What can I say best burger place in the West Coast.

Great fresh burger and Frys. Ordered a cheeseburger meal. It came with Frys and a drink. Portions were just right. Full but not stuffed. Order was prepared to eat in the truck.

Sean the gentleman that met me at my vehicle so very pleasant and I believe the gentleman that took my payment was Curtis absolutely fantastic customer service five stars for both of those gentlemen. Now my food on the other hand, how come it is that my French fries no matter what except, when I come in and order from the counter are they fresh, hot and crispy. Three times in the last 2 months I have gone through the drive thru, I live a mile and a half away. I no more get home put everything on a plate not only are they not hot theyre soggy like theyve been sitting around. For as busy as you all are I would think french fries should be always piping hot. So my only disappointment happens to be those not so good fries. 😟

I have eaten here several times and have never had a complaint. It is always clean, friendly and quick. This visit, I came in about 4:30 pm and there were tables and chairs and only one booth available. I chose a table and chairs while hubby placed the order, as the booth table had not been wiped down and there was stuff on the floor underneath the table. I saw a server come, wiping the tables down, but he missed that one and left it dirty. I left about 5:00 and the table STILL had not been wiped down, nor the area cleaned, 30 minutes later.I say all of this because it is so unusual to see a table/area unclean for more than 10 minutes when a customer leaves. And there is always someone wandering around to make sure everything is clean and in order. What a disappointment!

Great place. It was crazily busy and they got orders in and out quickly. Love the burgers. We are huge fans of animal style and protein style! The fries are so delicious when they are warm. Love the company and the food!

Love this location. The line at an in-and-out is usually a pain, but the dual lane and wrap around the large parking lot works well here and makes it an easy stop. The food has always been consistent and I’ve always had friendly and courteous interactions with the staff. Kudos to the workers here. This location is my number one preference. Thanks to the staff and management.

Not a long wait time for my food and its always super delicious. Theres always a seat waiting for me to use. They have outdoor seating, too if thats your jamPersonally, I get the hamburger with fries and a strawberry milkshake. Fills me right up and doesnt fall when it comes to taste. I get my burger animal style because thats the only way you should have it ;)I usually like to bring my friends and we have a great time going there! They also give you free In-N-Out hats if you ask for one

I went twice in a week and both times burgers were really good and fresh. Fries are good but they do get cold quickly so I would suggest eating them first. The drive thru line was fast but it went by quickly. Shakes are good but milky so if you dont like milky stuff, I would suggest not getting it.

I personally, would rate this a 5 star, but others in my family would say 4. I give this a 5 because of cleanliness, freshness of food, fast service, and amazing menu. The wait at this place looked long on the drive thru so we went inside instead. It was fast and friendly, and very clean. We got our food within 2-3 minutes of waiting and we’re out like that. When we opened the bag, it smelled fresh, looked fresh, and tasted amazing. It looks exactly like it’s advertised and tasted even better. Sitting in the car eating we noticed the drive thru went extremely quick, but we were glad we went inside! My family did not like the fries because they are used to over greasy and weird fries. But I loved them! We are from the East Coast, so I won’t be back anytime soon, but whenever I’m in the area, this is where I will come!!

My husband ordered a protein style cheese burger for me and this is what they gave him. Doesn’t seem right

Absolutely obsessed with the Animal styles burger and fries. Im originally from here but my husband isnt. I had him try their burger and now hes more in love then I am 😂 Two of the special burgers only come out to 7$. Its cheap and they are really fast

The line is always insane in the drive through, so we go inside most of the time. The few times weve hit the drive through, we instantly realized it was a mistake, haha.Prices have gone up, which is disappointing. We used to always go and be pleasantly surprised by how affordable it was, but last time we went the price of a double double was about $1.50 higher than before, bringing it to a pretty regular fast food price.

We had a #1 Double Double Combo & Cheeseburger - Animal Style & Protein Style and it was great. The line moved very quickly and was one of the best lettuce wrapped burgers we had in a while.

Excellent place for a treat meal. The menu is simple, burgers, fries, shakes and sodas. Easy to figure out and enjoy.

This is our favorite go to hamburger restaurant. The dining area is always clean and well maintained. The servers are friendly. This is the only hamburger sandwich that I can truly describe as a dining experience, when I bite into my sandwich I receive the full flavor in each bite. The bun is the same size as the burger when I bite I get the full experience of meat, bun and toppings.

I really wish I remembered I was lactose intolerant before I had that vanilla shake. It was pretty great though.Is it just me or is In N Out the only place where the fries start out long and get shorter over time? Maybe work on that?

