Very honest local shop, brought my wife’s car in for what i thought was a rear main seal and came to find out that the dealership had just spilled oil everywhere around the engine bay and eventually it came down near the bell housing. I will return for any other vehicle repair needs . Thanks

The service manager at JBA Chevy brought me to A-One transmission because I was in a bind and tight on time. The owner of A-one has an excellent working relationship with JBA Chevy and agreed to fix my car for me and get me back on the road (was traveling ) . He removed, repaired, reinstalled, reprogrammed and relearned my transmission in less then 24 hours and was fairly priced and great to work with. I was almost ripped off!!!!I went in with what i thought was a transmission problem n they were gonna charge me to pull the transmission instead of looking at the 4wheel drive gauges n seen is was still engaged. I had no idea that was the problem til later the next day.I pulled the vehicle when I realized that was the problem n they still were gonna give me a price to pull the transmission. They could have started there first n I best them to it n saved a lot time n money for no reason

Best guy in town great customer service.

The store manager there is very distasteful and does not listen evey remark she ever has to come out her trap is a non-sequittur to what was said. I would never consider doing business with someone like this, hangs up in your face and make you feel like you called to deal with an argumentative pitbull that speaks english. Just terrible!

Stopped to get quote on a repair the two girls in the office lacked customer service and acted as if we were bothering them. The one never even acknowledged we were there. They are either unhappy workers or just don’t care. We took our business somewhere else.
