Due to a failure to show up by another local valley provider, I called Same Day Garage Door Services about 2:00 pm on a Thursday. Victoria picked up the phone and was super friendly. She said Anderson (Tech) could be out to my location within the hour (same day). Anderson called prior to arrival, explained the job, and completed everything within the hour. Shortly thereafter, Trevor (Mgr) called and made an appointment to inspect the work for quality and safety to ensure the door was functioning within spec. Again, called prior to arrival, very courteous and professional, just an overall good service. Warranty was provided on the parts replaced. No hidden fees or monkey business. While not the lowest price available, Same Day Garage Door was certainly competitive with everyone else and their service quality could easily justify the minor difference in price.

There service was great are door was an old an outdated one came in and within a few hours had us back to new thank you for great service and customer care! Will be recommending to anyone and everyone!

Of course, we had to do both garage doors, not just the one. We also wanted to improve the curb appeal by painting the doors. When i called around 4pm, lady who answered was friendly, said they could get someone there between 6-8pm, cool no worries, less than 10 minutes later service guy called said he would be there within 30 minutes, this may or may not be typical depending on availability, but he showed up, saw my spring was broken, i had in my mind i wanted rollers replaced too, but he suggested that, he adjusted door as well, and very well priced for service and time, highly recommended!!!! 1st they arrived quickly even though my problem was during the Christmas holidays. Albert was professional courteous and very knowledgeable. We have been having problems with our door for about 3 months where it would sometimes work and sometimes stop and go back up in the middle of a cycle without anything in the way (sensors). The total cost for the repair was only $261 and that included new hardware in other areas of the garage door to help prevent future problems, at my request. Another local garage door repair shop looked at it one week earlier and estimated $2200 for new door or maybe they could do a repair for $1100. Thank goodness my wife said no to this other company!Life is great with a garage door that works every time you need it to. This is the only company we will use for garage doors because they earned it!

RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I don’t see how this company has ALL 5 stars! They came out on a home warranty claim and told me I needed 2 whole new machines which weren’t covered. So I paid $450 for me to only have issues 2 months later. A new company came out & confirmed they only switched out the motors!! I was supposed to get new sensors, new rails, new wall control and I didn’t get ANY OF IT!!! To top it off the motors were under manufacture warranty! So I should NOT have even paid for a new machine which to top it off per my contract if the part isn’t available the units should have been replaced under the warranty company.

Such a better experience than the other companies I was dealing with. Same Day gave me a rough estimate over the phone, which I really appreciate. Then they came out very quickly and the price was true to what was said on the phone. This bid was HALF of what another company bid me who was trying to get me to negotiate. Same Day has fixed prices and won’t inflate them or play games. The guy they sent was polite and not salesy at all. I am 100% saving their info for the future.

My door had some standard problems, but it also had some unique issues. It is a discontinued style with some parts that are no longer available. Trevor seemed to enjoy the challenge of engineering and fabricating solutions. He explained his solutions and asked for my permission before implementing them. Garage door wasnt opening, saw all the good reviews & decided to try. They were really nice over the phone, came later the same day. Chris was very nice & professional, arrived exactly when they said he would, he attempted to fix the door first as that would have been cheaper, it was a no go, had to replace motor, no pressure to get the priciest option & he explained the benefits of one over the other, stayed late to install that night, showed me the app & warranty registration, & tested everything to make sure it was working right. Peter the owner has been coming to set up and service my garage doors for years and in my opinion is the best of the best. His guy Josh came to service my garage door today and was absolutely fantastic.

I called this company a lady on the phone was quick to set up an appointment that day, Angle arrived early after calling me several times and texting me while I was away from my phone. He arrived, and I was hoping I was gonna hear him say he new exactly what was wrong with my door but that wasnt the case. It was trial and error, I wasnt entirely impressed with him twisting and turning the track almost felt like it was gonna get messed up and adjusted the height. After that didnt work he still didnt understand why it was rubbing/grinding so he took some plyers to the edge and bent it downwards. I let him know what had happened to the other side of the door and only then hes said that couldve caused a chain reaction... I guess I was expecting a real answer to my issue right away not just bandaids. Apparently the lady on the phone didnt bother disclosing that there would be a $59 service charge whatever that maybe for, and the guy charged me $80 labor for something I couldve done myself if I wanted a quick fix and not an actual diagnosis! Youre not an auto mechanic, Very unsatisfied!

