Staff was efficient and friendly. Establishment was clean and neat. Social Distancing signs, mask wearing, and plastic partitions made me feel safe to wait inside the venue while technicians worked on my vehicle.

I called to inquiry about the price of balancing all 4 of my tires and was immediately put on hold and when an associate did finally answer he had an attitude when I asked him about the prices and how soon I could be scheduled to come in to have the service done. Wouldn’t recommend this location

Brought my Hyundai Tucson in for service. Took my truck in almost immediately and even after I added an alignment and 2 more tires to my service it was completed quickly with the utmost professionalism.

Called to see if they did tire patching; guy on the phone said Yeah come on inCame on in to be told they cant even get me on a jack until 4 days from now on a 20 minute tire repair. Literally drove to the business because I verified on the phone the service offered. Ridiculous.

I have bought five sets of tires from this company. Up till this point I have experienced extremely good service. However I will not be doing business with them any longer. I purchased a set of Crager rims and they refused to mount the tires that I bought from them. Some corporate policy. I will NEVER buy another set of tires from them.

I was traveling on I695 to Pennsylvania from Southern Maryland and got a nail in my tire. I was able to make it to JustTires on Ritchie Hwy in Glen Burnie. Stefan and Darrien went over and above to get me a new tire and install it. I was able to get back on the road in 2 hours. These guys were fantastic and so helpful! I would recommend anyone who needs tires and is in the area to stop at JustTires in Glen Burnie.

A few weeks back the drivers side window on my wifes car fell inside the door. This was when some nasty weather was in the forecast and we were in a bit of a panic, so we called up Just Tires. They told us to bring it right in and they would be able to store the car inside until they were able to get to the issue. Turned out to be a bad regulator, which was fixed promptly and for a great price. Neil and the rest of the gang took care of us! Thank you Just Tires!

I meant to make this review a little while ago but I forgot lol. This place is the best!! I have a jeep patriot and I took it to the dealership to get it looked at for a problem that I’m having. Well the dealership told me it was nothing to worry about and that my car was fine. So I take my car to just tires to get some different work done and they were able to figure out what was wrong with my car. I didn’t even mention nor ask them to look at my car for that problem and they went above and beyond and they solved my issue. They’re also very friendly and I feel welcomed when I come in. Will definitely be back! :)Chris is the one who helped me with my car and I appreciate his help so much because now I know what’s wrong with it! Lol

Discovered one of my tires was real low and stopped in here just to ask if I could use their air pump. They came out, filled all four tires and tested with a professional gauge, no charge and declined a tip. Pretty nice treatment for someone just passing through.

The last time I was there, they put the wrong type of oil in my car and it will cost me more. I dont understand how this happened because I was on file the previous time on what kind of oil that is suppose to be in my car.

I had 4 new tires put on my truck at just tires. Very happy with my experience through the whole thing. I set up my appointment online the day before sunday. Got a call right away confirming my truck and fitment tire wise. Arrived 30 mins early for my appointment, they took my truck back almost right away. Id say I waited for an hour at most! Very friendly and helpful people!

The person up front was nice and was mopping the floor continuesly which was good. But the worker came to me to tell me I needed a front-end alignment (Which I had just had done 1 week prior), 4 new lugnuts,a diagnostic test to see why the check engine light was on (which i already had fone), he said some of my tire censors were not working (No indication they were not). Then to beat i all,,, I came in as an appointment for 2 rear tires and he put 4 new tires on . I should have payed attention to the paperwork to notice he put 4 not 2 tires on (My husband set up the appointment and I just went to have it done. I made my husband take it back to have the situation dealt with.

Worse place ever I called there they said bring the truck up like 30 mins later I get there and the guy walks out and says he cant do it today I show him where I just called and they said to come there he then says I can not do it with the ladders on it I said I understand I can take them off he says they can not be in the parking I said thats OK I can load them on the other truck he then says if you have tools in them he can not do it remind you its a little s10 puck up he should have said sorry sir I am just a lazy person and dont like to work zero stars if I could sad thing about it all I have had multiple trucks through there

Called these guys after shopping around. Stephan answers the phone. Very refreshing to find a helpful intelligent person on the phone. If you have ever shopped for tires you know what I mean. He had the tires, quoted the price. They did a great job. Didn’t get jerked around. I highly recommend these guys.

Two weeks ago I put 4 brand new tires on my Honda Civic and one of the tires exploded so bad while I was on my way to work. I don’t know why and how but Can’t trust their tires anymore.

I cannot say enough great things about these guys! They are so polite, educated, straightforward and kind! I really regret having taken my car anywhere else. I had an unspeakably bad experience at NTB down the street and really wish I’d just come here!They are FANTASTIC And have earned a customer for life.

Made an appointment online for some tires. Get there and he tried over-charging me on the total price but I caught the mistake. Then told me that he couldnt honor the internet price because it was too low!!! Didnt get the guys name but he has like a Swedish accent. I ended up just walking out.

