This place truly saved me. I called around 8:30am for new tires that I desperately needed. George was the man that I spoke with and he informed me on what choices I had and he was able to order the tires and have them in the same day and also have my car done the same day. I had two tires put on and also an alignment. The workers were very professional and I am very happy with the service provided. I would definitely recommend.

They had an opening that was convenient for me on a Saturday. I was there a little longer then I anticipated but to be honest I was about 5 minutes late. The wait didn’t bother me though because I had a great conversation with George, who I guess was the manager. He had the perfect personality for the position. Will definitely return, mainly because of George.

Had been trying this past weekend to change my own oil but ended up not being able to. George was great and got me in on a Monday morning and even was able to use the oil and filter I had bought already for the job. Always a great experience at Meineke!

Came in for my oil change appointment 5 minutes early and told the clerk my name to be told buddy are you sure your in the right place. I called the number back and the phone rang 2 feet away from me. Realizing he messed up the clerk told me it was a computer error or something. When I ask how long he says hour and a half or 2 hours. I told him that wouldnt work because I had class in an hour and a half and he responded with well when dont you have class. Very unprofessional and incompetent, if youre a rowan University student and your are looking to be talked down to and wait crazy long times for menial car work, this is place for you!

I went to them before because I was referred to them from the dealership where I bought my car they repaired my tailpipe that was broke. Came back to them again and they did an amazing job on my car. Was a bit pricey especially factoring there was no basic inspection done on the car... Even though I requested it because I wanted to know of future work that needed to be done and I was told to get an oil change and then they will do that so... 40$ service and they can do a basic inspection but an $860 service.... No inspection.... I essentially was begging for their business and no luck... So proceed at your own risk other than that the people where nice and pretty professional.

I was referred here from the dealership where I purchased my car. I thought that I was gonna be there half the day so I decided to eat breakfast and do some shopping and I called just to get a status and my car was fixed. That fast. I was surprised. The price was reasonable too so I am very satisfied. Thanks again guys my baby purring now.

When it comes to my car I usually feel taken advantage of and stupid before the sketchy salesmen that count on taking advantage of women for a career path even start mansplaining battery filters and wiper calibration.I feel like George listed his findings, my options, explained their priority, and I’m sure he would’ve have been happy to elaborate on anything I questioned. He did not try to scare me or pressure me into blinker fluid or elbow grease, and I appreciate the hell out of that.

The exhaust is great but when I went to get my car priced to fix it they said 364 dollars then when I tuck it back it was 445 that’s crazy

Took my car there for a leak and an oil change. Said they did not have time to diagnose where the leak was and wanted to charge me an extra $80 to assess. Took my car to Firestone the leak was right where they should have saw when they take the oil change Firestone record my car within 2 hours not happy with Meineke never go there again. I called to speak to the owner and the manager was kind of rude

Called about an oil change and how much it would cost. They gave me a price. I came to the appointment and they gave me a whole different price. They told me there is additional cost for the filter. Why didnt you tell me that when I called? Go to Monro auto service and tire. They dont charge an extra fee for filters.

Unfortunately my muffler had fell off that morning and I was right down the road and I was able to pull in explain what happened and within 2 hours my car was running

They said it would be only an hour and a half for brake change. I came in town from pgh they took 3 hours to complete my brake change. As well as putting words in my mouth trying to up charge me, saying I needed an oil change even though I just got it changed. Also that all my fluids were low THEY WERE JUST TOPPED OFF in the past week. They tried to justify their long wait by saying they were bringing parts from another shop.The manager is the one adding items to be done, it was a $180 brake change that took 3 hours, and they tried to do more work to charge me around $400; but I wouldn’t have it.BS place

They fixed my oil leak and fixed the gaskets as well. They also found that my fan that cools the engine is not working and explained once it gets warmer out I am going to need to have it repaired!Fair prices and a great repair!

Wanted nearly $700 to replace the heater hose assembly on my car. I ended up buying the part for $140 online and replacing it myself in an hour having no prior car repair experience. Only added a star because car mechanic seemed like a nice guy and informed me of the up-charge on the part after pressing him for more information. Meineke and mechanic could be more transparent and upfront on the pricing, repair, and operability of my car. Was told that certain aspects of the repair would be difficult but was actually really easy.

OMG. I WISH I could give this place leas than zero. Went there this morning for an oil change and was told that I would have to wait for a technician and then wait while they worked on the car, no problem with that and that it would take about 90 minutes. however I would have to wait outside. YO, its 25 degrees outside. I said HELL no and went down the street to Midas, got waited on ASAP and sat in their warm lobby.

There is no waiting area, so be prepared with a ride to get back home. Though I was only given vague timelines on the wait, they did get the job done in the same day. They went over options and provided a detailed report. The operation is very professional and I appreciated the service.

My Fiancé had a 955 appointment for a routine oil change. We arrived right on time and proceeded to sit in the lobby for 20 minutes without one employee saying anything or be right there to help you. After 20 minutes we left and went a block down the road to Midas and told them the situation and they took us right away. This location normally has good reviews but whoever is currently working this shift at Meinike needs a reality check.

Towed my car for cat converter said was in stock 4 days later picked up car 600 bucks car runs worse than when it was towed there like to have my money back I will take them to court

Sent my college age son here yesterday and they wanted to charge him almost $300 to install a battery. When I got on the phone the price miraculously went down about $80. Called another Meineke and was informed there is no charge for installing a battery. Be careful with this dealer.

