was busy but he was helped choosing games by a wonderful female associate. She was very kind and didnt talk down to him or direct her answers to me. I love it when children are treated as equals!

Great Service and Warm Hospitality (for a gamer place)

I would give this one star if it wasnt for the first employee that helped me. The young man greeted me nicely and gave me great advice about other locations that would have the items I was looking for. Then one of the other workers came back from his break and when I asked the older gentleman about the retro games on GameStops website and how they are displayed despite the lack of availability, he told me, Oh they probably just do that to tease you. Just like you girls have always teased us. Truthfully I expected better from him, but now I know better than to set foot in this store again unless I want to deal with the same sort of belittling harassment a second time.

Great selection of games not a big fan of pricing or trade in value but do like the selection would never trade in anything unless I absolutely had to their store is kind of tight so not very much Room to move around in in a way its kind of like going into a hoarders house But thats like most gamestops in general

This location has been my neighborhood store for over a year. I have attended a few midnight releases, performed cash and credit trades, and made purchases in this store several times. The customer service is always friendly here and not overbearing like a lot of other locations. The staff is knowledgeable with acute recommendations, applicable suggestions and I am always met with good convorsation that is able to be broken at my convienence. I would go a decent way out of the way for this location.

My brother, 22 years old, and I, 20 years old, stopped by Gamestop so I could buy For Honor. When buying it they carded not only me, but also my brother. My brother wasnt buying anything so he didnt bring his wallet because there was no need. Since my brother, whom wasnt buying anything, didnt have his ID, I wasnt allowed to buy a rated M game, even though I had my listener in me proving I was of legal age. So it turns out if you want to buy a rated M game, everyone that comes into the store with you must also be of age and have their ID with them, which is ridiculous.

One of the best locarions. Customers are always first here! Always friendly and helpful. Always glad to shop for games, and never feel stupid.

Stopped by with my girl to pick up a copy of anytime we put on hold the day before. I asked the guy behind the counter for the game and he said he took the game off hold because we didnt come in the same day. He was very rude and just flat out mean. He then refused to sell the game to us because my girl didnt bring her ID, and we are both clearly no where close to being under 18. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Should be fired!

This is an OK location. Very small and found on both occasions that they did not have the games I was looking for. All that said they are very helpful and friendly.

By far my favorite GameStop in the area. Great staff and a very organized, clean store with tons of goodies to look through!

Terrible customer service, employees are rude and condescending. Selection is so-so. Return policy is the absolute worst. I guess if you want to pay more for something and dont want to wait for it to arrive in the mail, still dont go here, go to Walmart. At least at Walmart you have return options. I look forward to the day the internet puts these guys out of business.Dont be a sucker, shop for your game stuff elsewhere.

Good Store

There is always Cons to going to Gamestop.-They are a joke with trade ins. Craigslist that game.-They are always pushing their gamestop card and now their credit card.But this location is one of the better ones when it comes to customer service. They know their stuff and gice good suggestions when asked.You could do a lot worse.
