On August 20, 2021, my wife brought our car to Rim Doctor due to air leaking from a rear passenger-side tire. It was the first time my wife and I dealt with Rim Doctor. We both thought the tire was losing air due to a bent, cracked, or corroded wheel rim. A staff member at Rim Doctor named Jason inspected the wheel and told us the air loss was not from a bad rim, rather, it was from a nail in the tire. Jason removed the nail and plugged the tire for $20, then promptly sent my wife on her way. Jason could have easily lied and told my wife the rim was damaged, and charged us $100-$200 for rim repair service... and we never would have known. Jason was honest with my wife and I respect that.As a long-time vehicle owner, I have a lot of experience working on and maintaining vehicles. I also know how easy it is for dishonest repairmen/tradesmen to mislead and take advantage of non-knowledgeable customers concerning work of any sort. I recognize honest stores when I see them and Rim Doctor falls into that honest category. In the future, when we need any type of wheel rim service, well be returning to Rim Doctor. Im new in town and perceived that I might have a problem with my rims. I dropped my car off before I went to work. When I called they said they were happy to look at my car and have it finished by the time I was done for the day. When they called to say it was done, they told me that my rims were fine and there was no charge. Because of my experience I would recommend them to anyone needing service and the next time I need my car taken care of its a no brainer where Im going.

I scratched up my front passenger side rim on a curb. It looked terrible. I called this Rim Doctor and they have me a quote and an appointment for the same week. I brought my car in and they took me in right away. They called back in a few hours to tell me my car was ready. When I arrived to pick my car up, I was shocked. It looks like they ordered a new rim from the Lexus factory and installed it. It looks SO good. I am super impressed with them. The price was amazing, the service and quality were 5 star and my rims all look new again. The color matched perfectly. I am floored. Do yourself a favor and use Rim Doctor. I sent Rim Doctor a text with the information they requested, and I received a quote in under a minute! My own mother doesnt even text me back that quickly. I scheduled my appointment, and within ten minutes of parking at their shop, my car was getting moved to be worked on. Needed to get some curb rash and other imperfections cleaned up on my BMW X5M factory wheels and also went with a color change and was very pleased with the repairs and paint work. Looks like the wheels could have come off the factory line. Very happy with the work done and Shellie answered all my questions about the services that they provide and pricing.

The screw on one of .y wheels was damaged and the rim repairs was fair. They returned my car without telling me of the screw damage and left it off of my wheel. I found the screw in my cup holder the next day and thats when I found it missing from my wheel. Scratches on my rims were not completely repaired and the paint job was poor!

I got my rims powder coated from Rim Doctor, and I had one of the most professional and valuable experience. Although I had a time constraint, they were very flexible with their appointment times! Their price was the most affordable after checking with 4 other places, and they did a phenomenal job with my rims! I would visit here if I need any more work done on my rims, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

High quality work. Wheels were straightened and refinished. Also had my calipers done with red. All of the above look amazing. However there was some overspray on my car paint. I will probably get another car done soon

Ok. So I purchased 4 new tires from Mr. Tire and they found damage to one of my rims on the inside. I remember driving over a deep pothole recently. Nevertheless, I called around to price and schedule a rim repair. A few places I called started pricing between $100 and $175 with a 4 hour wait, and they couldnt get me in immediately.Well, needless to say, the price with everything included, customer service and the wait time at the RimDoctor was superb. They got me in right away, did the job and got me...The free WiFi while I waited was a plus!

I was very displeased with the service here. I spent hours 4+ hours waiting to get them to fix a bent rim. They will tell you 2-3 hours on the phone but I sent the entire day there. My rim was bent and they said there was a crack in it. I was charged for a crack without them proving that it was cracked. I was ready to leave and as soon an I left and got on the highway the car was shaking so I had to turn around and they said the rim wasn’t balanced probably. Later on I heard something rolling around in my tire so I went to another shop since I don’t live nor work close to this location and the tpms sensors was broken rolling around in the tire. I should’ve just bought a new rim. There aren’t many places that fix damaged wheels in the dmv area but I will never return to this location. I have a headache writing this review because it was that frustrating

I had 2 rims on my Dodge Durango R/T repaired a year agp after scraping a curb. Not only did it match perfectly and they still look great. I had planned on being there all day and they were finished in 3 hours. I have damage on another rim now I was going to have repaired without hesitation by them but the insurance company decided to replaced it.

I dropped off my car today for rim/wheel repair and was told it would be two to three hours. In one hour and fifty minutes both my front wheels and rims were repaired and I was done. The staff was helpful, checked in with me twice on the progress of my car and surprised me when it was finished early. I told them that I would review them favorably.

They fixed my bent rim!

