I started coming to In Vision Eye Care Center about 4 years ago. I loved them so much that when I moved to North Carolina for work I researched to see if they were still in my network. Luckily they are and I get to keep my yearly exam scheduled around a trip back home to KC. The staff here is amazing and I always know I’m in good hands. Not only do they go the extra mile to help pick out cute frames, but they’re nice enough to ship my new glasses to my new address. Despite living several states away, I’ll keep going here as long as I can.

Top notch operation here. Easily scheduled an eye exam online on Friday and was seen on Monday. Kirsten & Dr. Scott took time to get to know me and answered all my questions. Looking forward to returning to this office for future eye care needs!

Weve been coming for about 3 years. I was in a bind and needed an appointment fast! They were able to get me in same day. My daughter transitioned into contacts and they went above and beyond teaching her the correct way to put them in and remove. No teenager wants to listen to mom.The doctors are so friendly and make sure to ask questions. The staff up front is quick, communicative and honest.

I absolutely loved this place! From the eye exam, to Amber helping me pick my glasses, to checking out. Everyone is so helpful. I wasnt rushed, everything was explained and comfortable. Amber who helped me pick my glasses was so patient as we sorted through numerous glasses. Pricing and add ons were broken down step by step so i understood everything. Would highly recommend! I also had to switch contacts a couple times to see what worked best for me, and again. Seamless and super easy!

My first time as a patient here. Its always hard changing eye doctor but so glad I did. Even though some technical difficulties during my appointments, it was still a great experience. I felt like I was given the time and attention needed. I liked the vibe if the office and staff.

Love the staff here. Found them last year and have been a customer ever since. The doctor lets you know what’s going on during every step of the exam. He/she also let’s you know what to expect in the future as far as eye care if you have things going on with your eyes. The staff that helped me select glasses were very helpful and supportive of what choices I make. They were my hype men so to speak. They also let me know what to out of pocket expenses to expect with my frames and lenses and they also let me know about the warranty that are on my lenses and frames. This is one of the northland’s best optometrist clinics in the northland.

I went in for a new patient intake exam. Everything went very smoothly, and I was able to verify my current prescription, and get a baseline view of my retina using their state of the art retinal photography machine. This will help track any issues with the interior of my eyeballs going forward.I paid out of pocket and was pleased to find it quite reasonable. The cost of the retinal photography was just about $30, very affordable and well within the price range for an extra-insurable cost.Dr. Seutter is clearly very knowledgeable and competent, and answered all my questions. There was no up-selling or pressure to buy anything extra, and overall I had an excellent patient experience.

I couldn’t see in one eye, Dr. Staatz has always seen me at the other place so he was familiar with me and my eyes. Had to get cateract surgery in one eye Dr. said. Went to Dr. Staatz referral Moyes eye center and everything went fine. Had all my follow up with Dr. Staatz and his team. They are terrific!!!! Don’t trust your eyes to anyone else. Dr. Staatz and in vision eye care is the only one I trust.

Staff did not pull up my insurance benefits correctly the first time telling me I would be spending $500-600 on my glasses. Ended up telling them about the error after I had left as I couldn’t afford what they were wanting the first time.Gave them a second chance and went through with buying my glasses with lenses. Turns out they messed up the rx. Told the lady when I put them on my right eye was fuzzy only for her to tell me that’s normal and to try them on the next day. I called back again only for one of the doctors to tell me to give it 3 days. Tried to work the next day with them and experienced massive headaches and could not use my right eye for 12 hrs until I could get home and put my old glasses back on.Instead of fixing the problem the next day I now need to take another day out of work (whenever I can get time) to then go back and re do everything. All the while I have a $270 some dollar paper weight sitting at home.If you like a run around and spending a ton of money this is the place for you.

I love this place! I’ve never had an eye doctor that actually listened to the problems I’ve constantly had with my contacts. Dr. Sherwood had me try some daily lenses because of my dry eye. I didn’t have to put them in solution... and could throw them away every day. They worked AMAZINGLY. It’s like a fresh lens everyday! I would never ever go anywhere else. Her staff is absolutely AMAZING, and the environment is welcoming and friendly.

I was seen right away after injuring my left eye. The staff are so friendly, knowledgeable, caring and helpful!! Dr. Alyssa is thorough with her exam, professional and got me taken care of that day. I felt relief and my eye healed within 24 hours. They had me follow up, we did a full exam and the front office ladies special ordered a cute pair of glasses I had my eye on. Everyone is so nice, I feel comfortable there, highly recommended!!

In vision eye care center is the best eye center i have been to. From the moment you walk in and are greeted by the ladies at the front to seeing the DR and then being helped with choosing frames and lenses. The overall experience is great. Also the only Eye Center to offer me Coffee or Water. Thanks for taking care of me.

I have to let everyone know what an awesome office this is. I am visiting from out of town and my 13 y o son left his daily wear contacts at home. I called and asked if they had any samples that I could buy from them. Not only did they agree, the Dr. approved for me to have them for free! I called several places and they all turned me down. Kudos to them! Amber was especially helpful in orchestrating this for me. All of this on a Saturday too!

I have never, and I mean NEVER, met an eye doctor so thorough and personable before. She/they went out of their way to make sure my eyes were comfortable and I had absolutely no regrets about my contact order.Though their frames selection seems small, I will absolutely never use any other eye place ever again! They even handed out free eclipse glasses! I highly recommend them to anyone who has to deal with the annoyance of contacts or glasses.

