I was so happy to find this place when I needed to rent a wheelchair for my friend. The staff is extremely friendly, and the prices were very reasonable. I will definitely rent from them again!

I was able to get the necessary scooter I needed for my 10 year old daughter who broke her leg.. I highly recommend this medical supply company. WOW! I highly recommend Easy Medical Store! My grandmother came into town and we needed a bed and wheelchair for her on short notice. They arrived in a very timely manner and set everything up for me. The bed and wheelchair were brand new and in amazing condition, very comfortable for my Grandma. My daughter was on crutches after hurting her ankle and her class was going on a field trip to the Riparian Reserve a few days later. After calling around to numerous rental places, I was finally able to find a knee scooter at this location, which was closest to my house! It was very close to closing time but they waited for me! My husband started using oxygen for lung disease just before our trip down for spring training. He found the elevation adversely affected his blood oxygen level, so I decided to rent a transport wheelchair for the duration of the trip, which was just a few days. Easy Medical was conveniently located near our hotel and the price quoted online were much less than I expected. We dropped in and were on our way in about 15 minutes. The chair was durable, light and easy to handle. It made all the difference, allowing us to enjoy a couple of games we thought wed have to miss.

Great experience renting a wheel chair for my mother-in-law while she was in town. Prices were very reasonable, access to the Store was super easy. The staff is also great to work with as they were friendly and provided speedy service! Plus, the wheel chair looks almost brand new, great quality! Highly recommend them and will use them again.

This is a review for the Mesa location. I am so impressed by Mike and the staff at Easy Medical Store. I went into the store with a sitituation had not been handled by another vendor. Mike took the time to listen, questioned me about MY needs and then set out to repair, service and inform me of the issues and how to get the best result. I have rented a wheelchair twice due to sports injury and elderly family in town for the holiday, and their service is exceptional. My first experience required me to use their delivery service. I reserved online late one afternoon and early the next morning the chair was delivered to my door. The next time I used their services I picked up at their facility. They were very polite and professional, recognizing my name when I arrived and had everything ready to go within minutes.I hope I do not require any further use of their products, but if I do, I would not hesitate to call upon them again. Highly recommend!

Easy medical has been wonderful to me! I was in a pinch to find a chair for my handicapped mother who was visiting for awhile and has to have a leg extended. They stayed open late for me and provided me with a wonderfully nice chair! Clean and functional, plus they had the leg extender! I then forgot what day I was supposed to bring it back and they called and without being upset allowed me to extend my rental. Thanks easy medical!

I was wanting to purchase a fully electric hospital bed but they didn’t make it easy; Erin specifically. I spoke with her a few times and when I was ready to order she kept me on hold for 25 minutes and when I attempted to reach her once more I was unable. I decided to look else where and I saved $1500+ doing so! Who would’ve ever guessed Amazon had the identical item way cheaper and shipping was free through FedEx to my front door. I was wanting to shop local and ready to buy. Lisa, the receptionist was very, very helpful. We had needed a hospital bed for my husband who broke his leg and had been delayed getting one through the channels. I called from the ER on Friday afternoon and she was so informative and managed to arrange for them to provide us one on Sat. afternoon. Everyone else had said would be days. Mike was so kind and delivered the bed in the afternoon, and also helped me put together a portage air conditioner as our regular ac had died. I would strongly recommend them for equipment and advice.

We rented a wheelchair for the weekend, they provided a high quality wheelchair for a good price and provided excellent customer service, going above expectations when faced with a last minute change to the order (literally last minute, I was in the store for pickup of the equipment).If youre looking to rental medical equipment give them a try, you wont be disappointed in both the quality of their equipment or the service that you receive!

Customer service was great, very friendly. Very cheap rental prices for very good equipment! I got my days mixed up and brought my wheelchair rental back a day late and they were very understanding!

