This place was packed this morning, the workers were moving so quickly to get orders filled. The line was moving fast and I got to the front quickly. The selection of donuts were creative yet simple. The location was cozy and placed in a high traffic area. The donuts were fresh and tasted amazing! Everyone was friendly and the place was clean. The drink options were pretty broad. Overall this place is a 5 star

I will never return to this location. Looks like a piece of plastic was cut and fell in my kids drink. I took a sip and it cut my tounge. YOUR VERY LUCKY MY CHILD DIDNT SWALLOW THIS SHARP PIECE OF PLASTIC. I hope this was a mistake you lost a frequent customer.

I feel like they make the best donuts in town and the prices are great too!!! They also make breakfast sandwiches, smoothies, teas, and coffees. You cant go wrong when you make a stop at Bosa in the morning. You will also be hero to your co-workers if you bring in some Bosa donuts to go around. I know I am!

I walk in, its just me, no other customers... I say to the lady, a dozen assorted please, just NO Maple... She says whuu? I repeat my self 2 more times, she nodded but looked confused, so I say it differently ANYTHING BUT MAPLE, please she replies ok maple I assume that ment she understood... Nope see photo, extra maple that no one likes in our family lol... Oh well trash can treats I guess.

Really glad they were open Christmas Day! They had maple bacon donuts! I loved the Pina colada smoothie with boba! They also have shaved ice.

Ordered coffee and donuts. Paid for it with my card. After it was paid for the girl realized oh we dont have any coffee. She didnt offer to make any she just gave me cash back.

Is there a better donut shop then Bosa! I dont think so. They are always super helpful and give amazing suggestions especially when youre going in for a work meeting and lets face it i dont know what most peoples favorites are. I always love going here for my daughters teachers, doctors and my family of course.

I ordered 3 sandwiches 2 turkey with cheese one with the toppings on the side, and one rost beef and cheese. Once I got back to the hospital I am working at and open the turkey sandwich there was no meat just bread. I called them to let them know they messed up on my order and they started arguing with me. Then said we will give you a free sandwiche if you want to come back and get it. I only have so long for lunch like most people and I was unable to drive back.

A high-end donut shop in my opinion. A much larger selection than most traditional donut shops. Lots of varieties of muffins, cake donuts and smoothies. They also have a good selection of breakfast sandwiches. The only missing...kolaches that are common in Texas.

Bosa is a great chain for donuts. This one is above average for donut size.

Ok on the good side doughnuts are great, BUT waiting in line not six feet apart, three young kids kept going in the cooler dropping the drinks on the floor and putting them back. The staff should of said something to their dad. Place was crowded. We waited at least 15 minutes to get served. Had to wait husband wanted doughnut.

I ordered a boba and a dozen donuts, I paid for a boba and a dozen donuts, the girl behind the counter seemed SUPER annoyed that I ordered boba, and then I waited for 15 minutes for them to make the drink, and when they finally brought it out, it was a regular drink.I don’t mind if there’s no boba or you don’t want to make one, but I paid for something, was given attitude for ordering it, and then got something a good $2 cheaper than the thing I paid for. Super disappointing.

So many choices!! Donuts, sandwiches, lots of tea & coffee choices, other drinks. My husband loves Thai Tea, and to be able to get that and donuts for our daughter, made his day! This place was very busy, so your know the locals love it!

Cannot lie I am addicted to the ice coffee! I was having it delivered, but decided to see what the ladies where up to in person.I found two very busy bees ready to full fill your order! They are following all CDC guidelines despite how little the shop is and are patient with YOU despite they way I have seen people treat them. I dont know how this place stays in business charging as little as they do. Its almost as if they have a good and/or fair pricing model, and the rest of the world has fallen to the perils of greed. A slice of truth and love in an ocean of corruption.

So hard to pick a favorite doughnut from here, but top 3 would be: original glazed, the crumble, and the apple fritter. But also their buttermilk... And the crumble one with apple filling too. You see the problem. Theyre all good. So are their breakfast sandwiches.

Bosa donuts are hands down my most favorite place for donuts! Theyre always so fresh and soft, the staff is always so friendly, and they always have my favorites stocked. Ive only encountered them being sold out of a certain flavor one time. And, the donuts are nice and big!

Ive gone in several times and the service and quality are always excellent! Some of their donuts are unbeatable. Their wide selection seems to change often and the flavors are incredible! Id highly recommend them for anyone with a sweet tooth. Prices are great and location is decent!

Probably the one of the best, if not the best donut shop I have been to in the valley, and I consider myself a donut connossuer. The prices are very reasonable, great selection, and the donut holes are super cheap and pretty good too. Definitely my first place I go for a donut.

A full figured woman white with dyed red hair and black rimmed glasses was working with what appeared to be her teenage daughter. They were preparing food for a young couple and their child. No body else was there. I waited about 5 minutes as they ignored me, never greeted me or said i will be with you in a minute. Finally so I could get there attention and get them to talk to me I opened and closed the door a few times. Finally I got their attention and she scolded me by telling me to get away from the door. Honestly I believe they were hoping I would leave. I believe anybody that comes thru that door should be greeted with a welcome to Bosa Ill be with you in a minute. I would have been happy and understanding. After waiting so long I was not leaving without donuts. I have never been treated like that at that Bosa or any Bosa donut shop before. I normally leave a generous tip, but the only tip for her is to develope some people skills or get out of the people business. Have some Maners. Oops, I did get an insincere thank you have a nice day.

I cannot explain how great the doughnuts are here you just have to try them if you havent. Always fresh, so much better than any of their competitors and they have good coffee as well. I havent tried any of their smoothies or sandwiches but I would think they are good.

This place is awesome! If you go get the tarot smoothie- minus the bobali (spelling?) .its described as nutty and wow! Nutty * excellent description- but its so much more - just delicious !

Visiting my daughter in Arizona and she told me about this place. The donuts are light and fluffy. So good. Went back for one last donut before we went back home to Florida.

I love this place! They know how to make donuts! I usually get a Bavarian Cream donut. Its a sad day when the donut boxes at work are not from bosa.

I am a frequent customer of Bosa, buying 2 dozens donuts every month for work. Typically its a pleasant service, but just last month, one cashier scammed me. They charged me over $30 for 2 dozens, instead of the correct amount of $20. When I asked, the cashier recognized the mistake and said she would refund me the difference. I saw the number pop-up in my account, so I thought she did the right thing and I left. Later on when I got back home, I realized that instead of giving me back the extra charge, she charged me the difference once again! In total, they charged $45 for 2 dozens!! Never again. Such scammer. I will never again buy from this store or chain.

Giving it a 3 because in the past this place has been great, but today the lady at the register seemed annoyed and rude. Just plain rude! We walked out without buying anything. My baby girl cried for 10 minutes straight, but I will not buy from rude people.

Love these donuts. The lady working behind the counter saw that I had two young boys and that my hands were full. When I asked for two coffees she put them in a coffee carrier without me even asking. Very thoughtful.

When I came in a small line formed behind me. When I asked for a peach tea the girl behind the counter sighed before saying shed start on it now. Kinda put me off at first but, then I ate the doughnuts....Oh Man they are excellent!

Weve been to the Chandler location but this was our first time at this one. The apple fritters looked good but were old and dry.🤨 They werent the soft, buttery ones like we got at the other location. Very disappointing.
