Mike is the manager at Kay jewelers at Santan mall. He’s really nice and helpful and he cleaned and fitted a family heirloom for us on the spot. The store has been recently remodeled and it’s gorgeous. Nice job Kay jewelers
I have shopped at the Kay Jewelers at San Tan Mall several times. It is the best location in the east valley by far. The manager Mike and his staff always go the extra mile to make sure you are happy.
Staff here is great! They have the most caring and attentive staff weve worked with during our process of looking for an engagement ring.Nora was super sweet and helped my girlfriend find her dream ring and it was within budget!

From the moment I walked in Angelina acknowledged me and began to help me on my journey of exchanging a private party purchased ring from Kay, for the perfect ring my fiancé wanted. Angelina was patient, informative and even threw in her personal opinion here & there when necessary. The ring I was looking for was not in store but she was able to locate it at the Chandler store and made sure it was transferred to Gilbert the next day. She never made me feel pressured, rushed, nor did she minimize me for needing to exchange a ring I bought from someone else. Overall I am very happy with her professionalism and sense of humor with my ordeal.
My wife brought her ring her and now 3 months later it is still not ready. They say her finger is so small and the ring (that we originally had Kay’s also make) is in platinum so it’s just taking longer. Today we got an email “your ring is ready for pick up” - oops email was an accident it still isn’t ready. Next time go to another jeweler as Kays is not doing a good job at all
Saved $30 by having Kay Jewelers change my watch battery vs Fast Fix down the way. Thx again for charging a reasonable price of $14 to change my watch battery! Fast Fix was $44 plus tax. 😳

I did not buy anything today but I wanted to thank the team working there. I went in with my boyfriend to look at rings just to get an idea...a long story short...we spent over an hour and a half or so...I don’t have the card with the associates name as my boyfriend kept it but he was so kind and touched base on sizes, cut, clarity, etc...and just allowed me to try on as many rings as I wanted knowing I wasn’t buying that day. I know he was probably ready for lunch or a break but he didn’t seemed rushed at all and I really appreciated that. As far as customer service I received today it was a 5.
Had a great experience shopping for my 35th wedding anniversary ring. We went to another jewelry store because it was first on the walkway. I wanted to change some stones in the rings I found from diamonds to amethyst, because I like the purple color and contrast with the diamonds. Each time I was told, we cant really do that. I was very disappointed .We went to Kay Jewelers, the same store that let me customize another ring 9 years ago. Again they were very happy to help me customize a ring and help find the perfect ring within minutes. I also needed my old ring repaired and they gladly helped me with that.After purchasing the new ring, I received an email with my receipt, a picture of my old ring being repaired and a picture of my new ring being sent to be customized. I cant wait to see them.Thank you so much Kay Jewelers for a great experience again!
Used to love this place, bought jewelry from here many times before. Today Friday March 29th I walked in and the lady right away seemed like she wanted nothing to do with me. Short answers and seemed like no real interest in helping me at all. I love Kay Jewelers, but the terrible service turned me off for good. Hire better employees.
I am actually surprised to see a 3.1 rating for this location. I dealt with Jennifer and Joshua and two other sales people. The service was outstanding.I know that the service was, because I am a business owner and I received a five-star customer service experience just like the one I give to my customers. I will definitely recommend this location to my family friends and associates. Great job guys keep up the good work and Ill be back in the new year wink wink
Jeff is a watch genius! Came in looking to have batteries replaced on a rather unique peice. Jeff was not only incredibly knowledgeable, but worked on the watch with the care and skill thats rare to find now days. Thank you Jeff! And well see you again soon!
Jennifer and Jessica are the people to see! They will go above and beyond for you. They have great service and awesome knowledge. Jennifer was so kind to rush my wedding rings back 2 days before my wedding. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of the manager.

Great in-store service; but whenever I call with an inquiry the staff is rude and curt - phone customers can become in-store customers just as easily as walk-ins. Please treat us with respect.

Dont know why other reviews were negative. I bought my wedding band here 4 years ago. They were very helpful and friendly. Today we took my tungsten ring back to exchange it for a smaller size (the metal cannot be resized) and everything was fast and efficient.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE!!! The quality is inferior and they do not stand behind there products. I purchased a diamond band made by Neil Lane and the first ring I received after sizing had to be returned to the store 4 times as the diamonds kept falling out randomly. The first return took place less than a month after I picked up my ring. During the course of the third return, they attempted to charge me for the repair. When the diamonds fell out for the 4th time they FINALLY replaced the ring which I had to wait 8 weeks to get. Now here I am 7 months later, 2nd ring, and the diamonds have again fallen out of the ring and they are charging me for the repair. What a rip off! The manager was rude and acting like I was so out of line when I told them I didnt think I should have to pay the repair cost for a ring that is clearly of poor quality despite being very expensive. A male sales associate was even making faces at me behind my back in full view of my 13 yr old son. Horrible quality, Poor customer service and rude, rude, rude!!!!
Avoid Lynn. This lady is rude, condescending and sarcastic. When I inquired as to Kays recent issues with rings having diamonds stolen, I was told that if her jewelers wanted to steal they wouldnt take my diamond, theyd take one from the store. Then later after examining my ring she was stunned to learn it was certified. She was bossy, pushy and just overall rude. Unfortunately I have to return to the store to pick up my rings but that will be my last visit.

Very rude people working here. Acted like i was an inconvenience and stupid when i wasnt sure what kind of wedding ring i wanted yet. My engagement ring was ripped off my finger and shoved back on by the salesman there. Overall a very poor experience. Kays will not be getting my money any time soon.