I believe they are getting good reviews for things like walkers/wheelchairs, and other easy-care medical items, but DO NOT rent an oxygen concentrator from these people! They sent a machine out to us that, even though the meter showed oxygen output, there was none! If your loved one could not communicate, and you used this machine, all would appear to be fine, but they could be dead in the morning. There is no regulatory agency to stop people from renting out critical medical equipment such as oxygen concentrators. The maintenance they do on the machines is, they plug them in, and if they start, theyre good. All they needed was an 02 meter, which would tell them right away there was no output. Also, this puts into question other kinds of maintenance, like, what if the person they last rented to had pneumonia? Those germs are now in the machines filter, and passed along to the next renter. This store should be closed down, or at least prevented from renting out oxygen concentrators! They are headed for a huge lawsuit, and I am headed to the BBB and state health administrators to report this.

I called this place to rent a medical bed. The service was awsome and they delivered the bed within a hour to my house the friendly guy set it up and all. So happy i chose easy medical store. Now i can begin my recovery in comfort and not fear having to get out of bed. I never write google reviews online but this place definitely deserves a top notch rating.

HIGHLY recommend Easy Medical Store!!! I was in Arizona (from Houston) and long story short had some medical equipment fail on me, something I could not be without. When my original renting company failed to help me in a very scary situation, Easy Medical Store and Mike was there - no questions asked - and I was able to return home safely. Customer service was/is fantastic. I still keep in touch with Mike and will be ordering supplies through this company because of the reliability and customer service. 5 stars in my book!!!

I rented a wheelchair for a week. This company was very professional. The wheelchair was like brand new. They offered to load and unload it for me. Receipts were done through my email. The service was great:) I highly recommend them.

I had an excellent experience with easy medical store! My wife has lupus and was having trouble with her ankles so I rented a wheelchair. The process was smooth and the people very helpful! We were in the process of moving cross country to South Dakota and she collapsed and had to go to chandler regional medical center in the ICU. it took days for them to get her back on her feet. Meanwhile I had to have movers pack up the storage pods while I was in the hospital with her. Long story short the movers packed the foot pads for the wheelchair and they were on their way to South Dakota. The people at Easy Medical said no problem you can just ship them back and were really cool about. If you need medical supplies go to them. They rock!

I found the EZ Medical Store online after my parents confirmed theyd be visiting, and I knew Id need a wheelchair for my Dad. Located conveniently near Hwy 60 and Cooper Road, it is in a small industrial building across the street from a nice shopping complex. I was relieved to learn that EZ Medical Store offers medical equipment for rent or purchase, and that the rental fees for a wheelchair were convenient and reasonable ($35 for a week).Even better, they had so many wheelchairs in stock that it was not even necessary for me to reserve a wheelchair in advance. The first time I rented a wheelchair, I walked into the Store, provided my personal information and credit card, and walked out with a wheelchair. One of the helpful attendants showed me how to open and close the wheelchair for storage, and then carried the wheelchair out to my car for me and placed it into the car (THANK YOU!).I was happy enough with the service to rent from them a second time, and this time, one of the managers suggested a scooter rental instead of a wheelchair and so I took home a scooter instead.At first, I had been concerned that there would be no way I could get a scooter into my small car, but the manager showed me how easy it was to take apart, and how difficult to break (Ms. Fumbly Fingers here.). He showed me how to use it, and then with his guidance I took it apart and put it into the trunk of my car (small Toyota) myself so Id remember how to break it down for transport.The real win, the real reason I went to Easy Medical Store made itself apparent when I surprised my Dad with a scooter instead of a wheelchair. His eyes literally lit up, and the next day, he asked if he could take the scooter for a spin outside, and spend time outside walking with our family. What a huge relief. He proceeded to use the scooter nearly every day, which was a relief to our family. Seeing him active, feeling empowered driving a scooter instead of a wheelchair, and having him get some sun on his face for a couple of days was very important for all of us.Had it not been for Easy Medical Store, I would never have considered a scooter, because I thought it would be too big and too expensive for us to manage. Terrible, terrible customer service. Dont go here. Front desk person is very defensive and didnt like the fact that I was sharing a different experience (from a different respiratory therapist) than what she was recommending. Rather than explaining or listening she threw up her arms and sat down at her computer and turned her back to me. Unbelievable. What a terrible experience. I left without purchasing and have enjoyed the professionalism of Valley Reparatory Services in Mesa.