Guys are helpful with info. Helpful to handicap people. Try to get you serviced in and out as quick as possible. No problem with work that had been done on vehicle.

The service was excellent! Let me know when I should get new tires (not right now but soon). Got high mileage oil change,wheel alignment, tire rotation (no charge) for 144.08 only took 55 mins!

I brought my car into Just Tires around 5 pm on a weekday with a flat tire. They were able to patch the tire and had me out of there by 7:15-7:30. The whole thing cost $36. The customer volume was high enough that most people who walked in while I was waiting couldnt be squeezed in that night, so bear that in mind if youre trying to go late in the day - I called ahead and they recommended arriving by 5 to get same-day service. There is a small waiting area with tables and outlets, so I was able to get some work done while I waited, which was nice.

My daughters car needed 2 front tires and wanted to change to an all weather tire. Stefan gave us 3 sets of prices for 4 tires. While we discussed prices, Stefan went out and checked the back tires. He noted that they were still good, and if it was his car, he would just buy 2 for the front. I really appreciated his honesty, and saving over $225 really helped!!THANK YOU STEFAN!!!

Been going here for many years. They were mainly a tire and alignment shop but have upgraded to full service, which is great. They are competitively priced and do excellent work. Highly recommend this place.

Really friendly staff. They treat me like a human being, I felt like a person and not just some girl.They explained all the different tires and how I could benefit from each and what to get to fit my budget. I felt very informed. I had a nails in 2 tires and the tire mechanic explained what could have happened and why I couldnt have just plugged it. I then had another tire get messed up shortly after and they gave me a good deal again. Seriously great staff and speedy service.

When I set my appointment I had other things to do that day. I got done early and asked if they could move me up in the queue. Not only did they accommodate me, but they were quick. I get good service in there every time Ive gone and usually Stefan (who I believe is the manager?) seems to always find some way to help me out. Its nice to deal with a place that employs good people.

Waited for 3 hours to get a tire changed. Watched the guys in the shop just causally hang out. I was going to take my tire elsewhere after two hours when I was told they were working on it now when I waited another hour. 😐 it shouldn’t take that long & they should have been upfront about the time. Place two doors down said they would have done it under twenty minutes. Same place same day.

My family has used this place for years. The people are knowledgeable and friendly. You really dont have to know anything when you walk in, theyll help you figure out everything. They can get busy so try and be there early if its an option for you. If you cant be there early, plan to drop off your car. They have some seating there if you need to just wait and get work done. There is also a small seating area for kids with kids movies. Soda vending machine as well as coffee.

The staff was amazing!! Easy to get a appts. Great work. If you want the job done right the first time use this location. Cant speak on the others but Ritchie Hwy: Just Tires had always done me right.

Had a blowout. Other places said MAYBE the next afternoon for a set of pretty standard Goodyear’s. Tom at Just Tires said he had four and, after I explained my predicament, he told me I could come at 1PM the next day. I showed up at noon with my three dogs. I sat outside with them. I had my tires and was on the road again in an hour. Very pleased and appreciative.

The guys there or honest with me about my alignment... I would definitely recommend just tires for your vehicle service

If I could give a negative 5 rating for this place.... Lawd knows I would. Went there this morning at 7:15am for a plug for my tire that had a nail in it. Wasnt a sole in the place.... The guy tells me hes booked solid.. Back to back all day!!!! Asks me if I have an appointment... Says he cant help me. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? Drove down the street to Mr. Tire and was in and out in 20 minutes. Wow.. I will never... Ever visit this place again. Terrible....

I visited this business to replace a flat tire and thought it would have been a great business due to the reviews. Upon arrival I noticed that the shop was empty, and an older gentleman at the front desk was unwelcoming and unapproachable. As I explained my situation to the gentleman, he began to walk away without explanation to what was going on. He later followed me to my car, which was on a tow truck, took one look and said they did not carry that type of tire. He then told me to visit another shop 2 miles down the road, and when I asked for the shops number, he basically insinuated that I should just Google it. I was surprised and appalled at his customer service. Thankfully the tow truck driver knew which shop he was talking about. Even the tow truck driver was surprised at how he treated & talked to me.

I would give this place 5 stars. However, the “mechanic” who worked on my car was awful. Nick left oil stains in my car. It was all over my seat and steering wheel. And I’m missing $10 that I accidentally left in my center console. I definately will not be coming back.

Rather would give 0 stars. They put a metal cap on my tire and it has now corroded. Told me to bring my car in and if they take it off it may break my stem costing me $140 to replace. If your “just tires” your knowledge and experience should help your customers, not cost them money.

