My husband went in for a hearing test today. His appt. was for 12:00 noon. The receptionist told him the hearing aid specialist, Andrea, was on a break. She returned 10 minutes late for the appointment. During the testing, my husband told her several times her microphone was not working. She opened the door and told the receptionist to call the audio repair department. Testing continued with 5 or 6 interruptions by the receptionist with questions from the repair people. After testing was completed Andrea suggested my husband try a pair of aids and walk around the store for 15 minutes or so, which my husband did. When he returned, he was told Andrea went to lunch. Needless to say, we are not ordering hearing aids from this Costco! Frustrating and unprofessional!