This place has some of the WORST customer service. First, dont buy from them because they rip you off on their prices. You can buy the exact same knee scooter from Amazon for almost $150 cheaper And if your a Prime Member you can get it delivered in 48 hours free. I called 5 days after we ordered because Id figured this out (keep in mind when you need them youre in the middle of a crisis. For me, my mother was in a horrible car accident so shopping around didnt happen in panic mode) I told Erin the situation & asked if we could cancel the order. She then was rude and said there probably wasnt anything she could do but shed contact the manager and get back with me. She did so and when she returned my call she explained that shed spoken with the manager and in order to cancel theyd charge us for the loaner that wed had 5 days (which Id expected) and that wed need to pay half for a restocking fee on the one we ordered. I asked how that made any sense given that we havent even received it. Then this horrible person became rude again and said that it was what it was, so instead of speaking with her any longer and having a battle of wits with a person who clearly had none, I asked to speak with a manager and she responds by telling me that shes not the manager and thats what he told her. (See? I dont know what I was thinking even speaking with her) I asked then that she have him call me back. That of course never happened. My dad was so upset about the whole situation I chose to drop it. It has now been 3 weeks since our initial order and I had to call them to see if the scooter was in and low and behold, who answers the phone? None other than Erin herself... Oh good. I started off like a normal person asking if the scooter was in and Erin said shed left a message about the refund. (The previous conversation wed had)It was a long conversation that she finally agreed that she called & then she said shed given the manager a message to call me about the refund NOT that the scooter was in. Not that I believe that she gave the manager the message, but if it were true it just stands par for the way their customer service had been... GOOD ADVICE: Check Amazon first because even with slow shipping youll get it sooner and the customer service will be a thousand times better which is sad because from what Ive seen theres only a few people who work at this rinky dink shop and they never seem busy so Im not sure where the disconnect is. After reading reviews looks like I should have dealt with Mike... Sad**Update** Seeing that I wasnt able to comment back due to the format of Google, I want make sure and clarify. It is absolutely true that you showed us one other model of knee scooter however I believe this is the bare minimum a company should when they dont have them on salesfloor, which you dont. The ONLY person whom I spoke with and/or received a call from was Erin. When speaking with her I used NO foul language, called anyone names (unless stating that Erin was clearly not the manager is your definition of name calling), threatened to write a terrible review(this was an after thought), or hung up but I did not hide my dissatisfaction with your company and emphatically asked to speak with a manager. The call to your company was on December 17th when the order was placed Monday December 14th which was actually 3 days after the order was placed and if the knee scooter was in then Erin seriously had no idea what was going on because she actually said that it wasnt. As for the care for your customers we werent told that free shipping was from you all, however we were told that it was your practice to give the loaner when shipping would take so long. Im glad to hear as well that you have had a staff meeting in regards to this in order to better your business practices however this response doesnt fill me with much hope.To add insult to injury here the product that we received needs to be fixed because the handle will not stay aligned with the front axle and since we picked it up & now this needs solved. YAY!

Well, the advertisement shows a nice man answering a phone... YOU CAN FORGET THAT! No one answers but a message asking if you are 50 yrs old or older. Then tells you to hang up now and a God awful siren and screeching starts blaring. Figuring I must have dialled wrong I called back. This time it didnt ask me any questions just told me I cant access this number from my calling area. Im three miles away for Gods sake. Probly one of these promotional scams where they get your number and dont leave you alone. Bunch of crap.
