My experience was not so King...very bad experience here. My vehicle was damaged through a break in and I took it here Based on what my insurance told me to do. Service king installed my rear window improperly and didnt tell me...I observed it when I got home. I called my insurance company who Advised me to take it to someone else and paid me again to get it replaced.

I drive a 2019 Toyota Corolla, and I take good care of my stuff. Allstate recommended I go to this shop to get repairs done after an accident. Now there is:•a tear in the passenger side plastic cover above the fender•my rear tail light is misaligned, and the plastic cover is damaged beyond repair•sand paper marks in my rear passenger door jamb, right above the rocker panel (which was repainted the other day, due to the previous dig marks in it)•overspray when their shop repainted• a tear in the front passenger window rubber•the window molding still is not aligned, and is very loose on the front portion of the passenger front door. I was able to clip in the rear portion of it by pushing down, but it is still not aligned.•there is a whistling wind noise while driving, it is a high pitched wind sound when driving above 40 MPH.

Our Jeep Cherokee was repaired here through Allstate Insurance. The body work was decent however a few days after taking delivery of the vehicle it stopped working and my wife and kids were stranded. This vehicle never gave us any problems as far as reliability until we got it back from Service King. Paid for the tow back to service king and their service manager said it was unrelated to their work. They had a local auto shop perform work on it, which I paid for and a week later, stranded and towed again. They said it’s not their problem and that I wasn’t to have it towed to their shop again. Six months later, about 4 tows and multiple “repairs” the vehicle is still inoperable. It’s a 2011 with 67k miles on it. Coincidence that this vehicle is having major problems directly after Service King did work on it, possibly but I highly doubt it. Don’t take your vehicle here if you want a company that will back up their work. They simply “wash their hands” of any mechanical issues way too soon. This company is huge, in bed with Allstate and could care less about making it right, let alone getting it right. Regards, Jake P.
So DISAPPOINTED!!! I choose to go here because of the reviews, they must be from friends and family because this has been a HORRIBLE experience!! They have had my car for over a week not one phone call from them to update me about anything!! Ive called and they continued to tell me they were waiting for my insurance, well no because he approved it days before, then they my insurance company it was a misunderstanding that my car was actually waiting for paint to dry to be reassembled, okay so I called again because through this whole time I told them I had other work I needed done that I would pay for without insurance, nobody even entertained a conversation to work that out with me, they said they would have someone call me back after lunch well of course that never happened. My car was supposed to be ready today or tomorrow of course without the other work I needed done because nobody EVER spoke to me about it, and now its says they are closed for a holiday that is 5 days away, unbelievable!!!!!
I brought my car to have it fixed from a minor accident and while there they stole my owners manual from my car and wouldnt admit it it cost me $75 to replace it

I’ve never been so reassured of a service ever! I felt comfortable with leaving my vehicle for repairs I knew I was in good hands when my associate designated specifically for me was caring, and clear with explaining the steps leading up to the completion of my vehicle as he updated me periodically about the status. The environment was safe considering the pandemic, I didn’t have to leave my car and everyone practice safe social distancing. Service King is very trust worthy with your personal items and even provides a lifetime warranty for the services rendered. I missed my vehicle during the repairs but she was beautiful and shiny when she was finished. I was skeptical at first because they were strangers however, Service King will always be family and my recommendation for anyone needing services.Bonus: Hertz Rental Company meets you at Service King upon scheduling a rental while yours is being repaired without having to return to their site for paperwork. I took my vehicle to Service King front and damages, front bumper, the driver side panel, tie Rod, and driver door, and other things I couldnt see I get my vehicle back if I drive over 40 miles an hour left front wheel shake like its going to fall off, Service King would have known about it if they was took it for a test drive, but when I took it back they said it was wear and tear so Im a little unhappy

I have a Toyota. On Thanksgiving, someone broke my passenger side mirror. I was very stressed and did not know how to fix the issue as so many places were closed. As I was about to give up, I found this auto repair shop. The manager - Eli - was amazing and helped assuage my worries. I am especially grateful that he knew Russian ( he actually knows four languages!), which was incredibly useful for my purposes.Most importantly, the service was very quick and affordable! I have not seen this kind of service in my fifteen years in the U.S. I highly recommend this repair shop to anyone who wants fast, affordable, and friendly service!

I recently dropped my Tesla model 3 off to Service King. The car was sideswiped on a highway and had damage to a few of the side panels, rear quarter panel and passenger mirror. It is no secret that Tesla has a very long backlog on service and repairs. The accident was not my fault and was handled through the other person’s insurance. I reached out to Tesla, and they recommended Service King. From the stories I have read about Tesla service times, I feared I would be without the car for as long as 6 months.I am writing to explain the service I have received since dropping the car at Service King. From the second I dropped the car off with Nelson, to the day I picked the car up within ten business days, I was absolutely blown away. The communication of keeping me in the loop was top notch. It is very rare that any company today delivers the impeccable service and transparency as Service King. Even the communication between them and my insurance company was very proactive and so on-point to say the least. On top of that, when I was told that my car was finished (ahead of schedule mind you) I was informed that I could leave my rental car with them and they would take care of the return to Enterprise.I will recommend Service King to anyone needing their services. Kudos to Nelson and everyone who had a hand in my project.

