I honestly love this store. The people here are very helpful they know what I need and they are great to me every time I come into this store. I was in a situation where I thought they couldnt return a part that I I bought and it was so expensive unfortunately it didnt work on my car but thank God they were able to return it for me. In these times that were going through I was so grateful that they were able to do that for me. I highly suggest anyone coming to this store because I have always have a great experience here. The worst service Ive ever had in my life my boat trailer the bearings went in the hub so I took them off went with what I had and the guy did not want to go to this to help me out and get the parts that I need told me without the vehicle or part numbers he couldnt help me will not be going to that advanced Auto ever again shes not going to do your job then quit

Talk about someone going out of their war to make sure you get the right part and get it quick,. Katie went above and beyond to find the right part... 2005 Audi A6 Quattro 4.2 V8. Very hard to find certain parts for this. Probably best experience Ive had after dealing with other counter help at competitor who just didnt have what it takes. But Katie was awesome and patient to make sure I get the right part. NICE!

A convenient location with it being located on Delsea Drive. The staff is a hit or miss in who will be helpful or not. They have good deals and sales that are worth stopping in for. Located in front of Save-A-Lot.

This establishment employees a extremely rude worker that claims to be the manager she has no people skills to work in a public business .There is no call for the wayShe spoke to a 79 year old man very rudelyWhen I commented to her about giveing him so much attitude an being rude she to told me to get out of her store .I asked for the manager she said she was the manager an if I didn’t like it call corporate she didn’t care .I will never set foot in that store again nor would I ever recommend someone to go there .

This used to be my go-to Advanced Auto until recently. The staff is no longer friendly and are only as helpful as they absolutely need to be. Maybe Ive just been unlucky, but Ive noticed a steady decline in customer service. I still go here from time to time because they seem to keep everything well stocked. Oftentimes, this is the only Advanced Auto in the area with the parts I need in stock.

I don’t know what’s wrong with the employees at this location. I’m not quite sure if they rude or they got other internal issues. But anyway I’m as a customer want a minimum customer service nothing else.

To start I just want to say that the woman who helped me at the counter was very nice but the guy Archie was not so nice I normally use a different advance auto parts and have a commercial account with them as I own a car dealership, when I went in to purchase a quart of oil I asked to charge it to my account, she proceeded to charge the account then Archie walked up and said “no your not” and proceeded to tell me that it was not my account and implied that I was trying to steal from my business lol he called the advance that I usually use to verify that I was the owner long story short he looked like a idiot and coming from someone who spends about $30,000 plus a year with advance auto and affiliates I felt very disrespected that I was accused of being a theif.

Great for getting car parts

Every time I go into this store the same clown is always at the front desk and he doesnt know how to do his job, I came in to return to brake hoses. The part number was right but the hoses didnt match the part number. He said he couldnt return them at all, then told me that he could sell me the right brake hoses for the vehicle for $40 when I only paid $26 for the parts originally and That I would need to return the parts to the location I purchased them at, which is total bs I know for a fact he could have returned them he just didnt want to have to do a little but of extra work, and all of this while Im in the middle of the job in Glassboro so I have to drive 45 minutes out of my way just to return them then drove 45 minutes back to finish up the job, that guy is the worst parts professional Ive ever dealt with, if possible Ill update with his name when I get a chance to. Long story short f*** that guy and I will never go to that store or refer people to it.

They are in the ball .if they dont have sometimes they will get it what more can you ask 4 .

Ordered online 15 minutes later i pick up item they installed it and i was done .