Scheduled an appointment for two tires and an alignment. I am notified that they cannot perform an alignment due to my vehicle having aftermarket struts installed and its against their company policy. After picking up my car I immediately notice that theres a loud noise that wasnt there when I dropped off the car. After they reviewed their work they notice that my outer tie rod balljoint is DESTROYED. I knew it was worn, but I know for certain it was not to this degree prior to dropping my vehicle off. Ok fine; I go home and replace the tie rod and the noise is still there. It turns out that the antiquated style wheel weights that were installed on my wheels were hitting my suspension components. The service manager with 40 claimed years of experience should have caught this. The (not cheap) Goodyear Eagle tires I purchased were COVERED in tire grease. I have been to used tire shops that have more respect for my vehicle than this place. One thing I know for certain is that this place has certainly lost my future business. Would not recommend.

I went in with a tire that was leaking air; Stephan, the guy at the counter was very friendly and professional, and set me up with an appointment the following day. When I went in to get it fixed, it took half an hour and was reasonably priced. Ill be going back to get my oil changed in a couple months.

My car needed air in tires hint tire light was on..and I pulled into Just Tires on Ritchie Hwy Glen Burnie on 5.15.18 and needed help. Neil Howser the store manager took a moment to look at my car. He noticed I put after market metal tire caps on car and they were frozen . He, himself took the time and got each one off and gave me caps to help w continue w my day. It was nice to see old school customer service in a store and manager . I will continue to make JT my place for service of my car.. not only did he have great customer service it was nice to be in a clean tire storeYours truly ..Michael

Made an appointment online for an alignment at 7pm. When I arrive they told me they called me after I made it saying they cant do alignments that late in the day. I didnt get a call.. could have been my phone. But when I get there they are like we dont have any mechanics here after a certain time... soooooo your website lets me make an appointment for 7. When you cant do that that late. AND your open till 8 with no mechanic available???? Makes sense I guess.... not. Then they said we can take you Monday. Obviously I made this appointment later in the day because I cant come early. So no Joe. Monday mornings not good for me. Smh.

Today Monday Sept 17 my car was in for an alignment, tire balancing, and rotation. Excellent job except for the part where they broke my rear brake drum left side and never told me. Also they failed to adjust my brake shoes which left me with a nice ride home with damn near no brakes. They did how ever manage to over adjust on the right rear. I know they are trying to upsale items but if you screw my car up please let me know and make sure everything is working properly. Waiting to hear from Neil on plans to correct this if so then review will change. Thank you to the tech Ruben for screwing my brakes up. Id post pics of brake drum and work order but Google doesnt show me an option.

Disappointed in this place really. They have great reviews and are friendly, but they should stick to selling tires. Had my state inspection done with Herbert & Chris. After they gave me a laundry list of why my vehicle failed, they laughed at me and said it wasnt even worth the amount to fix. They tried to rob me on replacing my front axles for $1300 when the parts are $250 online. If that wasnt enough the inspection itself was $100. Way overpriced. PS laughed at me again when I came to pick up the car because it was a $3100 estimate. Very rude :/ Im not one to bash businesses, I just think people (or young girls who come in) should know the truth

Unprofessional! idiot behind the counter was rude and very forgetful. I made an appointment 2 weeks ago and they never made it for me when he told me on the phone while I was talking to him that he was quote doing it right now....I called the same day to check and they had no reservation for me. They messed up my wheel hubs and refused to repair it for free WHEN IT HAS A WARRANTY AND THEY WANTED ME TO PAY FOR PARTS FOR THEIR MISTAKES!. One person there is nice, and if you want good service ask for Dan, other than that terrible service and extremely unprofessional!

Very disappointed, I went here a month ago to get a tire mounted and balanced, i made it an hour before closing. The gentleman at the counter told me their booked and cant get it done tomorrow.(i need my car for tomorrow thats why im here) so a 20 minute job cant do until tomorrow..i had a flat and desperately need my car back...but cant help me so i went elsewhere.Yesterday i came in very early about an hour after they opened, i took 2 of my wheels in to get them balanced, ( a good tire technician can do this in 15 minutes). When i walked in the store there was literally nobody there so im basically the ONLY customer there and i saw one car in the shop.And to my disappointment the guy behind the counter gave me the same B.S excuse just like last time... Were booked up cant get to it untill the end if the day, i was like what ?really?..theres NOBODY here, ONE car in the shop i have to wait 6 hours for it. How can that be i asked...im the only one here. we have appointments comming all day he said.I was very disappointed as i walk out, just tires failed me again, i guess they dont want my business, this store lacks customer service . I will NEVER come to this store again, they do a good job of turning Me away every time i come here .i went to mr tire up the street and got it done in an hour and a half.

Apparently their scheduling system doesn’t work. They called me and told me the appointment I made was triple booked and that I couldn’t wait for the car to be done. I had to drop it off and leave it there all day. Not sure how I am supposed to get home if they are holding my car and won’t allow me to wait on an oil change.
