Walmart should never have an employee on government assistance. Pay your workers more Walmart. You’re only one of the richest companies in the WORLD.

The Pharmacist at Walmart Super Center#7120 in Gladstone,Mo. was trying to help me with the website that was malfunctioning, so I could sign onto walmart.com and register for a vaccine,as I am in the 1B,tier2,65 yr. old, high risk, high contact essential worker category,who is double masked 12 hrs. A day at work.I told him that I was desperately trying to log on and create an account and it wouldn’t let me,it kept kicking out my one & only email and password, and after an hour of struggling, I called the Pharmacy there, and he actually told me to bring my IPad there and he would help me log on.Thats about the nicest thing anyone could ever do for me,when I am up here fromFlorida, and all alone .,and trying desperately to get vaccinated.Of course I can’t get there today or anytime soon, and I can’t register on your website,so I am really stuck between a rock & a hard place.Maybe they can reach out to me and help me.

This is my go-to WalMart. Cozy, real folks and the employees are always nice and friendly. Out of stock items can take what seems like a day or two to replenish, but this is not a negative thing. They offer a Subway and Money services up front as well as a grocery store. Very convenient and open 24 hours.

Calls and says prescriptions are ready for pick up when in fact they are completely out. Mixes up prescriptions. Causes multiple trips to fix. Do not recommend.

Smaller Walmart grocery has TP and are limiting purchases. This store has been empty for several days. These stores should start limiting purchases instead of being greedy and selling out. The government will take control of all food distribution soon if these stores wont limit purchases so more people can have what they need.Just pitiful that Walmart put so many retail stores out of business and now cant even manage to keep toilet paper stocked during a crisis.

I went with a prescription for my 6 year old son who has the flu. I was told the Rx would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I looked at the time. I shopped a little and came back in about 17 minutes. There was one woman picking up her Rx when I came back so I stood where you are supposed to stand. When they were done with the other woman they closed the gate and went to lunch. I said, Excuse me! Im just here to get my sons prescription! You said it would be ready! They ignored me. I had to wait 20 more minutes until they came back. Why tell me a certain time to come back if you are going to close? And how can you just ignore someone?

Today was the first time ever that my prescription was refused by a pharmacist that I have been getting for years.. she took it upon herself..mind you going up against my physician with a medical license who has been practicing medicine for years and has been my doctor for many years she the pharmacist said quote she did not feel comfortable filling my prescription quote-unquote unbelievable!!!😡😱 like I said this prescription I got for years it is a pain pill and I also get a benzo which she felt this combo was not acceptable I couldnt believe what I was hearing she is not a doctor she has not prescribed any medications for me I have not been seeing her for years she does not have a license to practice medicine as a doctor... she had no right to decide what I can take and what I cannot like I said never in my life have I have a pharmacist tell me something so ludicrous if she wants to become a doctor and make those decisions she must do so.. how dare her and then another time before this couple months back I had called about a prescription to see if it was ready and she said the tech is this medicine is used for schizophrenic LOL I am not a schizophrenic what in the world is going on here Walmart you need to check your pharmacist and technician to make sure they know what theyre doing because they are not being professional... and just a note to let you all know I have MS and genitive disc disease and is in severe pain all the time... and this pharmacist even acknowledged what I had told her my diagnosis and Ive been taking it for a year she could see that on her computer.. shame on you Walmart for letting your pharmacist dictate what you can take and what you cant that your doctor has prescribed!!!! PS:Went to another Pharmacy no problem very compassionate and respectful! Love my new experience!!

That was out of line! I am a shut in. I have seizures. I sent my son there with HARD COPIES. My blood pressure medicine would have been a partial fill but that was ok. What wasnt ok, was my other 2 controlled medications not being filled until the very day I run out. Whats up with that?!?! They were not refills. They were hard copies! Brought in 2 days early. With hard copies, that is null and void! You are to fill the prescriptions! Horrible service!! I was happy to have my hard copies returned to me, and have them filled at a different pharmacy with no difficulty. Awful service... Never again.

I go here often because its close to my house. Since they made it a super Walmart, its so convenient to find most of what I need.

My prescription was unable to be found not the doctors hand written one but the actual pills. Since its a controlled substance I thought it would take forever. The manager Adam just hand counted another one for me before the ladies had even said anything to him. Thank you

Walmart Service center is horrible, i would never refer anyone to them for any vehicle service. Been waiting 2 hours just to have our tire changed!! Employees taking breaks and no one in the service garage, and the employes taking their time walking back in slowly and talking, when they have peiple waiting on their cars. One lady they told her 20 minute wait for just an oil change, she been here waiting over 4 hours!!Complete non sense and horrible employees, mechanics! Horrible service and no customer service! Horrible place!!

Fast and cheap, also the hours here are wonderful

Its close to home and it has everything I can possibly need.
