This location was an absolute dream send! I was so nervous to try on rings and the manager handled everything like it was a fairy tale! He seriously went above and beyond to work with my sister and I! He was professional, personable and it was the best experience! We popped in for a quick look and ended up spending 2+ hours there! Our time in the store felt like we were the only ones there at all!!! I am still over the moon about how great our experience was! Thank you Ed!
The deals Zales were running were amazing. Both my soon to be fiancé & I found gorgeous rings at an amazing price. So many different pieces of jewelry were on sale and of great quality. I feel they have something for everyone. Also the finance options they have are very affordable and extremely low interest, if any interest at all. Very satisfied.
Bought two rings here, one needed resized, and one was a custom order.Issue #1.There is an old lady who has absolutely no idea what is going on with anything working there. She sized my wife incorrectly and completely ignored that my wife already knew what size she was. The ring that had to be resized was incorrect so after waiting a couple weeks we now have an incorrectly sized ring and the old lady has been extremely rude over the entire situation.Issue #2.Our custom order is also incorrect (probably due to this same old bat lady) but theyre now saying they cannot do what was initially agreed upon. Not only that, but when asked what we can do to reprimand the situation this same old lady goes on to tell us that there is nothing she can do, only the manager can get in touch with our designer and hes not there and doesnt know when hell be back.Issue #3.They mixed up our order with another couples order, which if you understand the severity of breaching personal information thats a big deal and unnecessary paperwork had to be signed over a very incompetent mistake.Ill be returning everything Ive purchased here and I cant wait to see how they treat me for that. This is overall too many issues for somebody whos primary purpose is providing a great experience for couples who will be creating long term memories with their product. Terrible experience and I will make sure to recommend against it to anyone who asks where I get my wife her next rings.
I normally dont do reviews but this one I had to. I bought two rings one of them an engagement ring and bought the protection plan. My fiancee went in to get both rings sized and they did not assist on sizing her correctly and the rings are still to big. So today I went in to get them sized again and the Lady with black hair with the accent was very rude, and told me with out my fiancée being there they cant size correctly. I told her she was her before and that she messed the size up to begin with. They really need to overhaul the store and start fresh or let go the sales person that failed to do her job when my fiancee was there and today failed again to help me.
Super old lady was super cranky and had no customer service, she wasnt even helping us but found a way to go out of her way to be super rude and nit-picky. Other than her it was have been a nice experience.
Ed at San Tan Mall in Gilbert, AZ is simply the best! He is knowledgeable, patient and very friendly and considerate. He is what keeps bringing us back to that store!
The two working when I visited the store were great, they helped me look at multiple pieces of jewelry and since I hadnt measured my girlfriends wrist for a bracelet, the woman working out the bracelet on to compare what it would look like for me. Ended up buying the necklace I had been looking at because the bracelet was too big. Had they not been so helpful I would have gone home with a bracelet that was too big and would have had a much less enjoyable experience.
I could not have asked for a better experience. Ed knows how to treat people and exceeded my expectations that I had for a chain jewelry store. His thoughtfulness nearly brings tears when I recount my interactions to others. Thank you Ed and Jonathan for making a great week, even greater.
I have gotten lots of jewelry here. Sometimes Service sucks sometimes it’s really good. My fiancé buys all of my jewelry here as well. If they can find you a discount they will. Best advice to anyone who is shopping there have patients, they have protocols just like every other store and there’s only a couple people working at the store.
Store hours say they are opened until 10pm, Ive gone twice at 7pm and they were close. Very unprofessional
My husband buys all my jewelry here. He purchased my gorgeous engagement ring here and this past weekend he surprised me with letting me pick out a wedding band (I told him not to worry when we got married because the wedding and my engagement ring were so expensive). The manager helped us and she was great. The customer service is always awesome. We love this location.
The website says open. I drive down and they are closed. They sold us a broken chain and now the Tinker Bell necklace is gone. They won’t replace it but are not even open when they say they are to replace! Even the sign on the door says open. This store sucks!!
I went to make a return from an online purchase and get a larger stone for my ring, they were wonderful. There were many negative reviews for this location, but I witnessed friendly associates who acknowledged every person who walked in the door when they were with other customers and I was in and out within a few minutes.
I had a wonderful shopping experience, as always at Zales. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I exchanged a recent gift and they helped me find the perfect replacement.
No stars if Google would allow it. Zero, zilch, nada. So my family and I walked into the store. We saw a sign for Disney jewelry we were interested in. Firstly no one welcomed us nor said they would attend us shortly. My invisible spray must have worked really well becuase they were oblivious. Granted they were busy with only two attendants each with customers and a third employee shadowing for training purposes. Employees took their sweet time including one who appeared to be the manager. No people skills if you ask me. We waited approx 25 minutes and then left.
Online and their website states they are open I drive all the way from San Tan Valley to find out they are temporary closed?!? You really need to update online resources!!!