I sent an email via there website yesterday to get a garage tune up that they had on special for $99 including rollers which is one of the better deals I have seen. Received a call Monday at 9:00 and was able to set up an appointment for 11:00 same day. Trevor showed up on time and went over everything he would be doing. Got everything done in about 45 minutes and went over everything he did and now we can barely hear our door. The one thing that I always hate about getting deals is the up-sell that most places try to do and that I had read about in other reviews of other companies. Trevor made recommendations but did not try to up-sell at all, he listened and made suggestions for the future should we stay in our home. He showed us some pics of other doors and talked about what we could do in the future. I had a spring break on super bowl Sunday. It was a perfect time as we had loaded up all our kids into the car and now the garage door wouldn’t open. Needless to say I had to manually release it and I never realized how heavy a garage door really is once the tension from the spring is off. Fast forward to Monday and I need it to be fixed and quick well a quick google search and boom there it is a company with over 150 five star reviews and nothing less. I called and they promptly scheduled a service call same day, as there name implies. I was a work but they showed up on time.. I only know this due to my ring doorbell. Wife wife who lives and dies by reviews says they were super friendly didn’t make her feel like “oh honey we will just talk to your husband when he gets home” which I appreciated very much my wife is as knowledgeable and capable as anyone so they were kind explained the issue worked with us on price and went above and beyond in helping us get our door back to good. PROBABLY BEST IN TOWN...So the reviews are generally stellar. But can you rely on these ratings for this company?When I called the front desk was polite, professional and came across immediately as competent enough to understand the need. The appointment date would have been the following day had I responded to the 2 quotes offered the day I called. So far so good.On the day of appointment I received a call 30 min before arrival. I missed the call, they left a message and came anyway as they stated even though I did not return their call (though I sent a text). Taylor and Angel appeared, immediately scoped the job and thats when I realized I had forgotten to specify that I needed a new garage door opener not only installed, but moved 1 foot laterally on the ceiling compared to the current one in order to provide for a proper anchor from the railing to the stronger structural part of the door. My original set up was poor. I realized this would be a head ache and a likely reason for rescheduling; theyd need to find the ceiling studs, set new anchors there, plus new anchors to the door itself with a new plate fixed on the door. It turns out theyd also need to move at least one the coils to do that... On the spot mind you!How did it turn out? Taylor took the challenge with a smile and was discussing and mentoring a bit Angel in the process. They designed a solution and executed flawlessly.I have 1) a superb door, smooth and silent, strong and stable, 2) an App installed on my phone and programmed with their help, and on my wifes phone for good measure, 3) a indoor garage pad programmed, 4) a key-less outside pad programmed, 5) a programmed remote for the car, all by them while here, and it all works perfectly. The additional cost for the extra work on the spot was very fair ($180 in total) and they saved as many parts from my old system to be cost savers! What a concept these days!Yup, these high rating stars are deserved. Dont waste your time anywhere else, they might just be the best in town... Thank you guys!!! And Happy New Year!

Had this company come out and replace the door seal on the bottom of my double garage door. The gentleman that did the work was fantastic. Took his time and did a great job. Was very informative about my garage door openers and looked them over as part of the service. The cost was very reasonable and professional. He lubricated the garage door rollers and checked the bolts to make sure they were tight. I will keep this company in mind when considering upgrading my openers to new wi-fi units. On a side note I called their office around 10Am and the tech was out by 2PM. That truly is Same-Day service. Thank you for the great service.

Unbelievable service from Peter. Spring broke on my garage and called him around 4:45. Told me he had and opening and would be to my house close to 6:30 and showed up at 6:10pm. He took time to explain information about the old spring and the new one which also came with a 5 year warranty. His prices were competitive against bigger companies but the customer service and the time in which he made it to my house is unmatched. Would highly recommend for any garage door issue.

I called Same Day Garage Door Services to come replace my garage door opener.  Peter showed up on time, was professional, and very knowledgeable.  It took about an hour for him to install a brand new garage door opener, which is so much quieter then the old one. He also took the time to make a few adjustments to the garage door, free of charge.  I was impressed with Peter and would not hesitate to hire him again.

I called Same Day Garage to fix a broken spring. When they came out Peter the owner introduced himself. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained what had happened and and explained his product and how long that will be warranted for. They also greased everything and also made sure everything was secure.
