Great customer service. Its rare today to find Companies/people still capable of giving outstanding customer service.

I never thought that I would say, “I enjoyed my mattress buying experience,” but that is exactly what happened. Ten was excellent and helped us decide on the right mattress. We never felt pressured or “sold to.” I would recommend checking out the Gilroy Sleep Nimber bed to anyone — it was a great experience.

Ten was great, but the company itself doesn’t deliver their promise of delivery dates or give the truth about what has happened to your bed. Difficult to get a hold of someone from the company for questions. Image once your bed fails and your stuck between the mattress lol. You’ll be stuck waiting online for a human to answer the phone. It was disappointing what we had to go thru. Don’t buy sleep number they are “backed up due to the hurricane back east”. Sleep number needs to stop selling unless they can “deliver”.

Ten was very helpful and educational! Ten was able to show us the different types of beds. Ten was very friendly and did not push as other sales people can. We had a sleep # bed for 22 years and it was time to retire it. We bought the I8 series. It should be delivered the end of this month and I cannot wait‼️Thank you very much Ten for your support and patience 👍

I would like to give kudos to a Sales Rep at the Gilroy Store named Anthony. Although he was not our initial sales rep, he ended up taking my payment and closing our sale. My husband got a total knee replacement recently and will get another one in a few months. Part of the reason we bought this bed is to give him more comfort as soon as possible, Initially we were given a 4 week delivery date. Anthony got that moved up a full week for us. I had to amend our order and change to a Cal King Full Split and our delivery date was pushed out again. I called Anthony and he was able to get our date moved up again! I am truly impressed with his customer service. He is friendly, helpful, empathetic and professional. He didnt have to help me. I dont think he even got the commission. He is a great asset to your company. Thank you Anthony!

I bought our bed from Ten over the phone and then went in to the showroom where Connor gave us the rundown on the beds and what we had bought. I cant speak for the bed because I dont have it at my house. But the customer service that I received from Ten and Connor were top notch. If youre curious about these beds I highly recommend going down and speaking to either one. No hassles, no pressure, just great information.

Excellent service. Sales consultants know the products well and helped us to decide on the perfect bed, pillows and sheets. After several weeks sleeping in the new bed, I can say they really served us well. Sleeping better than we have in years.

Wonderful experience at the Sleep Number store in Gilroy. Dont know why my wife and I waited so long to find our next bed. We had a great time learning about the beds, technology, models and most importantly, our Sleep Number. We purchased our next bed and couldnt be more excited for delivery! I received plenty of information about products I was interested in and was not pressured into buying anything. The sales representative that helped me, Connor Soikes, was very friendly, welcoming, and was able to provide me with a personalized experience. I was the only customer at the store at the time but he immediately came up to me as soon as I walked in to offer help.

Great experience with wonderful customer service. Decided to check out the sleep number beds as my husband and I have a hard time finding a bed that works for both of us. I need a lot of support and a firmer mattress for my aching hips and my husband a softer bed for his sore shoulders. Ended up purchasing a bed, we shall see how we both feel after sleeping on it for a while. :) It has not been delivered yet.

I stopped on to buy sheets for our sleep number bed Im sorry dont remember the name of person that helped me but she was very helpful told me all about the temperature sheet set I was buying very friendly and knowledgeable

Walked in and no one asked if I needed help. Was there for a while and was not a acknowledged. Prices were high too, so I left.

I bought a mattress here from the friendly staff. They put up with all of my questions, and returning no less than 3 times before making a decision.

Expensive but nice we can afford it