My muffler delete costed $200 but they end up taking $400 out my account. When I asked about it they lied and said it was an accident and they’ll fix it but my bank told me they really did take $400 and was never going to refund it back.. horrible their liars and I would rather fix my own muffler then go to them again!!

Very professional and quick. But ask for 12-16 tips close to bumper, but they put on 6-8 tips which hang 3-4 down, not what I asked for. I guess you must be very precise.

My car is my baby, so leaving her in unfamiliar hands makes me anxious. I moved back to NJ from PA recently and was due for an oil change. I have very little free time so changing my oil myself just doesn’t fit into my schedule. I searched and searched for over a month for somewhere that I knew would treat my car with the same respect and care that I treat it with. I discovered this shop one day in Glassboro and just had a feeling. When calling, Juan made me feel like I cared, made the conversation comfortable and I trusted him with my car from the very start. The oil change was fast and the service was excellent. There was no strange upcharges I didn’t expect and everything was straight forward and I got exactly what I wanted. I’ll continue to make the 30 minute drive to the shop every time I’m due for an oil change. Thank You!

Getting an oil change should have a price of everything together. When I called and said I pay a certain price for an oil change and they tell me that is how much theirs is too but than I get there and now Im charged extra for a filter?? What is that? They should mention it on the phone that there is a separate charge instead of making it seem like its one rate and than different the next. I just think that is bad business. I will never go there again based on that alone.

Had good experiences with this place in the past. However my recent visit was quite negative. I had taken my vehicle first thing the morning with an appointment for an oil change and brake pad change. I was unaware that I needed to get the brake discs replaced because they were warped and would not perform the work without my ok. Which I would have given the ok if they had called me. When I finally realized the time was nearing close I called them and found this out. Now I had to wait until the next day for them to perform the work. I also requested them to investigate a noise which they said they couldnt hear but when I drive the vehicle it is a very obvious noise. Really dissapointed with this place.

Service was friendlier last time we were there. I don’t think we will be returning. We made an appointment online for 8:10 am. We had two emails of confirmation and the computer had us for 9:40. With only one car in the three car bay and no one else in the parking lot he would not do our oil change and tire rotation then. He just kept saying I go by the computer. He said he would call when it was completed but he did not. We arrived around 11:15 and waited an additional 10 minutes before anyone would come into the empty waiting room to check us out. Honestly, I can not fully say that our tires were rotated because we had to leave the car due to the issue with the scheduling and I’m not sure I trust that they did it with the attitude we were given. I’m giving two stars because the actual scheduling online was easy and the coupons are available to you online making that end of it easy.

Had my stock muffler upgraded yesterday on my 2002 Chrysler Prowler with a custom aftermarket chambered muffler I bought. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. They asked me to come out to the garage to show them exactly what I wanted and then quickly took care of the upgrade. The mechanic asked me to come out a few times to see if I was happy with the look and made some adjustments to the exhaust tip placement. He was nice enough to care what I thought before tightening everything up. Was in and out in an hour. Much appreciated and would go back or recommend them.

Awesome experience. I had 4 tires replaced and balanced as well as an alignment. They finished everything within an hour. The prices were very reasonable and the staff was helpful.They made honest recommendations for issues my car was having and did not make me feel pressured to get any additional repairs.

I took a car I was thinking about buying here, and this staff kindly ran a diagnostic scan and told me the car wasn’t worth it-when you find a good mechanic you stick with them for life. So I would recommend this place to anyone in the area.

Got an oil change. I can’t remember the exact cost but it was pretty cheap for an oil change. When it came time to get the bill they also suggested some other problems that were on my car. Unlike some other places that may try to charge you for things that aren’t really issues, this place gave you a rundown of every issue, the severity, and it’s impact on the car which will allow you to make decisions accordingly.

Service was quick and reliable and done in a timely fashion so I got what I needed fast. They also took the time to explain what else I needed to keep me safe on the road.

Service was fine. But they were nasty trying to constantly upsell me. Not to mention, their big sign out front for $15 oil change was a lie, and they charged me $23 for it. They also removed a sticker that my other mechanic put on my window.

Wait hours after your appointment even when your on time, not worth the long wait, when you can got Valvoline that takes no more than 15 minutes instead of 2 hours. Not recommended at all.

Cool guys but too expensive

Just got an alignment and wheel balance on my Mustang, and Ive never had such a precise alignment before. They even stayed after hours and made sure it was right! They did exhaust work on my Dakota and did great there too. Good work at this shop, thanks!

Hunter was a good guy and took care of me quickly. Would go 5 stars but someone in the back didnt know how to balance a tire. And added extra 3 oz of balance on there that wasnt needed, got fixed at another location.

Great service, dropped my car off the night before. They called me up early the next morning. Car was ready to go a few hours after that. The only knock would be theyre alittle on the pricey side, but I definitely will be returning.

New to this outlet. 81 bucks for only a high mileage oil change. I would not say it is a little expensive.

Ive been here on several occasions. Taylor is spot on with his work and welds are incredible, never had a complaint. Everyone is friendly and service is top notch.

Good service, the reason I gave 4 stars is they say it as 23 point inspection, but no one tells u what did they inspect, and what did they find.

Their word is bond. I need my car service team to mean what they say!

I don’t think I’ll ever come back here unless I need an oil change. I waited 3 hours for a battery change that I found out I didn’t even require when I came for an inspection, and the service fee cost more than the battery itself.

They are always very professional and kind, they get the job done in a good amount of time, im usually in and out without any problems!
