Stopped by there to see about replacing a golf cart battery that I had purchased up in Pennsylvania back in October. They were extremely nice and quite funny. The exchange was as advertised. I was in and out in 10 minutes. I will be back when I need a new set for the golf cart

Went in a couple weeks ago to get a couple batteries for my boat. We were helped the moment we walked though the door all the way though the very quick process. The staff was knowageable and ready to help. Also the batteries so far are going strong.

All good things never are cheap I was provided great service and given options.. Even though they do not install I had to be to work, one of the guys off the clock replaced my battery and sent me on my way so Im a satisfied customer and would recommend their service

Came in with a warranty claim for my previous battery, I was taken care of by the staff and left there with a brand new battery. Great people to deal with.

Personalized service. I will NEVER shop Costco again. The attitude of the supervisor (name redacted) was arrogant, condescending, and entirely unhelpful. This store was congenial and checked the battery which Costco doesnt. Helped me lift it into the car. Appreciated the attitude vs Costco.

Do not buy an Interstate battery in the Baltimore/Annapolis area. If you do, and you end up needing warranty support, you will have to deal with these guys. They will do everything in their power not to honor their warranty. Based on other reviews, I am clearly not the only person having problems with this company and I am not sure why Interstate corporate does not address the clear problem. Also, even though their website says they are open on Saturday, they are not. Unfortunately I had to drive 25 miles to find this out. Trust me, just buy something else and dont risk having to deal with these people.
