Torsion spring snapped leaving nearly 200lb. door down. 20 minutes later, it was repaired. No question that I’ll call on them again.

These guys are fantastic. They called me within a few minutes after my inquiry through Home Advisor at 8:30pm. They set an appointment with David their technician for 10am the next morning to come and inspect the broken door spring and verify the quote they had given me over the phone. They kept me updated with text messages as to when he would be arriving which was within the time window they had given me. David verified the problem and confirmed the cost would be what they had estimated.Everyone was very friendly and professional. David explained the problem and the repair very clearly so I understood everything before he began work. The job was complete within 30 minutes. I very strongly recommend these guys.

My home was built in 2006 and with age and wear and tear my garage door basically crumpled in on itself. I found BlueFox online and they were at my home right away. They were able to access and help me decide options. I went ahead and had the whole thing replaced and am very pleased with my new door and lift. I cant even hear it open its so quiet. Very pleased with Brad the installer. Most importantly when they were all done everything was cleaned up as if they had never been there.

Jason from Blue Fox Garage Door was Awesome! He was very helpful, knowledgeable and best of all not a pushy Salesman. On the initial call, he attempted to help me troubleshoot over the phone, and then scheduled a same day appointment shortly afterwards once that was unsuccessful. Once he arrived he identified two problems and gave me a few options on how we could move forward to fix it. One was the bandaid option of keeping the sane unit but with new parts, but that would cost X amount. Or the second option was for a new overhead unit, that would be quieter (Something I requested) and had a 5 year warranty plus 2 openers. The new unit would be Roughly $200 more, but would alleviate the found problems and satisfy the Noise issue. I opted for option 2, and about an hour later everything was installed and fully operational. He worked quickly, efficiently and had a great attitude. I’d highly recommend him and Blue Fox.

Brandon looked over my garage door and noticed my equipment looked a little old, asked some questions. I lived in my house for a little over ten years and hadn’t touched anything to do with the garage door. Replaced my opener, cables, springs,wheels, drums, and bearing in about an hour and a half. I called Blue Fox Garage when my sensors went out and the door wasnt closing properly. They came out the next day and fixed the issue in 2 min literally. Brandon also identified a large crack and pointed out some other areas that needed work and we went ahead and I just asked for all of it to be replaced brand new, doors, sensors, remotes motors and all rails we now have everything brand new. Jason came and did the install, we couldnt have been happier with the work. The door is whisper quiet on the new motor, the work was done as if it were their home it all looks amazing. My door kept coming off the track & I was able to fix it but it kept on happening. I had Blue Fox come out & they advised me that it was actually an issue with uneven pulling on the springs that was causing the roller to pop out. The gave some advice on other maintenance that could be done. They werent pushy but they were also very knowledgeable & took the time to answer my questions. I compared them to other companies too & their prices were competitive, but it came down to trust that helped me make the final decision. Blue Fox helped me out & Id recommend them to my friends & family.

These people are dishonest and will absolutely take advantage of you.Here’s my message to Jason,Yeah u can cancel my garage door order. After I got off phone call with you ...and you requested I paid half down which you repeatedly stated to my husband and I the night before that u did not request money down because we were repeat customers. I started to feel uneasy about transaction. I started to think about comments that were said to me night before. 1) we can afford to buy two new garage doors with the house we live in. 2). Why does my husband not want to buy two new ones when we have a Jaguar and bmw in our driveway. 3) u didnt measure garage door so since u thought it was smaller than it looked. So my price went up from 1,250 to 1,450. Oh yeah did I mention u wanted to charge me 750 to fix one door instead of getting the new one. Remember 750 to bandaid the door. Actually realized that night I was explaining myself on our finances. Can you imagine !! Lol. Thank god u tried going back on your word about deposit. Made me get second opinion. Yep. Best thing Ive done all year. To fix both garages cost me 160.00. Lol. You wanted 750 to fix bolts on one door. I think the doors are stronger now then they ever were. Yeah I live in a very nice house. U know why ...cause I dont allow people like u to rip me off. Unfortunate it took me a second time with u to realize what your company is truly about. Sad.I took screen shots of his answer which was even more insulting. Basically saying he wasn’t himself cause he came out at 8 pm. And that he could of fixed doors for 49.00 but that wasn’t offered cause it was just a bandaid. No the bandaid was 750 for one door. I agreed to it at first cause who wouldn’t of they thought those two things were only option. Please keep in mind. He admitted the 750 was to just to move all hinges so it was all labor.

My gear and sprocket broke on my garage door. I called atleast 5 places for quotes. Quotes ranged from $179-275. Part online is $30. So what a ridiculous mark up. Last call was to Blue Fox Garage Doors for a repair price of $129. They did an excellent job. The owner came out taught me alot. I will use then again. Just giving them recognition since I appreciated thier honest, professionalism and affordability. No upsale or price gouging.
