This was my first experience with the Bosa Donuts chain and from what I can gather, this is not a good representation of the chain.It was empty in the morning which seemed odd since that should be their busy time. Their donuts did not look appealing at all (looked dry and stale) so I opted for the egg and cheese sandwich on a croissant and coffee. The young man at the counter wasn’t participating friendly.The coffee was terrible even with creamer so I’d avoid that.The croissant was actually really good: fluffy, buttery, flaky. The egg and cheese however were not. I recommend the croissant with jam or butter.The bagels are not made there and are store bought so I’d opt out when given a choice.I probably won’t return but if I did, I’d only get a croissant.

Ridiculous that I was charged .50 cents for a box to put 2 dozen donut holes and 4 donuts in. Just because I didnt want them in a small bag. Well, you lost my business. There are way too many other places to go that dont charge for a box! (Plus the donuts are super greasy at Bosa!)

Worse Bosa Ive ever been too. Ordered two drinks, and when we got them one was wrong and the one that was right had under cooked boba. Definitely not somewhere Id return too.

Ridiculous how a dozen donuts costs almost $18 on delivery apps, twice as much as it does in person. They need to fix that.

Whew the line was so long on Saturday morning but we went anyway and got those delicious donuts.

Decent variety of donuts, it was pretty crowded at 7:30am on a Saturday so plan accordingly, also they arent allowing inside seating yet.

We had a very bad experience tonight at this place. The manager does not know how to treat customers. We will not buy again, its clear that customer service is not important to her.

We purchased some donuts, ham and cheese croissants, and smoothies. My husband and I ate the ham and cheese croissants with no issues, however I took about 2-3 deep draws from the piña colada smoothie and almost immediately didn’t feel right. Wasn’t long until I was super sick with doubled over stomach cramps. I’m not sure if whatever they used was expired or what but I’ve had other smoothies from the one on Ellsworth and Baseline and even the one in Queen Creek with no issue. Something they used wasn’t right so be aware of the smoothies.

These workers put up with a lot of grumpy customers. Blessings to all of them for providing a great service.

Donuts and tuna sandwich are great but service sucked. I had to wait for the server to service others after to me to make my sandwich. I had to tell her to go make my sandwich because I was waiting too long

Raw dough in center of doughnuts, two in a row.Took it back politely the first time and received a replacement and it was raw too. This was their premium upcharge butterfly doughnut, youd figure that they could at least do their premium products correctly. Unsafe to eat, do not recommend.

Ive never had much of a problem here until i tried to get a job at this location. Took two weeks for her to reply and never had a proper interview, just briefly explained the menu and told me to memorize some parts of it. Went there 4 days later to take my “menu test” and she had me behind the counter, faced a door, and she stood about 8 feet behind me and asked me unclear questions about the menu IN FRONT OF WAITING CUSTOMERS! the customers all laughed at me as the manager was very quick and unclear. There was a lot of bad communication and seemed no where close to a professional. I obviously shouldnt set expectations for a small donut restaurant but i at least deserve some respect.

Terrible experience I drive 15 minutes out here f my way to avoid this location they are very rude very short and seem bothered by just the presence of customers have gone here 3 times and never once had even a decent or normal breakfast experience

Of all the bossa donuts that we go to this is probably our favorite the donuts seem to be fresh in the boba is softer and taste better with the smoothies overall we like this place

The donuts at this location were good but not the amazingly deliciousness that I am used to from our normal Bosa donut location. We did not order much, only donuts and hot cocoa but had to repeat things multiple times and providing instructions to the staff was pretty difficult.

Best donuts in Arizona but nothing compares to Jos donuts in Sandy, OR!

I was excited learning a Bosa opened up by me but Went to get donuts tonight and they were all out of everything. I mean i get its 7:30 at night but your a Donut shop you have 1 job to have donuts and you were out of almost everything. Ill be back for more tomorrow!

Just my opinion but they have the plain doughnut that Duncan quite making. It was my favorite.

Love getting .50cent glazed donuts on Tuesday. I like that we can buy a dozen donut holes for pretty cheap. Their smoothies are creamy and delicious.

Unfortunately, I will not return to this location.I ordered what I would consider a small order that took about 15 minutes to get to me via drive thru. I’m well aware of what national holiday is but the lady who eventually acknowledged me wasn’t welcoming and didn’t have on a mask, my donut holes were raw and boba smoothies had hard boba. Very disappointing.

Update: from today’s service from 2:30pm! Never ever again! I liked them. Close, convenient and the donuts are good. I thought right away they aren’t the cleanest Bosa but whatever. Today, the service was unacceptable and never going back! The gentleman working was rude and for no reason! I went at 2:30pm! No one was in the store when I came in and during my WHOLE VISIT, NO ONE came in or through the drive thru so to be rude to obviously your openly customers is beyond me! Ordered sandwiches, he was rude! Added donuts to my order and rolled his eyes and wanted to obviously keep that going so he continuously was beyond rude. I still say please and thank you. I hope he finds a new position where he doesn’t have to deal with people! I will NEVER go back here! I rather drive to a cleaner more pleasant Bosa! I have never understood how some places doors stay open?! Am I the only one that wants good customer service?! I have never ever been rude on the customer end, Because I have worked customer service for years and I truly understand how difficult people can be so I always treat people with respect and am pleasant. So today I wasn’t going to change because of this gentleman! Maybe some management needs to come in and revamp the whole location and retrain customer service!

For shame, for shame, not living up to the Bosa name. Ive never liked donuts because they tasted greasy and stale but Bosa changed my mind with a fresh fluffy taste. This location has me second guessing my change of heart. My donut was stale on the bottom. I could taste the oil. The chocolate had a waxy taste that cheap chocolate has. Come on, I know this is not what Bosa is about. I have been to a different Bosa 4 other times since moving to Phoenix 2 years ago and it was way better.

The donuts were good, but was there several times, day and night and couldnt get a hot cup of coffee always cold, havent been back since, hopefully thinks changed.

So its not 24 hours anymore, and got Boston creams with no cream. Disappointed ☹️ Dont waist your time here. Better luck at the one on Williams and Gilbert. Plus its open 24 hours 😀

Donuts were good as always from Bosa. Coffee mediocre. But the place was trashed. Only 2 clean tables inside. Crumbs and trash all over the floor, likely from some messy kids. And there were workers who had time to clean, they were hanging out in the front with no customers. And there was a broom and dustpan in the middle of the path between tables, which could also trip someone. Very annoying as cleaning should be a priority at a place that serves food.

Never gets orders right. NEVER! Ordered 2 drinks... took 14mins in drive thru... only to have the 2nd drink not have boba. Went today... asked for cappuccino... never got it. If u plan on ordering more than 1 thing... make sure u have plenty of time to waste

Grand opening week...free donut or small coffee per person. Free wifi. Drive thru. Lots of inside seating. Soda refills. Front or back parking. No street parking.

Their thai tea with boba is one of the best i have had.
