I sent a request for a day of appointment and Ryan called me within an hour to ask if I could drop the car earlier. I needed at least two tires replaced. We have been searching for a reliable mechanic and we have definitely found it at Mr Tires! Ryan was extremely helpful and was able to tell me which tires were worth saving and which needed replacing. Prices were fair and I never felt like they tried to upsell me! Even though they were short staffed, they fit me in for an appointment, provided coffee and a place to sit and wait. Overall it was an awesome experience and they definitely have a new and returning customer with us!

Rocked it again, asked for first thing in the morning appointment, in hopes of getting tires on and to work on time. I was told theyd do their best and I was 20 min. early. :)Been getting tires here for 15 years and never been let down, threw a weight and they got me right back in next morning and fixed in no time.Love that Im never pressured into something I dont want or need, just informed of anything they notice and I decide if Im doing anything about it.Thanks again!

Called the day before & asked if I could get a morning Appt & they gave me first thing in the morning! That was very nice because I was very busy that day & had a lot going on. So happy to have found this place! They have repaired two vehicles for us recently and found genuine problems which needed to be attended to, saved us money over other less knowledgeable mechanics, and even got the jobs done EARLY! These guys are absolutely fantastic!! Even while temporarily short-staffed, Ryan (Store Manager) and his team were able to get BOTH my work vehicle and our personal vehicle in & out for oil changes .. in 1 hour flat 😃!Efficiency AND courtesy .. all in a days work for this shop. They charge for work that they do not do. I came in for an oil change three weeks ago, and when I went to a different shop today, I was informed that my oil was completely black. In fact, every time Ive come here for an oil change, my oil meter wasnt reset, and Ill bet they never even did anything. Ive spent a lot of money here, and I really am doubting that most of it was for services actually rendered. Dont come here.

Ryan (shop manager) was extremely helpful and courteous as he and his staff worked through my leaking tire issue. Ryan even walked me back to the shop to show me exactly where the tire was losing air and explained the next steps. The only downfall was the long wait. Obviously this means that this store is well liked- I will definitely return if I have any further tire needs. I had made an appointment but still had to wait awhile, so my only suggestion for the shop would be to accept less appointment requests if possible.

Made an appointment to have tires installed. On arrival was told their equipment is too old to work on my wheels. The wheels are factory 18” alloys. If you call yourself Mr Tire and you can’t do a basic tire installation, that’s pretty sad. Completely wasted my time. Gave one star only because it won’t let me do zero

The mechanics at this location are interested in helping you with your individual needs more than they are about making sales. They structured about three different options for me while I decided which was best for my needs and budget and were able to provide me a temp tire for safety reasons while I waited for my replacement to arrive later next week. I appreciate the professional courtesy and sound advice provided and will continue to use and recommend this business.

I had a similar situation as vincent salvatore. I been going to Mr tire for years, usually to get a tire, oil change and basic stuff for my car and my wifes car. However, one of my tires got a bubble, so i went to get a new one, and they told me I needed new brakes really bad (just the pads, and i could get away without replacing the rotors) so the following week I took my car in and got new brakes, but they told me I needed a new belt (when you go to that place they have a sheet of paper with green, yellow, and red colors to tell you whats good and what needs to be replace) So, since i trusted them, I decided to save money and bring my car to get a new belt (I never heard a sound or anything until after they told me i needed a new belt). A week later I made an appointment and got the new belt and an oil change as well. Today as i was driving the tire of the driver sit flew out of my car. the cops came and told me I only had one screws/lug nut out of 5 holding the tire. and that i should give a call to the place that did work in my car (the only place i have taken my car since i bought it is Mr. Tire). Thank God nothing major happened. I could of killed myself or others (the tire that got off the car actually hit an off duty police officer coming from the opposite direction and whom witness everything as it happened. the tire damaged his front bumper). bottom line, im very disappointed, i know we all make mistakes but whoever did my brakes, or put the tires back after they were done, did a bad job and it is not fair to charge people for one thing, and then to tell them oh wait i think this is what is actually wrong now you have to pay this much. I used to recommend Mr.tire all the time, but starting today, I cannot recommend that place because they made a mistake by putting a tire incorrectly (come on! their name is MR. Tire).

Bought new wheels for my car and they mount/balanced the stock tires from my old wheels to the new ones with no problems. Great service and the techs were friendly and easy to talk to!

