I’d like to thank steve for his excellent customer service! I am from LA but he was the only one that had the bike in stock. So I called over the phone he was nice enough to hold the back for me and handled everything over the phone. He worked around my schedule and came in on His day off so I could pick up my bike. He went above and beyond and there is not to many people who will do the little things. I wish I was closer to give him my business but if your local steve is your man!

Sunshine bicycles is and always has been the best shop around, their employees go beyond the Call of Duty to make sure you are taken care of and you fully understand anything they do or explain to you how to do something oh, they stop what they are doing to give you a hand and go the distance to order the correct part for your vintage bicycle if they dont have it already which is a rare occurrence, other bike shops do not even want to spend the time with you but sunshine bikes has been around for a long time and they know about vintage bikes just as much as they know about new bikes, highly recommended

These guys were great!!!! Not only did they fix our very small problem, they did it with spare parts lying around the shop and didnt charge us for it. Cant say how awesome the experience was; especially since we had just experienced the complete opposite at the other bike shop in downtown. Will be definitely giving Sunshine Bicycles our business from now on!!

Staff are very knowledgeable about repairs and adjustments on my higher end road bike, as well as my other bikes. They do high quality work and take the time to explain what was done, and what they recommend.

The parking lot has amenities for people in wheelchairs the store itself is a little crammed I think you could probably fit a wheelchair in there I dont know if I would feel comfortable with it.I came in there with bicycle tires to see if they could help me and unfortunately by the staff I felt that.... I was overlooked and when I found out that my bicycle tires were done for I didnt really get a whole lot of information about how to make the situation better.I kind of felt like that the person I talked to had better things to do with his day then stand and talk to me a female holding to buy classical tires I just felt like they had better things to do.On the upside they do have a lot of bikes...

Absolutely LOVE this place. I have bought two bikes there, and will be buying another soon. Super friendly staff, prices are good (not the best prices, but you pay for the service). Very knowledgeable, and they stand behind their products and service. I wouldnt buy bike products anywhere else!

I bought two bike from there over the years. The most recent one was back in 2015 as a birthday present for my son. I have also had my bikes serviced there and I have bought accessories from there. Every time I went there I always had excellent customer service.Fast forward to 2017 and my sons expensive mountain bike was stolen at his high school while he was in class. Needless to say, I didnt have a receipt or the serial number for the police report. I called the store thinking it was going to be a long shot.... Boy was I wrong. The person who answered the phone was very sorry to hear about my situation and was quick to find a record of the sale and email me the receipt which included the serial #. This is a huge help. While it may not help us get the bike back, it most certainly helped me feel better and more confident in filing the police report. THANK YOU!

As a Giant owner back in Thailand, I found this place to be exactly what I was looking for. Wide range of bikes and accessories in all price category depending on your budget. Staffs were friendly and not hard selling.Only issue was the network was done so I wasn’t able to pay by card; something that is for sure out of the shop’s control I understand.

They are very knowledgable about bikes here. They have done a wonderful job repairing, servicing our old bikes the past few years. Just bought new bikes from them and we are very satisfied with the level of customer service and support.

Owner is very moody and prone to giving bad advise. Prices are fairly good and service is good, but just like any shop it takes time to get things done.

These are my boys! They have outfitted me, and took care of me since the day I started riding again, three years ago. I bought my bike and most of my gear there, and they service my ride too. They are great with bikes and PROS at customer service!Heres the thing: I am a real hard a** about service. I have a low tolerance for rude or stupid service personnel; but I rarely find anything but stupid and rude service in our fine City of Gilroy. There is no good service anywhere in this town; even in places where you should reasonably expect good service, and probably would find it in other cities, in Gilroy? NO!And THAT is why Sunshine is like, well, a ray of sushine! In a city of customer service darkness, Sunshine casts bright light. These guys are knowledgeable, helpful, and good natured.If you have bike needs, go see the pros at Sunshine. They will take care of you!

DO NOT go here if you have an Ebike. They will not touch on it unless it is bought from their store. I went to see in person if they would service a punctured tire on my ebike. They flat-out said NO. And might I add, just for a punctured tire and not for anything electrical, like with wires or a motherboard.
