I bought a gallon of paint at a big box stores, I also needed some paint supplies/accessories the big box stores did not have, out of stock so to Dunn Edwards I did go...after making my minor purchase I go to put the items in my vehicle. Opening the door the gallon of paint fell out. The big box stores guy did not get the lid on and when the paint can fell out the top popped off, paint splattered on my new truck and started pouring out of the can. I quickly righted the can and now angrily frustrated resigned to go back in Dunn Edwards to buy clean up supplies. Before I could open the door with my pinky, the only finger that was not covered with paint, two Dunn Edwards employees opened the door, one directed me to the bathroom to clean myself up while the other cleaned up the spilt paint. They joked it was a competitors product and would be easy to clean up. There was no charge for the clean up. They even cleaned up the paint can and securely set the lid. I will never again but paint or paint supplies from anyplace else.

Horrible customer service from Danny. Told me the wrong tip to buy for my gun and it was way too small and wouldn’t work and then they wouldn’t return it. Super messed up.

Not a great experience here for my small order. Ordered 1 gallon of paint and 1 gallon of tinted primer at noon and was advised to return the following morning and it would be ready at that time as they were busy. (Note: the customer checking out right next to me was told they could wait?) Strange. Arrived at 8:30 the next morning and the order was not done. I communicated to the clerk that the customer service was lacking. 20 minutes later the assistant manager brought me my order. He asked if he could refund the cost and Im very glad he offered because when I got the paint home I discovered the primer had never been tinted. Wow. At nearly $50 a gallon, I would expect better service.

This is the best paint store around! From color consultant, Caitlyn, to the staffs product knowledge and customer service. They cant be beat!! Their ability to color match PERFECTLY is pretty amazing too. Top notch all around!

Very helpful employees. They have a list of approved colors from many local HOAs on their website. I was able to get the same color I bought 10 years ago.

Great service and staff! They have many options available to help complete your project. Theres an in house color designer on staff to help choose the right colors and all the sundries are on site.

Went to Lowe’s half a dozen times for a paint match. They couldn’t get a match on the 3x3 paint sample I provided. Went to Edward Dunn once and it’s a perfect match!

I had a great experience with Caitlyn, the stores, professional color adviser.Caitlyn was extremely helpful with the selection process for my exterior paint colors. She went over the pros and cons of certain colors and without being pushy provider her expert opinion.She goes above and beyond for her customers!!

This place is easy, convenient and inexpensive, but the best part is they dont constantly change their paint chemical makeups Like Home Depot. When I need more paint a few years later its always the same color.