Impeccable service and knowledgeable staff. I went in for tires and upon inspection they found a broken tie-rod that I had no knowledge of. They quickly fixed everything and was on my way. The following week I came in for an oil change and, again, amazing service and answered all my questions. This place will be my “go to” for all my car needs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I was avoiding purchasing new tires for my Ford Fusion for quite awhile. It came time to have to bite the bullet and buy tires. I knew it was going to cost more than I would be comfortable with, but as my luck would have, my tires are an odd sized tire, which the Mr. Tire store in my home town did not have. This stores manager was called and put on hold the 4 tires to fit my car. When I arrived at 6pm, only an hour prior to closing, the service was quick and efficient. The manager, Ryan, was kind, considerate, helpful and efficient as well. I was satisfied with the experience and my only complaint was the high price of 4 tires I had to purchase (although I am aware that it is not truly in the power of the store to lessen the price, and that I was paying for the quality of service and tire). Used them before had decent service. Today they opened at 8 but no one was at the shop by 840. Parking lot full of waiting people. So I went to midas nearby and was taken immediately.

I went there on 11/2/2020 for possible leak in my tire. They worked really hard trying to find a leak but couldnt find one. They adjusted the valve and thought that might be the issue. They didnt charge me. How nice of them when these days places charge you for every second they spend on your car. Mr. Tire in Glassboro will be my first choice!

Awesome customer service. First time going there for new tires, the store manager Ryan was extremely willing to help us with the car and explain everything that we may need fixed in the future. Hello everyone, I don’t usually do this but today my tire went flat... with my one year old in the backseat, and there weren’t any other place around that was willing to take care of me. I called Mr. Tire in Glassboro and after quoting me a price that was a bit out my budget, Ryan so kindly reassured me he could help me remain within my budget. After a long stressful day, his kindness and excellent customer service helped me to cheer up. Upon arriving (which they stayed open to wait for me and the tow to arrive) I was greeted but Jason and Robert who made sure I wasn’t waiting long (at all). I would give this company more stars if I could they were great! Thank you Ryan, Jason, and Robert at Mr. Tire.Edited to give an update.I had gotten a flat tire (on a different car) while at work, which I don’t get off until after 5. They got 4 new tires installed & balanced and adjusted the alignment on my 2015 Forester in about an hour and a half with appointment. My only small complaint is that they didnt have a lot of different tires in stock in the right size for my vehicle; ended up getting the Yokohama Tornante tires which I guess are only available at Mr. Tire and other Monro shops. They are a bit pricey but seem pretty good, at least for the few hundred miles Ive driven on them so far.

I bought a set of tires for a really good price, since then Ive been coming to this location more often cause they always have specials, and the guys are always nice and honest, they never try to sell you something you dont need or scare you for minor defects in your car. Always a good experience.

Needed a last minute oil change, called over and spoke to Mike. He was pleasant and accommodating. Dropped my car off and I was all set in a few hours. When I came back to pick up my vehicle, as usual i was informed of other issues that would need addressing. However, I was never pressured just advised of what my options are which I appreciate. Extremely satisfied with both the service to my vehicle and the customer service I received.

Missed my appointment last Monday but walked in yesterday and Mike gladly got my car in and got me 4 new Yokohama tires. informed me that I will need front brakes soon, didnt push me to make me feel like I HAD to do them the same day. I went in there and paid with cash and they stole my money right in front of me while they were counting it they pocketed almost $50 of my and they told me they need more money because I was coming up short yet they couldn’t give me an exact number and the number kept switching. They have no cameras so I knew it would have been pointless saying something bc they were already playing dumb and playing me :(

Been a long time customer, decided to write a review today because Mike the manager always goes above and beyond for all his customers. Thought I had a possible alternator issue brought my car in today Mike not only ran diagnostics on my car and was happy to inform me that I only needed a battery. Mike did all the work himself and had me out the door in less then 45 minutes at a great price. Great customer service and work habits even though he was busy with other customers and the phone.

I highly recommend this business. The staff, especially Ryan go above and beyond to cater to the customer. I work in Glassboro and unexpectedly had to leave work due to an emergency. I started to drive and realized I had a flat tire. I saw the Mr. Tire sign and decided to pull in for a repair. I explained that I had to get to the Emergency Veterinarian Office and Ryan was able to have the tire repair right away. I had also forgotten my wallet and he trusted me to return to make payment. This location is awesome! I’ve gotten my oil changed here several times and they just give stellar service. They always recommend the right product and are friendly. I was very happy with my visit! I had bulges in two tires and typically a repair shop would try to sell me 4 tires. They didnt do that here and they walked me through the differences between the tires at different price points. I felt that they were honest and truly just wanting to give me the best bang for my buck.

