SICC is a great shop to work with and goes above and beyond!Dennis took me in on extremely short notice. The car was picked up from another shop; already taken apart and cut up, and delivered to them. They didnt skip a beat and took her across the finish line ... and what a finish! The Black Diamond Tri-Coat color (extremely rare and hard to match) which I was worried about the most, was matched perfect and the finish is absolutely spotless! They fixed the rust around the wheel arch the right way; by grafting in a section from a doner body panel; not just a piece of random shaped sheet metal as planed at other shop, and blended that area into the quater panel and rear door perfectly. Along with that, they fixed all the rock chips on the front end, filled some license plate holes (relocated plate to hitch), and repainted the hood, bumper, and fenders and damaged rocker panel.They cater to car enthusiasts who take pride in their cars, and know the level of detail and quality expected without a question! Great group of people to work with and you feel welcome from the first time you step in the door into the open lounge area and friendly attitudes of everyone. All communication was friendly/professional and I was kept in the loop with online quotes and text updates. Im already planning on taking our other vehicle there, and even this Unicorn of a car back when Im ready for further touchups. A+ SICC!

So I recently had a comprehensive claim going with my insurance company. My insurance company couldnt even provide me with the name of Sudden Impact who works DIRECTLY with the company or provide any accurate help throughout this process ... let me start by saying that. HOWEVER, my experience with Sudden Impact was absolutely amazing. I dealt with Melissa in the office for a majority of my experience there. She handled everything with my insurance company, was in touch with me super promptly, and was able to even take care of the additional charges with my rental that my insurance company tried to skate out on. They set up to have Enterprise there to pick me up even after Melissa stayed late to allow me to drop my car off once the traffic hit during rush hour, allowed me to drop my rental off to them when picking up my vehicle and returned it to Enterprise FOR me, and even managed to get in touch with my nearly impossible insurance agent after Id literally worn her phone out with no luck! Any time you have damage to your vehicle, its stress on your brain and your wallet .. thats a given .. but I couldnt say enough positive things about the people I worked with at Sudden Impact who were able to lighten my load. I am literally so grateful for all of Melissas help from start to finish and the work I received was also nothing short. I would highly recommend dealing with this shop regardless of any reviews that you may read on the internet. Any issues with my vehicle in the future will 100% be handled through them. When youre stressed to the max with life in general and you get one of these curve balls thrown at you, it makes ALL the difference to have people that are so overwhelmingly polite and willing to help. Sudden Impact Auto Body Repair really did an excellent job repairing my relatively new 2018 Toyota RAV4. I initially did not have any idea on which auto body repair in the local area that was really exceptional. The day after my accident, I contacted the tow company attempting to obtain personal items left in my vehicle after the previous evening when I was struck by a speeding on-coming car. I spoke with the individual that towed my damaged vehicle. I asked him which company provided the best quality repair. He informed me that he had many years experience recovering and towing damaged vehicles as well as delivering repaired vehicles. Without hesitation, he told me that “Sudden Impact Auto Body” was the very best based on his experience. During this same time frame my Insurance company sent me a list (approx 20 companies) of auto body repair suggestions, however there were no ratings, reviews, or any evaluative data for me to properly determine quality work. After going online, receiving the recommendation from the tow company, and a visit to the Sudden Impact repair facility, I determined these people know what they are doing. The final result was my 2018 Toyota RAV4 returned looking like the day I purchased it with no indication of damage..... their work was excellent!

Excellent service! This is the second time my car has been worked on by Sudden Impact and they have outdid themselves once again. The first time, I was rear-ended after only having my car a month. Then fast forward a couple years and we were hit head-on on New Years Eve. The white pearl paint is flawless and matches perfectly. The team keeps in contact and works quick. Quick and great work

I was involved in an accident about 2 years ago with extensive bed damage, driver door, running board, and bumpers. I was recommended to sudden impact and when the work was completed beyond my satisfaction and reasonable time frame I was very pleased. Unfortunately a month ago I was hit again by another driver in my brand new car. I took my car back to sudden impact and they once again did phenomenal work. I wouldnt take my care anywhere else. Awesome service!

Followed insurance companys recommend and used one of their providers Sudden Impact. Its now 1 week after the work was completed and Im pleased with SICCs work. I would use them again if repair work is needed. The owner (Paul) takes pride in his business and customer service to a Chik-fil-a level. Its conveniently located off route 97 and worth the drive, even if it is a bit out of your ZIP code.

My car was taken to Sudden Impact Collision through my insurance company. The body work was fine. However, when I got inside the car, there were several new stains on the seat and small items (bottled water and change) were missing. Upon further inspection of the outside of the vehicle, I found a new nick on the plastic around a window and damage to my roof rack. After having my car in for repair, I expect to have it returned in the same condition as when I left it, if not better. That was not the case. Im disappointed.

The lady at the front desk is extremely rude and my car looks worse then before. They refuse to fix what the insurance company paid them to fix and the paint color does not match. Take it somewhere else, anywhere else but here.
