I always get my oil changed here. Its first come first served, which I love. Whike Im there they check my tires and see if any other things need to attended too.Everyone is nice and very professional.

This place is always so great. Today they had to change a few parts on my car during an oil change. They had just replaced them recently so they went out of their way to get me the replacement parts free since it was an issue with the quality of the parts. I always get my oil changed here. They always have people there but I never feel like I have to wait long at all.

There was 5 cars ahead of me in line. I waited for 57 mins and as soon as i got to be next to get service, the woman came out and said this jeep (parked on the side)is ahead of me and that i just pulled up. I try tellin her i been waiting for an hour. She was rude.save the trouble and time and go elsewhere people!!!

Had to make a stop while driving through with F350. Service was as to be expected for a simple oil change and air filter. Friendly staff but found that $225 for work performed to be extremely high by comparison with other shops.

Charged me 44.00 dollars or half the alignment fee for looking at it to tell me it needed an adjuster to do it. I asked why I got charged and he told me his time was worth it. It took 15 minutes for him to look at it without turning a wrench. Rip off stay away.

Got an oil change. When in with one headlight left with none. Went back and asked about it they said theres nothing they could do.

We are staying in Cave Country RV in Cave City and found Sparkys ad in their map. My husband was very impressed with the service. Very nice people who took the time to talk with him. Charged a decent price and were quick. Wished we lived here because this would be our go to for oil changes for our bullet proofed F250 diesel truck.

We brought our motor home here for an oil change. Service was quick, efficient and thorough. Everyone was also very nice. They even helped us figure out where to find a water spigot and suggested a great place to eat lunch!

Went in to have o2 sensor replaced, he doesn’t use the correct type an has to rewire the dang thing. We leave and the error code was still on. He tries to explain that we much of had several out but the reader only had one code. He changed the wrong one then thought we should pay him again to fix the one that’s actually broken. He is ridiculous.

My favorite place to get oil changed,

Dont waste your time or you money! What a joke. I had them repair my rear brakes, I drove about 7 miles away and my drivers rear disintegrated They had to come get the vehicle again. After 3 hours of hearing nothing. I went in the store. I asked Big Jim if he knew what was wrong. He shrugged his shoulders. I noticed the brakes were off and the car was just sitting there. I asked how much longer it would be, again he shrugs and says hes going to put the new pads on. Another hours passes, the car is put back together and just sitting in the stall with no one IN THE GARAGE. I was parked across the street. Called and asked how long? We were told they were ringing out a customer and would pump the breaks up. 20 minutes goes buy and some kid comes over and raises the car and takes the wheel off AGAIN! No they bleed the breaks, pull the car out. We go in and he tells us 66 more dollars! I said fo what? On the way home, I test the emergency brake, I pull it half way and it pops! The idiots did not seat the emergency brake cab ln the new pads correctly! tempt! Just like they failed to correctly install the return spring on the first at Never I repeat Never take your car for any service at Sparkys, 3 different people worked on my car including Jim and some 18 year old kid! Total amount of time for initial tow,brake job turm drums was about 3 hours. Total amount to simply replace pads and bleed one side and not correctly connect my emergency brake cable? 5 hours!!!
