We came in to buy a guitar, and was referred by a different location for more inventory selection. We were the only folks in the store with 1 employee. Although both of us were wearing masks, the employee corrected my mask positioning not once, not twice, but three times in a 10 minute period.... Small face problems and I guess a nostril was showing? Anyway not feeling very welcomed at that point or like they wanted our business, so we left to spend our money elsewhere.

Absolutely wonderful staff and music teachers for lessons. We had piano lessons there for several years. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Sarah is amazing. And the gorgeous blonde with the smile like an angel is incredibly friendly, super helpful and overall great part of the staff.

I like this place. It is pretty good and cool, they have good prices on guitar accessories. I always go there for guitar strings.

Ive bought here a few times and have had good service. They just lost a sale when the female employee hurried in the door and locked it behind her,when all I was trying to ask her is what time they opened. Rude way to treat a potential customer.

This company failed to inform over the telephone that if you show up with the cash they will be ducting $50 cash out of your money as a deposit and after ending the lessons the store policy is designed to not give you your cash back and require access to your banking card and information to release your deposit. After over a week of the classes being finished the store contacted me to inform me that my $50 cash was at the store to be picked up as my refund for my deposit. After driving across town to go to the store Im informed once I arrived that they can only put it back on my debit card which was never used to make the transaction in the first place. Its already been over 24 hours my money has still not been relinquished to my account. I am an experienced musician and have had lessons in the past and by far this was the worst experience.

Definitely not as friendly or helpful as the Power location.