Well after havIng several conversations with Shelly and sending several pictures, I was quoted a price for the work. I got a 9:00 am appointment scheduled for the following morning. Only after driving an Hour to get there, I was then told that they could not do the work because the rim I needed to be fixed was chrome. Now wouldn’t you think from the initial phone call and pictures that Shelly would tell me that they do not perform curb rash services on chrome rims. I understand the reasoning as to why they couldn’t, but maybe you should train all your staff on some of the basic regulations dealing with tour scope of work, Especially the call intake person. Thank you for the education today Rim Doctor!

I went Rim Doctor after a persistent issue with a bent rim led to my tire continuously deflating. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and finished the job on my rim 2 hours sooner than they quoted. Would go back anytime.

Fixed my badly bent rims for me. Well worth the cost of not having to buy new ones, took a bit longer than anticipated due to being busy however they did an excellent job. Would recommend to anyone that needs rim repair!

Disappointed, I had a small area touched up on my car a couple of years ago, and the clear coat has started to haze and peel. Subpar at best.

I called to schedule appointment and I was given an estimate base on damage to my rim and not on gimmicks. Upon arrival I was greeted by their friendly staff. I asked if they can also install two new rear tires with balance service to my Mazda RX8 and without problem they agreed to do it for a very reasonable price. I have not gotten my car back yet but base on other reviews, the professionalism shown so far and from another gentleman here that is returning for a second time due to great service provided to him before Im excited to see how my new tires and rims will look like.

Fast rim repair. Brought a bent rim into the shop in the morning and within a few hours, picked up a fixed rim. Definitely worth checking out before buying new expensive rims! (Disclaimer: I was asked to post a review for a discount). That shouldnt deter from the fact that they do quick work though. Prices are okay - reasonable and competitive.

I have waited more than 45 days for this company to fairly work with me before posting this review. No avail. Brought my CLS Mercedes to Rim Doctor for a small rim fix, but they placed my tire in the wrong direction, and after confronting them to fix it, they stated I needed to now buy a new tire, but that they would not provide a refund for the mishap nor comp the new tire. I explained to them that I would not need a new tire if this had not happened.When I had a second opinion at two other shops, they informed me that the damage was most likely caused while taking off the tire at Rim Doctor, causing bubbling... I have proof that the tire did not have any issues prior to taking it to Rim Doctor; however Rim Doctor blames tire pressure and sensors and refuses responsibility for their mishap. Their claim that I was missing a sensor on the (driver side) tire was bogus. What the shop does not realize is that I have proof that driver side sensor was in fact working and with no tire pressure issues until taken to Rim Doctor, where I feel they fraudulently removed both the sensors to claim tire pressure.And when I asked for the manager at the shop, they gave me the run around until the owner finally came out to speak with me. When he would not provide any assistance to this issue, I had to have my vehicle serviced by AAA, (requesting them as a witness). Owner of Rim Doctor, Mr. Chases wife later called me, leaving a voice message that she was the regional manager for this place, BUT would not be providing a refund.I will never do business with this company again.

I hit a really bad pot hole leaving from work last Wednesday night...after I hit it, there was a clear vibration in the steering wheel. Took it to the shop, and I bent not one, but both drivers side wheels. Called up Rim Doctor, and they took me in right away. Wheels were fixed super quick, and it wasn’t terribly expensive. The good reviews I read were the reason I chose this shop. I brought my 2017 BMW 430i coupe here because I had curb rash on my right two tires and was quoted $250 for both. Decent price, of course there is a disclaimer that states that if they damage anything they are not responsible. I see why, I was approached by the gentlemen who I believe was doing the work on my car and asked how long my TPM sensor light had been on? When I arrived I had no warning lights on my dash. Long story short, they broke both of my TPM sensors and instead of just coming out of the pocket $250 I ended up coming out of the pocket $250+ $440=$690.00. I usually dont write reviews but I think this was ridiculous, if you cant do quality work without costing the customer more money then dont do the work. I recommend you go else where if you value your money and your vehicle being damaged. Stay clear of this place and believe the negative reviews. I believe in paying for work when there is quality service but this place is not it.

The customer service was awesome. When I called I was asked to text pictures of the damage. Within a day I was provided a quote for the curb damage that I feel was very reasonable and saved me the cost of buying a new rim. When I got there they took me right in and quoted that the repair be around and hour to an hour and a half. I would recommend this place just on a scale of professionalism.

This is the 3rd time I have used Rim Doctor to repair rim rash in the past couple of years. When they finished the repair, I could not tell that there had ever been any damage. Great work - like new. I was told by another company my rim was bent so I went to rim doctor. Soon as the guy looked at my tire he told me told me the rim wasnt bent and it was losing air another way. Come to find out I had a nail in my tire. They are a live saver, I saved money by not having to buy new rims and the service was fast even through they were busy and the lady behind the desk was nice and talked me through everything. Didnt have an appointment. Walked in and was out in 2 hours. Rim looks brand new. It actually looks better than the ones that werent damaged.