Do not shop at the San Tan Village location. I experienced the worst customer experience I have ever had in retail. False advertisement, very poor professionalism, no integrity, very rude and being lied to about 8 times while I was in there is what I went through.. I went in to buy a bracelet for my wife that we saw a few weeks ago and it was discounted down with a tag on it in the store. The employees refused to honor that sale and said that it was from their Mothers Day sale and they hadnt taken the discounted tags off the sales floor yet... Mothers day was 3 months ago... The sales guy then proceeded to lie to me and said the sale just ended and they were taking the discounted tags off of the sales floor right before I walked in (the mothers day sale actually ended the day after mothers day...3 months ago). After the sales guy gave me the new price which did not have the in-store discounted price, he then proceeded to tell me I would have to open a Zales card to get his new price he was giving me... I will shop at zales in the future since I have always received a great experience, I will just never be shopping at this location ever again, nor will any of my peers after they heard about my experience.
My fiancé and I both found our rings here, he got his ring and I found my wedding and engagement rings. The service was good, and I LOVE my ring.EDIT: Now that Ive had more than just the exciting engagement ring buying experience with this store, I can honestly say this Zales location is terrible.After I was married I took my ring in to have the engagement ring and wedding band soddered together. It took almost a month for me to get my ring back, and when I finally did, it was crooked! When I called to complain they were incredibly rude and told me to just take it to another location if I was unhappy. My husband was incredibly upset and called the corporate office, and apparently they have had a lot of problems at this location. For as long as Im living in Phoenix, I will be going to the location in Chandler. They are much nicer and pleasant to deal with.Additionally, the main diamond on my ring has already cone loose, and Ive only had it since September. As much as I love my ring, Im upset that this is already happening.If youre going to shop at Zales, do not go to the San Tan location.

Horrible customer service ordered a ring the first week of December it is now the 5th of January and the ring still hasnt been shipped. They dont seem to care that it takes way to long when you order. It said right on the website if you order before a certain date it would be here before Christmas. False they lie. Will never go back. Im really hoping to get it before my anniversary in March but Im not holding my breath.
Went to store to buy engagement ring and was guided toward the clearance items. Was told they are top of the line quality and great savings. At the agreement with my soon to be fiance; we chose a ring valued at $3200.00 on clearance for $1900 and bought it. It IS BEAUTIFUL, I must say. The engagement didnt work out as planned; in agreement with my now ex-fiance, we decided to sell and put procceds towards balance..... the ring is worth $500 anywhere you go..... dishonest in my opinion. Ring was purchased when gold was much lower, about 2 1/2 years ago and the gold and diamond lost all that value? They sold us a bill of no goods.... Be warned - dont fall into the trap we did. :-( Conclusion: If the diamond and gold lost $1400 of value (minus the labor to make, I get that) the quality can only be just above junk??
I went to the SanTan Village location with my boyfriend looking for engagement rings. We ended up buying them! Kassidy helped us throughout the whole way! She is not only an amazing person but a great worker! The only thing about the experience that wasn’t so good, was that she told us we could finance the ring for $25 a month until it was paid off, no interest. When we went to check out, that wasn’t the case. You have to pay off the rest in 12 months no interest. Even though this made me rethink buying the expensive ring, I will definitely be in again.
I don’t even want to give it one star. Terrible customer service. I unfortunately purchased ring here and specially order it last Aug. 31and finally got it Nov. 11 without any approzise for delaying. I called many times to check order status but they didn’t know why it’s delayed and what happened exactly. Also they don’t know how to follow up and never return call to me. I’m pretty sure I’ll never go back there.
When I went to find a ring to propose to my (now) wife they told me that all of the rings come with a lifetime warranty. The words come with sounds like you dont have to pay any extra money right? To them that is not the case. It cost me something like $150 extra bucks just for the lifetime warranty. The way that they dealt business was a little dishonest. I didnt like that. Everything else, the rings, service, was fine.
Open at 11 on Sundays like the rest of the mall. Other jewelers are and I walked into their store because you were closed. Lost a sale! Ive been coming to Zales for 5 years for my jewelry collection. Very disappointed!
I have always loved Zales. I alway referred people to them for great service til now. My ring has been at the jeweler for a month and still dont have it. When I got it sized up 1/2 size they messed up the guard. The solitaire isnt sitting centered and supposedly they cant see the issue. They havent kept in contact with me and basically said when I did talk to them that its my problem. After this Im done with them. Any upgrading I do will be through a different company.
Overpriced. Over rated. Definitely overcharged on warranty and sizing. Service associates could be nicer. We wont be back.

I dropped my ring off for a warranty repair over a month ago and still have not gotten it back. Ive gone into the Zales store 3 times now and each time they tell me different reasons as to why it has not arrived yet. So for over a month I have been ring less and having to pay for a basic repair even though the ring was covered by their warranty. This is the second time I have had to deal with Zales customer service and it gets worse everytime. Last time a prong holding the diamond down fell off so we had to send it in. After 3 weeks we receive the ring only to see it was never fixed. Then the employees just want to give me the corporate number and say I have to deal with them over the phone. Long story short their customer service is absolutely horrible, their warranty is a joke, and the employees have no remorse for their companies horrible business skills. Never again will I purchase another Zales product.
Ok First off this is about both Zales at San Tan Mall and Zales Online. I Loved the store itself the ladies and gentleman were great when we had questions or concerns. The problem is ZALES ONLINE...... Please be very wary of buying it through Zales Online. They lost my 300 Ring and couldnt find it but would not issue me a credit or order me a new one at Cost to me they dont deal with you face to face so they dont always care. So please feel free to go into the store and speak to Ashley she is wonderful and cares about your time. DO NOT GO THROUGH ZALES ONLINE....
I walked in and walked out. 1 cashier and she didn’t even look up and acknowledge I was there with my wife. What is it with people?
