My mom and I brought my 86 year old dad in to see if his hearing aid needed repair. My dad was so paranoid he had lost his hearing completely. Turns out that his hearing aid was just dirty.They cleaned out not only my dad’s hearing aid but also his cochlear and didn’t even charge my parents. We will definitely be coming back for any hearing aid needs. Great customer service.

My 86 year old mom just got her first set of hearing aids from Don at Connect Hearing Gilbert. It was a great experience with zero pressure to purchase anything. Don examined my mom and referred her to an ENT doc who ruled out any medical issues for my mom’s hearing loss. Then Don fitted my mom with trial hearing aids and she wore those for 45 days to make sure she would be comfortable buying her own which she ultimately did. I absolutely recommend and trust Don and his staff. The respect shown to my elderly mom was awesome. Keep up the good work!

This place is amazing. Don and Red are very professional and welcoming. Don worked hard at getting me replacement hearing aids, even though losing my original hearing aids was my own fault. The replacement were much better than my originals. He was thorough with his examination and very flexible with appointments. I am very glad I came here. This will be the only place I come for hearing needs. I would recommend to anyone.

The staff is friendly, competent, and understanding! Red is a great greeter and public face for the office and always makes one feel welcome. Don is excellent in his work as an audiologist, careful in his analysis, thorough in his diagnostics, and very personable in dealing with his clientele.

Connect Hearing at the Gilbert location is amazing! I’ve been coming here for over 5 years and the customer service has been consistent and worth it. I have a pretty bad loss and they’re the only ones that could make me a mold that doesn’t whistle and lasts a few years ( the other places I had to get them once a year).I’ve also bought hearing aids here and Don can really bang out the programming of them to my maximum benefit. My dad is a veteran with combat-related hearing loss. The VA provides him top-notch Phonak hearing aids, but any repairs or adjustments have always been such a process -- in-person visits to the VA followed by mailing the devices and waiting for their return (where they may or may not be done right). Last month, when the swing-arm on one of his aids was broken, I decided to find someone local instead. I couldnt have asked for better service. Red was able to complete the repair immediately, and at no cost since the aid was still under warranty. A couple weeks later the other aid had a stuck battery. Not only did Red fix that on the spot, he also diagnosed an issue that had emerged with the other aids amplifier. He sent that one off to Phonak for repair, and we had it back in less than a week.I cant recommend Connect Hearing enough. Its a little bit out of the way for me, but Ill happily make the drive just to know the problem will be solved right, the solved the first time.

I cant say enough about how much Don has helped me. My life is so much better with being able to hear again! Thank you Don! I also would like to add that the customer service is also outstanding, thanks to Red. I highly recommend this place.

I finally had to come to the reality, my hearing was really bad. You just don’t know it until you keep telling people, “Huh” or “What?!”. Calling my insurance company gave me Connect Hearing. I was nervous and somewhat afraid. I just didn’t want to face my reality.When I called, I was immediately taken off guard because I’m so used to a woman answering. Red, the office admin, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all my questions and responded to my concerns like he knew what I had been going through. Think of someone holding out there hand to help you up off the ground, after falling. That’s Red!Dr Cochran, who seems like a practical, down to earth, sensible guy, walked me through every step of what had been going on with my hearing. He explained the process he needed to take and how the process would improve my life overall. He put me through some testing and afterwards he was able to determine what my hearing aids needed to do. He worked with me, knowing darn full well I was nervous, until ALL my questions were answered. From his confidence, courtesy, professionalism, whatever you want to call it, I accepted my new reality and put on the hearing aids. I suddenly realized how much I had lost. Hearing aids won’t give me back 100% of my hearing, and the doctor stated that, but we have come closer than I’ve had for over a decade!That week I went to many familiar places to test these things out! I was intent on putting these through their paces. They’ve held up pretty well and the best part was I could get directionality again; even eaves drop on conversations. I know, shame on me! I was shocked when I could have my phone in my pocket and be on the phone. That shocked quite a few people, in the checkout line. What’s even better is, I can shut these down, and know one even has to know it. As a school teacher, that can be a saving grace and a tactical practice!Thank you Doctor Cochran and thank you Red for giving me a piece of my life back! I am forever grateful!

I came to Don and Red knowing nothing about hearing aids. After speaking with them and going elsewhere to do research at numerous other places I returned to them. Reason why, of all the people I met with Don and Red were by far the most accommodating knowledgeable and helpful. There was nothing that I could ask them without them having an excellent and knowledgeable response. Due to the friendly and personable atmosphere, I occasionally drop in to visit with them. These phonak aids have WiFi to the phone and TV, which is a great feature, not being tech savvy I had my problems with the bluetooth to my TV. Don was willing to come to my home if needed to fix the connection, he walked me though everything and got it done. When ever i messed something up with the aids, Don and Red have been more than ready to help, they have stopped what they doing to to get done. My name is Mary Eagan. Having recently moved to Gilbert, I needed to find a place where I could get help with my Phonak Bi-Cros Hearing Aid. After searching on Google, I read the reviews for Connect Hearing - they were all helpful and very positive and I was pretty sure that this was the place I needed to contact. On my first visit, I met with Red and he was incredibly knowledgeable about the Phonak hearing aids. He explained in detail how my Phonak worked - things that were never explained to me when I purchased it. On my next visit, I met with Don Cochran who is Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Science. I had no idea that you could be Board Certified in this category and I worked in the Medical field for years. This man is simply amazing in his thorough knowledge of the science of hearing and hearing aids! And more than that, he communicates this knowledge in a way so easily understood. Having had 42 hours of brain surgery, I am ALWAYS very ill at ease in any unfamiliar scenario but Don is just wonderful at putting you at ease, no matter what your concerns are. His voice and demeanor are very calm, so much so that I became calm as he taught me things about my Phonak Bi-Cros that I just did not know. Since my Phonak was 12 years old - I bought a new Marvel Advantage and have been so very happy at how the new technology of this instrument has changed my life! This is the place to go to for ALL your hearing concerns - Red and Don are the very best at what they do!.........you will be very glad that you did!
