If you dont answer the phone or return a call by 5 the same day. You lose your appointment. After 20 years being a loyal customer, you just lost 2. I am a human being that deserves better than this lousy service. So long.

I always have such a good experience here. EVERYONE is kind and helpful. They listen to you and do whatever they can to help. Ive NEVER experienced or witnessed anything other than this. I procrastinated making an appointment and had my last contact in. They ordered my prescription to give me a trial contact so that I would have one before my appointment. Their service is amazing. The doctors always take their time with me and do such a great job. I wont go anywhere else! Highly recommend!

Unfortunately I have to concur that the custumer service of this business is horrible. My eye glasses were intended for the sport I play. From the start they never provided a correction of vision while I played my sport. I thought at the start my eye had to adjust but it never got any better. I went back in and told them they had never worked for me their response was I was beyond their 3 month limitation of correcting these issues. I would understand this maybe with regular glasses but I wore these only when I played this sport. Anyhow, the display of lack of concern of custumer satisfaction was evident. I do expect more from my healthcare providers than what this place provided. I never even got to speak to the doctor with this issue, instead it was with eye ware technicians out in the waiting room. Very unprofessional setup for eyecare.

Absolutely horrible office staff!I wanted an explanation on why my second visithad a medical diagnosis coded and billed When it should’ve just been a follow up for a contact fitting to order the correct ones.Due to the way it was billed I was required another $25 co-pay.I was told I would have to talk to the doctor directly, I asked how I go about doing that and she said you have to call back. She was so rude and acted like she was being inconvenienced!I’ve been going there for 2 to 3 years and will not be returning for my yearly exam. There are way too many choices of providers that you can be treated better than the way this I clinic treats their patients.

I have been going to Dr. Rondeau at Bennett Eye Care for many years and I have had nothing but positive and professional experiences. I feel well taken care of from check-in to check-out with all of the staff. I have referred many other friends and family members to Dr. Rondeau as well and I would not do that if she was someone I did not think highly of.

The professionals were fine, got my eyes checked. But no one at the front desk was helpful with a receipt or with trying to figure out what my total was. They just want you in, take your money, and leave. No one had a sense of care or interest in their job. Every visit leaves me even more confused & frustrated. 5/10

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Rondeaus for 6 years. She and her staff are kind and welcoming, both in person and over the phone. We have always been seen promptly at our appointment time and have always felt like we have Dr. Rondeaus undivided attention and care during our exams. The staff has always been helpful when I call to pay for our contacts over the phone, and we appreciate that they are open on Saturdays too! Highly recommend!

My optometrist Dr, M Bednar is an excellent & friendly Dr. Not only that, the questions I had, he put me @ ease & explained to me what was going on with my sight ! I have recommended my family & friends to this establishment!

Bennette Eyecare is wonderful place to go for eye care. The doctors and staff are very pleasant and will help you with anything you need. They have a large variety of frames and if they dont have the color you want they will look up and see what else they have and will order it for you. I highly recommend them for your eye care!

Tried to talk me into eye drops I dont need..would hff have cost 400.00..then told me I could get different for 69. Then angrily said I could buy over counter for 16. Lost the screw that holds nose piece on within 6 months. They did fix it for free. Not happy though. Will not go back. Very expensive.

Bennett eye care Midwest on N Oak Trfy is the best eye care shop Ive ever been in. The people that work there are so friendly and knowledgeable its unbelievable! They really care about their clients, and theyre so professional. Everything they do has purpose and is done with a great attitude and seemingly no frustration or hesitation.They all seem to work well together and they do it with a smile. Im so glad my Doctor is there. She(Dr Rondeau) is also happy to serve and it shows very much. I cant say enough good things about this group of people or this business.

While I dont love having my eyes tested with pressure or dilation, I DO love coming into this office! The front desk ladies are always welcoming and friendly. The technicians I see are always patient, and kind. Dr. Tischinski makes you feel important when visiting. He doesnt make you feel like hes in a rush to get to the next appointment and takes time to explain things as well as answer any questions you have. This is a wonderful staff to visit for our family eye care. THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR SERVICE!

Eye exam is great. MOST of staff is as well. Front desk receptionist is rude and has attitude with people younger than her. People 60 years and up shes sweet as can be to. Anything younger, expect some attitude. Thought maybe it was just me, so I sat and watched while waiting on appt.

Have been a Patient at this office for over 10 years. They have always dealt with me in a professional manner and have always worked to make my visits comfortable and have cared for my eye care needs very well. I expect to be a continuing customer for many more years.

Bennett eyecares entire staff truly care and make your visit care free with results. Ive been going there for some time now. Dr. Abbie Rondeau is professionally thorough and so willing to make your eye care experience a time to learn and feel confident shes got your eyecare concerns as her number one concern. Today was my annual eye care visit. Right on time my appointment was met by a technician named Rachel, just like everybody Ive experienced made my visit quick, painless, informative and we had some laughs along the way. Absolutley appalled by how they treated my daughter!! The front desk staff was rude and would not let her speak. During the adjustment process of her glasses the tech ripped them off her face and pulled her nose ring out. The tech just walked off with no apology or explanation. Their behavior was UNEXCEPTALBE!! We will only be going back to the Platte City location as we adore the staff there.

I visit doctor T every year for contact fitting and he’s great. They have a large selection of nice sunglasses which are pricy but everyone there is very friendly and helpful.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The staff is horrible. I had an horrible woman check me in before seeing the actual eye doctor. I also saw in my chart that she left open, rude comments about me personally. I even was treated rudely when I was picking out glasses and was treated rudely when I called back to cancel my order. Overall if you need to get your eyes check, you better have thick skin because the women I encountered where the worst.

Very rude & inconsiderate considering I had a fairly easy fix. Instead of fixing my eyeglasses the staff interrogated me & asked how their defective eyeglasses fell apart. I really didn’t appreciate the antagonistic & condescending attitude but I certainly won’t subject myself to such self centeredness & poor customer service again. Simply put they were rude and didn’t really care about resolving my issue, they didn’t mind taking my money but were shocked & inconvenienced with me having an issue. Don’t go here, they aren’t the best available option by a long shot.

Dr. Rondeau takes time to know you and your eye care needs. Exams are thorough and never rushed and technicians are well trained and caring. Personnel responded in a professional manner and questions and messages are answered promptly. The group is a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them for your eyecare néeds!!!

First, the assistants were rude. When I finally met with the doctor, she brushed through the exam without listening to me, then gave me an obviously wrong prescription.When I went back a week later for the follow-up, the assistant was so rude that I left without bothering to see the doctor.I recommend you avoid this place.

Staff is very rude. Theyll tell you a price for your contacts and then when you get there theyll double the price on you. They dont seem to know what is going on. Will not be going back.

I have been a client of this office for a few years and have always been pleased with the staff, doctors, and selection of eyewear! They have a sister store in Liberty with different frames so it can be a hassle to try going back and forth.

The entire crew at Bennett is fantastic! The ODs are some of the best you will ever meet. Every encounter I have had with any of them has been nothing but pleasant. I am also strongly impressed by the optical department. The professionalism I have seen from literally every optician I have met in the practice has been top-notch. Even the front desk, techs, and billing department have been senesational in my visits!
