The service I received last night was so amazing. Im not from here and this store is the closest thing to what type of service Im used to receiving at home. I compare them to Chick-fil-A. They are nothing short of amazing. All 6 people I encountered were very pleasant, friendly and helpful. From the moment I walked into the store until the moment I left the store, I felt like they valued my business. Ive been shopping at Lowes but now Im Home Depot!!! Thank you for giving me some hope in Missourians.

Kee helped us with some sheet vinyl today at the Gladstone store. She went above and beyond and gave us great service. She took special care to ensure it was cut and wrapped well so it was not damaged and even helped us load it on the trailer. Thank you Kee and the others that assisted you! Your dedication to your job did not go unnoticed!

Hands down the most improved store in the city. One year ago when you walked into that store you could not find anybody who knew were the inventory was or if they even carried it. They have come a long way with quality of people that they hire and retain. Great job!

Generally a good store however, one big caveat. Do. Not . Buy propane here. Their self serve never works. I’ve gotten propane here 5+ times and I’ve never once had their stupid machine work. Omg just fix you machine, it’s getting ridiculous at this point.

Home Depot is the only one that had the right color of spray paint for me. The door greeter Terry was very nice to chat with thank you.

Was looking for a very odd sized lightbulb. I had been to 3 other stores and no one knew where the original lightbulb came from. However, at this location the sales associate was able to help me find an alternative that would work in its place. Very helpful.

This Home Depot has excellent customer service! I have come into the store several times to work on a furniture project. I am in the process of refinishing my mom’s dining table set by stripping multiple layers of paint. I bought gloves, a metal scraper, espresso wood stain + poly, and mineral spirits for the project. The first time I went to the store I was helped by a kind staff member named Grant who works for Behr paint as a consultant for several Home Depot locations. Grant helped me choose the items I needed for the project and was actively trying to get to know me and help me with my shopping experience. Yesterday when I had to return items and get more items. I was helped by another kind staff member. He not only helped me choose the wood stain + poly but when I disclosed that I was doing this project for my mom who I have a poor relationship with- he was good at listening to me and validating my feelings/experience. I would highly recommend shopping at this location.

The management at this store has always been great. I’ve been coming here for years and love the place. Tonight I had the friendliest assistance you could ever ask for from the customer service desk.This store also donated to every Eagle Scout project that ever asked when my boys were going through Scouts.

I had a wonderful experience here (not that I’ve ever had a bad one) when I went to grab some paint. Moose came to assist me while Delton was on a break. He stepped in and got me started on what I came in for. Delton helped me choose the right finish and primer and went above and beyond what I expected. He was very friendly and I am very grateful for his assistance. Thank you!

We recently were looking for a locksmith to rekey new locks but learned how expensive it is to have someone come to your house to do this job. Then we found out that Home Depot rekeys locks for free, even if you don’t buy the locks from them! Wow, so helpful and saved us so much money. Great customer service here.

Nothing super spectacular about this Home Depot. Just the usual fair prices and quality of inventory. Will continue to shop here!

Never had an issue at this location. Customer service is great. Although I am a little upset with the policy they have to follow in regards to online orders. If Home Depot could make it easier for their employees as well as the customer when confirming pickup that would be great! Maybe other than just a picture ID but perhaps social. Sucks I had to drive back home for my ID to pick up my order. Natalie and Lewis handled the situation great and explained the process because of them I will return.

Does not respect the veterans they claim to honor with a 10% discount. Was told to bring military ID back with receipt and the 10% would be refunded. Did as instructed and was told would have to repurchase and return everything in order to get the discount, which makes absolutely no sense. Will NEVER shop here again.

They had what I needed. I asked for help and they directed me to the correct aisle and displayed items I needed.

I came in to homedepot and purchase lumber clearly a sign saying we will beat anyone by 10% I was charge 9.92$ for 2x4x10 and menards has the lumber priced for 8.58$. They clear have done it multiple for me if we looked up past purchase but won’t stay true to it now! It is sad that a company won’t honor there own ads!

Went to check out a paint color for outside of our house. It was Sunday not real busy. Masks are required.

When we walked in there was a cashier leaning on the register playing on her phone, never acknowledged us, after 3 attempts to try to get help I finally found a worker, all this and they didnt even have a #40 chain link connector !!!!!I am so done with the Depot

This store was uncrowded (@ 6 PM) weekday. Staff was helpful. Young man even found exactly for what I was searching and brought it to me. We both were so proud of his feat. Excellent attitude and birddoggedness.

Looking for an end to blinds, that broken. We had several associates talk with us and several gentlemen walked us around until they found it. We could never have been able to find these parts. Everyone was courteous and very helpful with a positive attitude. We will be back and recommend you to others.

