This is the closest location of a beauty supply store to me. They usually have what I need but it is so an organized and the store never really looks clean I’m giving a four-star anyway only because 95% of the time they usually have what I need I just wish it was more organized

I’ve been going here for YEARS since I was a little itty bitty kid. The owner has always been very nice to my entire family. Yes I am black. The owner always gives us discounts and sometimes he gives us free stuff.I love going to this store. He doesn’t follow us around, he doesn’t treat us like thieves, he doesn’t up charge us. I can’t discredit anyone else experience but for me he’s always been great and welcoming .

Great little shop. The owner is a little hard to understand, but he was very helpful and pointed us to all the products we needed. I recommend this little place.

I visited for hairs and products that I needed, and I was able to buy what I wanted. I could always choose popular ones I always use too. They also give away lots of gifts as long as they have :) Ive never seen any other store that gives small goods and d.c. for being a nice and friendly. I understand him that sometimes there are some difficulties and language barrier but its thoroughly understandable that I dont really think its too difficult. Keep smile!

My first tike in the store I found MORE than id planned on buying. BLONDE- straight hair. curly hair. pony tails. braiding hair. lipgloss. wig brush. fat rubberbands. eyelashes. OMG I LOVED IT!and the owner was freeking awesome.

Terrible customer service! I asked if they had a certain color of packaged hair and the guy at the counter pointed and basically told me to look inside some boxes next to the counter to find it myself!! Place was FULL of unpacked boxes ALL over the store. Overall very unprofessional, messy, and terrible service. I would not recommend ANYone to spend money in this store!

Do not go here. The store is ALWAYS a mess, he is very rude, there’s no price tags on a lot of the stuff so that means he just types whatever price sounds right to him (wayyyy over priced btw) I will never go here again.

Owner was a nice guy ! I found me a beautiful very long ponytail for a great price. Store could’ve been more organized but I won’t complain considering it’s the only hair store in North KC that sells black hair care products & hair.

Its the next best thing. Prices are reasonable. Hair is amazing. Customer service is even better. The owner is a nice respectable guy.

Worst beauty supply Ive ever been to in my life. I could barely look around before the owner start shoving hair products in my face that I didnt want. He rushed me, so of course I didnt have the opportunity to find what I initially went to purchase.

Look, it may be small and messy but its the only store in the northland so, I wont complain too much. I was able to find what I wanted and even a new wig I had been looking for. If you need help, you gotta ask.

Only place I know of up north to find black hair products. Not to impressed, the store always has unpacked boxes all around, and many things are never in stock. Its better to drive to the city.

Very rude, my wife has made purchases several occasions but today she did not find what she was looking for and was called a thief due to shopping and not buying something. He physically came at her to push out of the store when she questioned what he said. Please do not spend your money there,we will not!!!!

Excellent customer service, reasonable prices, and a wide variety of hair products (for any hair type). I drive over thirty minutes just to visit this beauty supply. Highly recommend!

The store has some great products however, there were many boxes in the isles so it was difficult to shop. I felt uncomfortable bc I was being observed the entire time in the store. I didnt even want to pick anything up. The store might as well put all product behind a clear case. I will NOT be returning. I will take my business to Super Bunnies.

Don’t buy here. Better off driving to the city for your hair needs or buying online. Owner is rude and unprofessional. Bought an item(unoponed) and tried to return it. No Returns. He tries to tell me he would give me store credit but not for the amount of my $48 purchase. He argued and got upset with me. Long story short I kept the product and will not return to this store ever again. Please do yourself a favor and spend your money where it will be appreciated ladies!!!

This guy, the owner locked me in the store. I questioned him about the price of something, he literally cursed me out and than told me to go somewhere else. He’s rude, unprofessional and doesn’t deserve to own and operate a urban beauty supply store. I would certainly discourage anyone of supporting this business. Please take your money and business elsewhere.

I would call it more of a hair store than beauty supply. Old nail polishes and no supplies for acrylic or dip nails.

I usually avoid this place because it is Very disorganized and it is not stocked well. This was not my choice.

Opened today 10am to 8 PM, the store wasnt opened T 1045am I went to Walmart to get the crochet tool. This place so sucks.

I walked to the door and the guy in there was yelling and I couldn’t understand him so he told me and my sister to leave I simply could not understand him because the door and the mask he had on.

Online says theyre supposed to be open @ 10am. Ive been sitting in my car going on 20 minutes now and they still arent open, this really sucks when you have a time frame to work with and they dont open on time🙄🙄🙄

These 2 dudes are scammers! I went in there with a 100 dollar bill to buy 2 kenekalon hair totaling to 3.54 and I was supposed to get around 95 bucks back and they gave me 75. I was in a rush so I didn’t notice but by the time I noticed it was too late and I’ve NEVER lost money. I go back the next day and they pull up the security footage only to dismiss it even though the camera quality was SO Bad that you couldn’t even see the bill #, but you could tell that it didn’t add up to 95. So basically they scammed me out of 20 of my own hardworking dollars. Don’t come here. It’s NOT worth it.

I think the Asian store owner is racist toward black women. Ladies find somewhere else to buy the products you need.

1st time for everything! White boy in an African american hair store. (Ran by Asian dude lol) Looked like he had a lot of products. Boxes everywhere, kinda cramped up little store.

Wrost place ever. I got hair and try to exchange first he said he didnt sell this type of hair I go get the same exact hair and showed him I let him know that I only want to exchange then he says he doesnt remember me and told me to get out. Ive never been treated like this over money I spent I even offered the card I brought the hair on just to prove myself.

I went there with my wife to look for some beauty supply, and while she was looking I found this eucalyptus cream that I liked but didnt find an expiration date so I returned it to where it was. Left the store and had my wife wait for me in the car and as I was in a store next to this place my wife came in running telling me that the owner is taking pictures of my car yelling at her for doing something!!! So I rushed out of the store to see what is going on and this owner yelling at me and my wife on the middle of the street and asked me to get into his store, and his English is really bad all he was saying come here, camera camera as soon as we went in he was showing me a recording of me reaching out to that cream I mentioned already and I looked at him that are you really acusing me of stealing? After 10 minutes of talking to him non sense and cannot understand his English he was trying to tell me that I am not etiquette for not putting the cream tube back in the same hole that I picked it up from? And then shouted at me and my wife get the hell out I stepped out and called the police to report this incident and without mentioning the name of the store the dispatcher told me are you calling about the B&B Beauty supply? I said yes, I had two officers that came by they were lauphing and had told me that this owner makes the police come at least 3 times a week for stuff like this! They mentioned that he had assaulted people before, spit on people, and all kinds of stuff that you wouldnt imagine. I really suggest you take your business somewhere else if you like to be respected.