I noticed a screw in my tire this morning so I headed to Mr. Tire before going to work this morning. This associate was very friendly, gave me an estimated time and asked if I was ok waiting for my car. The job took less time and I was on my way an hour later (also added on an oil change!) Great price, and more importantly top notch customer service!

Jim was great in pricing a new set of tires and adjusting the price based on a competitor. Had the tires in the next day and I only had an hour for my lunch break and he said they could get it done in that time. I was impressed, they had them done in just less than an hour. I will definitely use them in the future.

Great shop, very knowledgeable, fair prices. Had a discount for new rotors and brake pads at another shop. They did poor work and I had ongoing issues. Brought the car to Mike from Mr. Tire and he was able to diagnose the issue which ended up being very unusual, a manufacturing defect in the new rotor that only showed when the rotor was heated. Excellent troubleshooting and great set of guys to work with. Will bring all my vehicles here from now on.

I have been going to Mr. Tire for about 2 years now. I first found them after I found a nail in my tire and needed my flat to be replaced. Mike was courteous, honest, fair, extremely knowledgeable and got the repair done in a timely fashion. He made me feel welcomed and that I was not a burden for coming in with an emergency. I got a flat tire late last night, then this morning made an APPOINTMENT to have a new one put on at a different store (I wont mention the name, but it rhymes with Shmep Boys)... I made it clear that I would be in a hurry because I needed to get to a job, but when I got to my appointment they told me it would take at least two hours because they were running behind. I checked at another place down the street, but understandably, they couldnt do a walk-in in half an hour. Then I got to Mr. Tire. They were clearly busier than both of the other stores, and I almost left. But when I explained my situation to Mike, he said let me see what I can do. A half hour later I was on the road with a new tire. And at a reasonable price. Highly recommend Mr. Tire!

I came in just now to get an oil change because my car was on 5% and this was my last chance to get it. I work far and from 10am-10pm. I called on Thursday after 2pm in a panic Ryan offered to get me in that day however I was @ work earliest I could get there was Friday Ryan gave me several time slot options. Mr. Tire in Glassboro took great care of me today. I had purchased four tires with road hazard warranty of 55000 miles three years ago. Today I hit a curb resulting in two bubbles in the sidewalls of my front tire. I called Mr.Tire . Even though this is Memorial weekend and we are in the Pandemic, the Manager, Ryan Kubiak told me to come right in. He had me in and out with a new tire for half the original price in less than two hours. I would recommend anyone in South Jersey to visit Mr. Tire in Glassboro before going anywhere else. A Fair Price and Great Service.

This has been the best experience I’ve ever had. The gentleman at the front desk who I later learned was the manager, went out of his way to make sure my flat got repaired quickly so that I could make it back to school on time and not miss my class! Mike the Man! He’s down to earth, honest, kind person. Only in Glassboro location is where you find him and his fellows. They are not those typical mechanic or greedy grumpy sales person that I dealt with at Nissan auto service. Great service and great staff! I came into Mr. Tire for an oil change after a huge price increase at the place next to Burger King in Glassboro. I looked up a couple of different places to go, but ultimately decided on Mr. Tire because of the very affordable price. Setting up an appointment online was super easy and when I first arrived at the location the staff greeted me and were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place and I’ll be coming back here again.

I needed 2 new tires but didnt want to put the same tires brand back on. They discussed with me different option and which one they would recommend. Great staff. Went back for an oil change and asked if they could check my tire pressure since my sensor went off and took care of everything for me even replaced my windshield washer fluid.

Stumbled upon Mr. Tire in Glassboro over a year ago when i needed tires fast. The service was friendly and made you feel good about choosing them. Some time ago i had some alarming front end noises so I decided to let them check it it out. . The Shop Manager Mike is SO experienced and intuitive that he was able to diagnose it by listening to it. I know my way around cars and when we got it on the lift I could see he was dead on balls accurate! Amazingly talented! At this point i would only trust my automotive needs to these top notch professionals. Repair prices are very good but the peace of mind is priceless. Additionally, his managing partner Jim is super friendly and always cordial and professional. If you want honest expert work done....look no further. These guys are the best!