The staff walked me through the process, worked with my insurance company, my vehicle was delivered very clean inside/outside, I have no problems with my vehicle, staff went over the warranty with me, answered any questions that I had, solved all issues, I am satisfied with the excellent service that I received. We have used this place many times and it’s always been a positive even great experience, this time however was not the case. When I went to get my car the first time they “touched up” a spot it quite literally had a fingerprint imbedded in my paint and jagged edges. I ended up having to leave it so they could call my insurance company to see if they could fix it and another small dent that was not addressed in the repair. I just picked it up for a second time. The finger print is gone however the other dent was not fixed despite me having a 20 minute conversation with my insurance company to get it approved. But then to make matters worse when I got in the car to leave the car was full of some kind of dust that got all over my clothes. Then when I looked in the back seat there was a hand print in the dust on my seat. When I brought it to the attention of two different technicians (including the one responsible for the repair) they begrudgingly cleaned the inside. Neither offering an apology. And when I spoke to my technician and told him he may want to check before someone else has this experience he mumbled ok and turned around. A few years ago we had work done and our car looked fresh off a showroom we were so impressed we recommended Service King to everyone. But I will not go back now.

Just walking in you know this place is different than all of the others. The super fresh smell of cleanliness permeates the room and you see a very open floor plan for the Admin area.Super friendly staff and an automated system for ensuring that you receive up to date info on your repair. What more could you want?
I had my 2016 ram 1500 fix at service king of Glenburnie md .was alot of work. Took a while but 100% look brand new you couldnt even tell it was painted or was in accident. If u go there I reccomend mark Lombardi great guy keep me up to date whole time thanks mark . Again it was so much that needed done and replaced and mark make sure it got done it was worth the wait .thanks mark and service king
My insurance company directed me to Service King after I got in a deceptively damaging fender bender. Id already gotten estimates from 2 other places and Service Kings was in line with those, so I felt pretty comfortable from the get-go. Unfortunately, my car ended up classified as totaled (again, I was warned about this by the other shops as well) which was unfortunate, but they made getting a rental so getting the totaled car to my insurance company pretty easy. Id definitely consider using them if I needed some work done in the future.

No one wants to deal with an accident or all the issues, but... Mark at the Glen Burnie location made it as painless as possible, he even went that illusive extra mile to make sure I was happy with all the work, down to the pen stripes.
I am changing my rating due to the company contacting me with a solution to the whole situation. After my last review as seen below, I was contacted by the company to see why I was very unhappy and gave a poor rating. I discussed that after 3 weeks of my car being in the shop I called to inquire WHEN my car would be ready for pick up for which I had a nasty reply from JAMES. Service King has fixed my car well and has returned it even paying for my car rental for 1 week (since insurance was only allowing for 3 weeks) Paint job was excellent. Initial review - (Very disappointed with the length of time my car had to be repaired no communication in 3 weeks for status of car in shop. Not even after insurance had communicated to them approval of work. Yes I understood they will not release car if no payment made in full. Very CLEAR but used it on multiple occasions as a threat. NOT a recommendation for a good business. Sorry I went against my insurance companys advice to have the repair in a location they approved. I thought they would deliver business without conflict. Holding my car hostage for another week making a total of 4 weeks is not acceptable for a tail light bumper and trunk repair. Topping it off saying I wont get car if no payment. I have the money but stall if you wish No PAYMENT UNTIL CAR IS READY. I understand english clearly DO THEY???? FULL payment is ready. BUT CAR IS NOT FIXED. Grow up. You will get your money if you get the job done.

It’s a rare business that can turn a bad situation into a positive experience. When you’re in a car accident, it sucks. When your car’s repairs are delayed, it’s even worse. However, the service we received from the manager, James, at Service King was truly the best in the industry and far exceeded our expectations. After a setback of repair completion due to a delay in parts, he went above and beyond to ensure that our car would be done in time for us to leave for vacation. He asked his crew to stay late to complete the work and had our car shiny and clean waiting for us. He even threw in a wheel alignment and reduced the bill. The work was well-done and he contacted us multiple times to provide further updates and even checked in after pick-up to make sure there weren’t any other outstanding issues. While we hope to avoid any further car accidents, we would highly recommend Service King to anyone looking to repair body damage.
After my car was vandalized i took it to service king . They painted my whole car and put the same name brand tires that was on there. They did a good job car looks brand new.

Dont go to Service King. If your insurance company sends you to here, tell them you need a different place.I needed rework done and this Service King refused to honor the lifetime warranty saying it was not fixed at that exact Service King.They will not help you on the warranty, it is just lip service.
