Products:If you dont care about getting the latest jacket then this store is perfect for you. The products are usually discounted a lot compared to what they sale at the regular store. They carry many sizes and colors.Service:The staff here are very knowledgeable and gave me tips on selecting the right jacket. There is never any pressure to buy, which I love.Cleanliness: it can get hectic here, but most of the time I can fond what I am looking for. Wish they would make more room near the mirrors when trying on jackets. It sometimes feel like they have all the jackets everywhere.

Great selection of gear. Everything from t shirts to summit series down jackets to tents and bags. Very helpful staff, they wear the products and have first hand experience using them in the field. 40-60% doesnt hurt either. Kinda tucked away in the back of the outlet center but worth it.

A bit addictive. One of the few places that is fun to go shopping with my husband. If you are an outdoor enthusiast beware that you will find many thing you need at good prices. Excellent quality. Guaranteed for life. A few items now seem to have a label, not covered by warranty, so check!

Decent selection of items for an outlet store. Discounts ranged from 40-50% off for the most part. Prices/discounts better than what I saw at the Columbia store nearby.

My ex-wife loved shopping at Gilroy Premium Outlets – me not so much. The North Face Outlet was one of the few stores I enjoyed. I appreciate shopping for my own clothes, unlike some men. I don’t care about fashion, I want comfort. The staff at North Face were helpful without being overbearing.

First time shopping here. I expected it to be real busy since in was labor day weekend with labor day sales--and it was. However, the staff was really nice and very helpful. The staff looked like they actually liked working there. I will probably shop here more often.

Has some really great deals on things like snow pants! Their hoodies are super comfortable also.

Such a great store. All the employees are really helpful and knowledgeable in all north face items. If you got a question they got an answer. They are all extremely kind and make sure you leave satisfied. I highly recommend visiting this store.

Once a year I shop here with the family. Kids love the gear (primarily jackets and heavy gear). They barely have enough t-shirts or running shorts. I wish they had more summer gear

Rude people. One of the employees was such a racist-dislike for people of color and immigrants. Would not let us look at womens sweater. Was trying to buy for my mom. Even started making hand gestures that I was not understanding her. And that I move towards mens section. Made such a scene.

Very good help only if asked. All sizes of everything, but no shoes.

Cant beat the specials and variety that they have here. I like to touch and try on the jackets and sweaters before I purchase them. Excellent quality.

Decent prices, but limited selection. Some jackets are only available in 2 sizes. There are like 20 all of the same size...

Go there when it is off season to get better deals than buying it on holiday sales... lesser people, more arranged and easire to find items - IT WORKS WONDER, MORE SAVING believe me or not.

Too crowded with people standing around and not even shopping. Prices seems pretty much the same as their normal stores, except for a few sale/clearance items.

I go driving and I see the sign of this brand of clothing that I like a lot and I decide to go to buy a few shirts, . I go the store and I look for a shirt to buy but I saw that they are not original because they do not have the official label of north face. Thats why the prices are low. Many reviews 4.5 stars is a lie. They are the same employees or friends but not customers.

Lifetime warranty on factory outlet products too. Return only in factory outlet stores - Livermore is the next closest