After having Lasik, I didnt visit an eye doctor for almost 7 years. Dr. Sherwood finally convinced me to come in for a check-up. The whole staff made me feel welcome and comfortable, even after not being seen by a doctor for years. Dr. Sherwood assured me everything from my previous surgery was perfect and I hadnt digressed in prescription at all. She also happily gave suggestions for dry eye and night glares. Would be so happy to go back for my next appointment!

Dr. Innes is, by far, the best optometrist Ive seen. She is professional and knowledgeable. Office technology is up to date. The staff is friendly and has provided me with some of the best customer service Ive received, anywhere. They truly go above and beyond expectations.

Went there only because they said the Dr. I would be seeing does gas perm prescriptions. Was told I had a 1.75 reading prescription, which turns out I do not. Used the 6.5 prescription for glasses that the Dr. wrote up for me, only to find out, my eyes are not that prescription, in fact, it is way off. Then I find out from talking to my son, who went there as well, that he will have to get his eyes rechecked, as the prescription they gave him is way off as well. I just love throwing cash out the window on prescriptions that are not correct. We will be going to get another eye exam. I will say, though my prescription was incorrect by a landslide, they were nice, but nice did not help.

The ladies here are so nice! I went in as a new patient to get new glasses and to get contacts for the first time, so I have had a few appointments with them. My eyes had gotten slightly worse so I gotten a new prescription, they made that it worked for me and I wasnt having problems. Janice even noticed my glasses were slightly crooked, when I didnt, so she got them fixed for me which I appericated. These ladies really care and are amazing! (I would name each of them by name but I am horrible at remembering names)

Dr Alyssa was amazing!! I was unsure as to what an under 3yr exam would consist of. She is amazing with toddlers! And, she had her work cut out for her as she had 2 toddlers to give an exam to.

Today I had my eye appointment at the In vision eye care center, going there with the expectation of seen better and to find a cute pair of glasses 👓🕶. . Well, I like simplicity in life and invision eye care nail all that and delivers comfort, simplicity, in a beautiful ambiance with an outstanding and amazing staff, Ashley as usual so placent ( she’s like a sunshine ☀️ there) Mrs. Celeste helped me to choose my new glasses ...and the Ophthalmologist doctor so knowledgeable made my visit an enjoyable experience.I will definitely recommend Invision Eye care to anyone...

Always get in for your appointment on time, no waiting! They use several different tactics with children so they can measure/assess their vision.

Like other reviewers, Ive also had SEVERAL issues with prescriptions and ordering lenses. I first visited them the beginning of October, and it took 4 return trips to FINALLY get my contact prescription right. After getting that right, I decided to order new glasses lenses. Bad idea. They said it would be a rush order, which ended up taking 3 weeks and several phone calls to actually make it happen, then when I got my glasses back the prescription was totally wrong. I dont even know why I was surprised. Took my glasses back in, did a new exam, and they ordered new lenses. And the prescription is still wrong. Ive been wearing contacts and glasses for 20 years, and seen over a dozen optometrists, and have never once had an issue with prescriptions. I will be taking my glasses to a different doctor to get a correct prescription. So frustrating.On the positive side:-They were very friendly and apologetic every time I had to come back in, which was about 8.-When they accidentally broke my frames, they let me pick any new frame I wanted at no cost-When the 2nd rush order for glasses lenses was held up and I was leaving out of town for the holidays, they were able to get my glasses done within a day and a half. So it can be done!

Lianne Innes was great with my new patient comprehensive visit. I was told that my prescription was very close to what my current lens. The associate at the front desk offered to tighten the screws on my current glasses. A moment later she returned my glasses and stated she had accidentally scratched the lens with the screw driver. She apologized but I still have a scratch in my glasses that was not there prior to my visit.----edit----The staff reached out and resolved this issue for me. I was treated fairly and appreciated the contact.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I have ordered three pairs of glasses and everytime has been an awesome experience. They have been able to get me in last minute for exams and never rush to get me out of the office (even if I arrive close to closing time).While I have been impressed each time I visit, my last visit exceeded expectations and solidifed my business. Again, I arrived near closing time to try on some new frames they ordered for me. The frames were smaller than either of us expected, nearly childrens frames. While I was disappointed those frames did not work out, Dr. Sherwood and her team stayed an extra 45 minutes to assist me in finding glasses I truly loved. The frames in store were not was I was looking for (as I am very picky), so they asked me questions about my style and want I wanted in some frames, and the search promptly commenced. Dr. Sherwood and her team all were engaged in extensive searches to find the type of frames I was looking for. When I found frames that I thought I would like to see, they ordered them and allowed me to return to see if they fit my bill.I was so impressed that three people all stayed late just to help me find frames. The frames they ordered for me to try on were exactly what I was looking for and I hard a time not purchasing all three. I cerntainly value the fact that I love my new glasses, but more, I value the extra mile every employee in the store went just to appease me. Dr. Sherwood and her team treated me like they would a family member and that is exactly the reason this establishment will alway have my business.Five stars everytime!

I didnt do an eye exam here, i just ordered glasses. People were friendly and nice and willing to work with me. However, i ordered them 17 days ago. Still no glasses. Its frustrating because Im rewearing contacts and i need to see. Im so done making visits and there still being no glasses even after the maximum promised time. Unsure if i will use them for ordering glasses again
