I bought 2 tiny bottles of liquor and the lids was not tighten on them. They would not trade them or give my money back. Today I go and get 1 more, the bottle was broke. They would not take it back. And they told me to not come back. So I will not ever go back. They are RUDE AND MEAN PEOPLE.

The maps says I been here but never been here and never will stop here. I just dont drink!I changed my rating because I cant just leave 1 star because I dislike the place! That is unfair to the owner and its not a fair rating! I try to keep the rating fair for all places! Im sure they provide great business but liquor is not for me!

Always a wonderful experience. Respectful and polite employees. And the main issue for a package store in Glasgow, is they are never out of either of what I get. I get the same thing once to twice a week. I tried several other stores in Glasgow, because Im a loyal customer, if you take care of me I will always do business with you. After 5-6 times of you always being out of what I want, but you stock it, just never enough. When you are constantly out of stock on something, then you raise the reorder point to compensate demand. Simple business, but most are incapable of making such decisions. and I make sure you know that I will only purchase what I want to buy, but you still are out? Not good business. After the second or third trip, one of the managers asked me if I always got the same thing, I replied yes, and he said that he would always have mine in stock after a lengthy discussion about how I couldnt get the wanted items from other business owners. I will always continue to be a loyal customer to these guys. I will drive by other similar businesses to spend my hard earned dollar at a place that takes care of the customer because they want your repeat business. Keep up the good work. I am impressed with the wine selection for an establishment that has been operating less than six months. The Staff is helpful with suggestions. Today, they suggested Sexton Irish whiskey when we we were thinking about Jamison. The Sexton was a great alternative and a lesser cost. The beer and liquor selection is large enough to offer a variety. Theres an excellent section of mixers, non-alcoholic drinks that include Jamacian ginger beer and Kennys cheese. There are the much needed limes and lemons for mixed drinks and the Coronas. But, alas no oranges for the Blue Moons. This is a must stop for those who seek alcoholic beverages beyond Budweiser.

I went to the rum tasting recently. Many brands to try but Kirk and Sweeney 18 stole the show.The selection is outstanding and they have many top shelf whiskeys to buy. Ill be frequenting this place often. Why drive to Bowling Green?

I just like to inform people before they shop at places so that they may be able to avoid disappointments. After this company had an advertisement of 10 percent off for customer appreciation sale on Facebook. I responded that you should have 25 off and be competitive with bowling Green liquor stores.Well evidently someone there didnt like that.But oh well. I like to be informed if possible before I shop anywhere. Hate that I had to give you a 1 star but I believe if your part of the community? Then your part of the community in all aspects.

Rude as hell. You can’t go in and ask about a liquor price without getting hounded like a criminal.Went to mammoth liquors in cave city looking for gin, and the young man working could not find it. He insisted on calling fire pit spirits in Glasgow, to check for me.Turns out the employees/owner are as trashy as the name suggests, as they hung up on the man checking for me.Family in the Glasgow area that were frequently shopping there have stopped. Can’t say I blame them now.I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE.TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE, WHERE IT IS APPRECIATED, RESPECTED, AND VALUED!
