Selling $4 lube for $19,When i asked why so expensive for small bottle,he told me its the best quality thats why....I came home looked it up... Same brand 10 times bigger bottles are selling for $7....I asked about the price, thinking i got the wrong price, he told me where i found the price, and yelled at me to go to EBAY then... so i did and saved myselfabout $100 dollars on just water bottle and locks.Hope You guys find this review helpful,I recommend you to go to the Sunshine Bicycles Inc. I came to this place after i got burned from Bike Center, Very helpful, and surprisingly good price! like 25% cheaper than Bike Center or more...

Im a bit surprised by the negative reviews, then again, people love to complain these day . I found myself needing some assistance with my mountain bike, and due to the current pandemic, it felt like I was playing the lottery when trying to get into a shop. Then I called The Bike Center. I was told to bring my bike in that same day, which I did, and to my surprise, within 3 hours I was back picking up my fully functioning bike. A few weeks later I had an unrelated issue, so I called up the shop. Sure enough, he asked that I bring it by that same day . This time he actually replaced the part I needed right in front of me as I waited, and even provided some helpful tips for future issues.In both scenarios, I was treated with extreme kindness, and felt important as a customer. Prices were fair, and the work was done well and extremely fast. Ill be returning for all of my future bike-related issues.

Worst customer service ever. He was on the phone when we got there and he said he would get off the phone and I said no problem we can look around for a bit so you can finish your conversation. He took forever to finish and then when I tried to ask him any questions he was rude. He walked away as another customer walked in. I started to ask him a question and he pointed to the other customer and said he would help me after (the other person hadnt even made it to the counter yet). It was extremely rude especially considering how long we waited for him to finish his phone call. I would give zero stars if I could because on top of all that he had no inventory and his explanation for having so little was because so many people have died. I will not go back again.

Will about try to fix any issue with your bike. Just call and ask about the issue. Willing to check out you bike and see if he can find a solution. Guy looks serious but I understand as he is busy but great bike shop.

Shop owner Roman is a quiet person. He is very knowlegeable in his field. Honest and very helpful.Great service....he tells you like it is, no sugar-coating you to buy. You asked questions hell answer. I wouldnt go anywhere else but Bike Center! I had my bike tune-up there and it is done perfectly. Bike Center is very spacious and he also sells skateboard and bike repair.Thank you Roman keep up the work.Bruce

Terrible place dirty and there are human feces scattered in the bathroom. I dont recommend this place unless youre gonna cite it.
