Pretty good experience! Love the brand, wish I would have been greeted when I entered the door. As well as offered help instead of us asking an associate. Otherwise pretty well!

I’ve been to quite a few MK stores…Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, Texas and West Virginia…the Gilroy California location is the WORST!!! First of all there was no one who greeted me, when walking around no one asked if I need anything and when I was paying and asked for an extra bag since I purchased two bags for two separate people the register person said its company policy to just give 1 bag per purchase. I explained to her that I am giving it to two different person. She said no. I asked if I can purchase an extra paper bag she said no. I asked another sales person again they said NO. What the heck I have never experience this. I just purchased almost $400 worth of merchandise and for a single bag they rather lose a customer. Will never go back to this location.

I had a great experience I visited Michael kors on Thanksgiving sale. I got 5 clutches/ purses and a coat. Sale was good. I loved the collection. Sale was like 70%+20% off. I got amazing stuff at a good price. It was worth buying during sale. They had a good collection of bags and watches.

Absolutely LOVE shopping here! They ALWAYS ALWAYS have great deals! I can spend hours here buying different bags,sunglasses, iPhone cases, clothes you name it! Staff is always super helpful and very polite. Christmas time and Mother’s Day also TONS of deals! Keep up the good work! 👍🏼

This store has a good selection of purses . This one looks exactly like the one at the Great Mall so if location is what is convenient for you this is the closest to Morgan Hill and the Monterey county

Bought myself a purse and matching wallet prices are amazing, employees friendly and offered hand sanitizer.

I purchased 2 purse and 2 wallets. I told the manager that I need two paper bags because I have to give the purses to two different person. The manager told me that they can’t provide it. I told her I will purchase the other paper bag and she said ‘No because we only provide the bag that will fit the item that you purchase’. This doesn’t make sense. If I return the other purse and purchase it again then I guess they will provide me with another paper bag. But the manager said No we still can’t . AWFUL SERVICE. It ruined my day. I want to return all my purchases. I don’t have a choice I have to give 1 star. If I a choice I will give NO STAR in this store.

Very bad customer service !! I was shopping for a wallet and these employees were nice and helping me till I got in line they kicked me out of the store because I didn’t have a mask. When other people shopping n had purchased things didn’t even have masks !! Well not be spending my money here 😡

Good mothers day sale. But only had a few items not alot of sizes to choose from. And it a no money back on sale items.

Love the brand and find things of and on. The staff is a real turn off in this store. Id rather go to coach for the experience. Id like to see better sales staff in this store.

Bought some items.lost the proof of purchase and ya thats my fault. All I wanted was a gift card to at least be able to come back when I had some more time and something I liked but they refused to issue me a gift card. Apparently all store credit must be used at the time of issue, but then I look online and mk policy says a gift card can be issued. Wierd. Apparently this store staff make their own policy at will.

BAD!!! SERVICE!!!!! Worst store I’ve been too!!! Girls uptight they don’t know how to talk to people made a $500 plus purchase and I couldn’t even get an extra bag they were sooooo rude I returned my purchase!!

I purchased a bag for my mom xmas present but my mom for not even 2 weeks she doesn’t like the color that’s why I need to exchange but the cashier Told me she’s not going to exchange bec. There’s a stain inside and it hasn’t been used yet! That’s why I got disappointed to all the staff I’m not gonna purchased to this place anymore I’m not going to recommend this place to others.😡😡😡

Today it was my bad experience ever at Michael kor gilroy. How the hell they hired the rude and stupid manager to handle this store. This lady is so crazy and rude that I never met. All those lady in the store not happy to help the customers. They going to out of business as the employees manager refuse to sell the product to the customers . Michael kor is the big company but hires this kind of people. How many customers that they been rude and refused not to sell the product ? And how Michael kor has the money to pay for all those crazy manager ? Today is 06/25/2019 around at 8:30 please check the camera and see how ur manager acted to the customers?