The food is always fresh and the prices are cheap. These are the metrics you rate these burgers compared to others. In n Out is TOP.

We came here on Sunday, May 23 after a horrible experience across the street at Brio Grill. Brio Grill was A dirty restaurant with a straw wrappers on the floor, crumbs on the seat and garbage on the rug runners.We walk across the street to you guys, and it was of course and again amazing. Great burgers. Great service. And we didn’t have to pay an arm and a leg. Just goes to show never underestimate the service and the quality of food at a fast food restaurant versus some over priced swanky place that can’t even keep its tables and rugs cleaned.I will always love In N’ Out!

I love In-N-Out, and I normally would rate them 5/5. But this location for some reason, their burgers seems to be hard, may be theyre over cooked. In addition their fries are also similar to can fries as described by my son. This is because the fries are not tasty, and breaks as if they were fried 3 hours ago. Otherwise, the place is clean and their staff are very nice. Sorry!!

After years of great service from In&Out Burger they finally messed up my order...and you know how difficult it is to get back in line or find a place to park during lunch time...I ordered 2 burgers, but in all fairness to them, told the cashier at the drive thru that I needed them cooked well done. When I found a parking space in an adjacent lot to chow down with my friend we discovered that one burger had NO BURGER AT ALL🤔;-(THEY DID MAKE IT RIGHT AND APOLOGIZED BUT THAT WAS 20 MIN LATER...we will still go back, of course...so make sure to CHECK your order carefully.

Order frys for the kids Get home kids start eating they start complaining...... the frys are over salted like alot salt. Plus black sprinkles on the frys. Is this a joke on me? Arent your frys have to have almost no salt?

That was the best In and Out Ive ever had and Ive been eating DDs since I was a kid. I ordered Double Double, no tomato, grilled onions, extra extra spread, extra cheese and extra toast. It was perfect! Thank you to who ever cooked and assembled my order. Thank you 🤤

Good burgers but poor customer service. Not worth going to a place run by teenagers with zero ability to give any level of customer service. There a plenty of places with good burgers around Gilbert to not have to put up with long longs and poor service and teens with no work ethic or ability to think for themselves. None of these employees deserve the minimum wage we offer and certainly not what they are proposing we raise it too, zero incentive to learn skills and customer service.

In and Out has some of the best hamburgers and the staff is always friendly and helpful. They have a lot of options that arent on the menu like adding chilis to your burger, which is a personal favorite.A tip, if the store is busy opt for the drive thru. In my experience it takes priority and is quicker than going in.

1st time as they are not in MN that I know of. Excellent, and the lettuce and tomato were so tasty and fresh. I recommend the double cheese. Awesome!

One of the best fast food restaurants in AZ! Cheap and very delicious. I have never gotten my order wrong here before.

Horrible I never eat there and the one time I decided, Jacqueline J. Was a rude, unhelpful and glared at me with spiteful eyes the entire time. Now I dont eat there because I dont like the fries and paying 12$ a meal, of course the price is like that everywhere so why bother but... That just confirmed I will never eat there or at anyone of them again even if purchased for me by someone else. I ordered 2 animal style, whatever that is, one wrapped in lettuce and a normal burger. There order was complete but substantially lacked customer service from Jacqueline. I had to asked a total of three people for a glass for water. I dont remember her name or the male co-worker that also heard and responded but even they were more helpful and polite than Jacqueline.

Line was long but went fast.

Burger was ok, fries were ok and fries should be easy to get right. I give it a 5 overall only because I was really hungry at the time.

They’re always quick even if it’s a line it goes by, I love that you can see them in action making the food. I’m always doing a ton of orders and they’re nothing but patient while I get a family of 8 sorted out. When it’s too busy they have someone outside taking orders

These guys put the fast in fast food! There was a line wrapped around the entire parking lot and I would have waited 3 times as long as I actually waited (about 20 minutes with 50 cars in front of us) because of how good this food was. Not only that but it was incredibly affordable for fast food. The burgers are fresh the fries are fresh chopped there is a big window you can look into and see the kitchen in full swing as you pull up to get your food from the drive through. It looks like a well oiled machine in there as fast and efficient as everyone was working. I cant say enough about how impressed I was by the place. It is no wonder they have been around for more than 80 years!

Its In-N-Out and its consistently fresh, fast and worth waiting in line for. I would have given them a five but there was no enforcement of the local mask mandate which compromises all of us. Please mask up!!