Dude, the store is just B I G, for me. Im disabled & due to my back it feels like Im walking miles. So in order to try to make my experience less of a marathon I usually try to prepare, such as visit the website to see what isle the merchandise I need is on, if that doesnt pan out, I will call. Overall I love the selection of merchandise and the remarkable friendliness of their employees, and this was during the visits I personally made. I definitely recommend this store, their employees & their prices. Excellent job Home Depot!!! And thank you.

The staff was very helpful placing an order online while instore due to availability! The products are always organized well too and staff is helpful without being overbearing.

There is not a whole lot to say. You can get all sorts of tools, washers, fridges, dishwashers, doors, windows, carpeting, flooring, shelves, lights, lawn mowers, flowers, cacti, shovels, rakes, paint, Plumbing, bathroom fixtures, cement, drywall, salvation and way way more. From the lighting two fans to just Plumbing or basic home fix up its all there. Had a few issues with the carpet installing company. Wrong matting installed. I would definitely watch a little. Seemed like it happenes often. Than installer lied to my husband. I will not do it again!!Very bad experience. More to it.

Got the help I needed in good order. Staff was helpful and directed me to where I needed to go to get what I needed and showed me some options. Very good store.

Service was ok. Took a while to find a few things. If your in the front of the store you dont get to see what sections are in the back rows until you walk all the way back there. So the best place to go when shopping for multiple items is the back, so your able to see signs for items in the front on one side and items in the back on the other side.

I just left this store without purchasing flooring for one of our rentals due to the rude behavior of a “20 year” employee. I was in the store with my husband and 2 kids looking for a particular brand of flooring when the employee informed me that she was trying to keep her six feet distance. This woman was behind me when she said it and I told her I appreciate that. Then the woman proceeds to yell at me and tell me “No the six feet is for me!!” In a hateful tone. I walked away and got angry because at no point was I in her space. We left the store and We will never return. I did nothing wrong. This employee is costing you money in sales.

Have to say with all the lumber companies in the Kansas City Mo market Home Depot seems a tad smug tried working with them on two different shed projects and got nothing done the first was on a kitted out one one of their pro builders was supposed to been in contact well not a one wanted the project then was trying to purchase a resin shed found out it wasnt available even though it was on my stores website told the chat agent that was going down the street to Lowes or Menards the rep didnt bad an eye just told me bye bye

Went to pick an item up for curbside service on Saturday. Pulled up, followed the app instructions told them my car, what space, etc. 10 minutes later, I assume that I must have entered something wrong and follow the same process again. 10 minutes later I call, and no one answers the service desk. I did not bring a mask and do not want to enter the store because of that reason. 10 minutes of calling later, I finally get through to someone at the service desk and am immediately put on hold. 5 minutes later they ask for order details to followup with their curbside team. 15 minutes later a kid who acts like i’m inconveniencing him brings my item and tells me there’s no one working curbside. I mention to him that there are other cars waiting as well and he should tell his manager to put up a sign on the designated curbside spots if they’re not offering that service but he blew off the suggestion and went back inside.Home Depot should not falsely advertise curbside pickup if you don’t have anyone in the store assigned to the service. I would consider it common courtesy to at least put a sign over the curbside parking spaces that says to go to customer service or something.

I needed some mulch and I bought 4 big bags. Because they were heavy, the employees helped get them in my car. These people are just great with customer service.

I have been coming to this store for years, this last year the garden center has been the best it has ever been. Associates are great Absolutely amazing supervisors who go above and beyond, special thanks to Darnell Dixon, Super Supervisor!!!

This is a little smaller than youre typical Home Depot. They have most of everything youre looking for but at times they dont carry larger varieties of grills or lawn and landscaping equipment. Not that big of a deal though. The staff has always been great though and more than willing to help me find things. Thats why I prefer them to Lowes.

I thoroughly enjoy shopping at Home Depot. No matter what I am shopping for or what department I need, staff members are always eager to help and quite knowledgable in their assigned areas. I also enjoy that Home Depot offers a 10%-discount to ALL VETERANS. I just have to show my id and I am good to go. The extra discount really makes a difference and adds up quite nicely.

This store is a little out of the way and somewhat off the beaten path, but always pretty well stocked with helpful staff (including bi-lingual).

Was really disappointed with customer service. We actually felt that employees were intentionally walking away so they didnt have to help us. We needed to have a set of wooden blinds cut to size that we were attempting to buy. The kid that we had to track down to help us said he needed to go get someone else to cut them. After standing there for 20 minutes, we put them back and ordered them online from another company. Weve never experienced this issue at Lowes and we will probably be shopping there from now on.
