This Costco has very helpful staff, and things usually run rather smoothly even when the store is busy. It keeps a good selection on hand, the only thing I wish is that they would not discontinue things as soon as you start to love them! But I guess thats just a Costco thing

One of the best customer experience I have ever had.We were looking for a Men’s bike which was very low on inventory.Called the Gilroy center and the customer assistant by name Travis was really helpful in holding up the bike for us and helped answering all our questions.We drove all the way from Milpitas to Gilroy .Candy aisle is a sight to behold!The store is similar to a restaurant supply warehouse. Not really stocked for home shopping, but if you need a commercial mop bucket or a professional refrigerator this is the place....and of course you can get single serve ketchup and honey packs here. Theres an aisle with a huge assortment of shrink wrapped baked goods, if you have family coming over you could stock your kitchen with all kinds of gas station baked goods. If you are hosting a bunch of kids, they have boxes of pre-made sandwiches that might come in handy. If you want to live out your childhood fantasy of running a food truck, this store is for you. 😃

I was waiting in the Handicap Parking because of my Disability and as my Wife was shopping in Costco, and I seen A Young Gentleman walked by me with the Costco uniform and as He walked near my vehicle I asked Him if can He please get me a water because I need to take my Medicine and his response was sure I’ll be glad too! So He went and got me two waters. I just wanna say Thank’s to Daniel who’s A Costco Employee that was outside pushing carts! Daniel Thank You for going Above and Beyond Your regular duties! Thank You Costco for having an Prime Example of A Outstanding & Excellent Employee! 👌🏼✔️

1st time there used to go to the one in San Jose I got all twisted but it was great love to be back again

Great location in a very clean and accessible plaza thats just right off the freeway. Came here and picked up some stuff that I needed on a pinch. It has decent selection but is lacking in some of the other Ross. Good spot for local shopping on a bargain cant find main brand items on a discount.

A lot of people there but not crowdedNeeded some help with some glasses that were stepped on they were fixed with a smile. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Something new when you get food to eat, you pay for it first at a computer terminal then you wait in a short line to pick it up. It was very efficient but confusing for a few oldtimers.

So this one in Gilroy, California is very busy. Many people on a week day. However, the shelves were well stocked. I noticed Basmati rice was 5.00 more than So. SAN FRANCISCO. ???? Anyway, this store had a good staff and was clean.

Different setup from the one I usually go to had some different items there for example Thomas Kincaid prints which I Love 💕

Love Costco because of the wide variety of groceries and household items to automotive, electronics, etc. Value pricing, friendly staff, great customer service.Overall a staple of todays shopping forum, and the Gilroy store does it as good or better than any Costco.Two Thumbs Up!

I’m usually very satisfied with products and service from this store, but lately the level of customer service has fallen. While checking out with a $500.00 + order I was berated by Nohemi S “it would have been faster and easier if your cart were emptied” reply for not fully emptying my cart. Now I’m a 73 year old man and have to walk with a cane, normally checkers and their support crew are more than happy to help.

Costcos always a great place to shop they just dont always have great merchandise

Come here often, haven’t reviewed. Obviously 5 stars, costco is great at customer service in general but today I was day dreaming while pushing my cart back to the cart return and the employee who was working the cart collection told me he appreciated me which made me feel appreciated lol

You can count on Costco to cover many areas of your life. My last visit I was able to to get food for my household, buy myself and wife some clothes, a new foam matrss cover and comforter for the bed. Lastly I was able to get my glasses tuned up and refitted

My favorite store!! See something you like, you better buy it. Love the RAOs marinara sauce, the best I have ever tasted. Makes everything taste better. Will buy the 2 pack every time I go in, or 2-2 packs when on sale.

Gilroy Costco has installed self checkout lines, perfect for those that only have a few items to purchase. Staff on hand to guide you through the process.Paper goods and water was well stocked.Food ordering kiosks are also now back for ordering food from the food court.

Costco gas only used. Quick in and out short line wait. However price per. Gallon was .10 higher than 40 miles away in Hayward /Union City Costco on same day purchase.

Great stop between LA and Silicon Valley. Cheapest gas in the area. The dining area is in the store, and so is the restroom!

Was pretty OK, generally shop at Merced, but still managed to find what was needed. Got bone in a hot dog, that was awful but other than that it was ok.

They brand ( Kirkland) decrease in quality, the shower bar soap it’s irrite my eyes horrible, I trow to the trash immediately I used, and they increase the prices.The helper to pack in the shopping car just only trow the merchandise chips mashed, mix hot Whitt frozen etc etc,We pay membership for bad services.

This is a well stocked Costco and the staff is helpful. I appreciate that they try to keep the flow of the parking lot moving.

My family enjoys shopping at the Gilroy Costco . I can always find what I need and more . We enjoy having a slice of 🍕 .

Although crowded, the Costco was well organized and kept clean. The free samples were yummy and the prices fair. Almost all the cash registers were open, and every employee was courteous and had a kind word to say.

From the perspective of living in a town with a smaller Costco, coming to the full sized Costco in Gilroy, this is a real treat! All the displays have more space, the selection is broader, and the inventory is greater. The store is very clean and they have new self-checkout stations. Im not sure I like those, but there was no line at them and I was out with my 2 items in just a few minutes.

Very busy. A lot of check out lines open. Help your cashier out by getting items you plan to purchase ready by having the item barcode visible to scan in your cart. Gets you out faster and hardly any touching from the cashier. Since they touch & scan so many items that customers put in their cart, the chance of spreading covid19 is higher. Theyll appreciate this little thing you can do and protect yourself as well.

I frequent this Costco probably every other week. It is well laid out, clean and consistent with other Costcos. I watched them build this one so have been going here since it started. The one element that is consistent is many (not all!) of the employees lack etiquette (or common sense). I can give many examples. Another element that is frustrating is, I have run into race issues at this Costco (only time in my life; I am caucasian). Anyway, it is a great place but those are the two reasons it is a 3 out of 5.

Yes! This gas station is only just off H101. Very convenient when you need to refill after a long drive. There are strip malls near by. Places to grab eats and relax.

Had an issue with one of the pumps. It only filled my tank part way. I had to go back in a different line to complete the filling of tank. Front right was the problem one.

Good location. The parking lot has plenty of parking space, and easy to get in and out with no traffic jamThere is a gas station at this location. It was not too crowded when I was there. The gas price was great, much cheaper than out on the street, but members only of course.However there is almost no cellphone signal in the warehouse (Im on T-mobile). If I need to make a phone call (like asking my wife what else needed to buy), I had to go outside the warehouse

This is one of my least favorite Costcos to visit. I think it draws the San Jose crowd so sometimes its just way too packed, even during times of covid. The gas pumps are nightmarish, but convenient since its near the freeway.

It’s great to know they are not using plastic straws anymore.

Always love shopping at Costco, besides the great priced groceries that are always there, and the amazing deals on health and beauty items, it is like Christmas when you check out all the surprises they bring in all the time!

Just like your typical Costco - pretty busy on a Sunday. The chicken area didnt seem well fridgerated so ended getting the frozen ones instead. Grabbed other items but this Costco seemed well stocked. Lines were long but went fast. Only reason for the one star taken out was the cashier was too much in a rush that she thought 2 jeans were alike so she scanned one twice but one was about $13 and the other was $4. Had to wait in another line for about 15 mins because she closed out the ticket already.

Love this place. Lots of options, clean, and the check out is ways super fast. We always find what we are looking for and the some!

This thing is crazy expensive for what it is. However South Lake Tahoe is a dump when it comes to “affordable” hotels.
