OUTSTANDING! I am so pleased with the price, the timely manner it took for my repair as well as the Friendly Service. They were recommended to me from a friend and she was right! This will be my go to Auto repair shop. They replaced a window switch in a few hours and I was told by the Jeep dealership it was a two week turnaround, as well as it was $100 less at RJR. I will suggest this shop to all who ask me.Thanks for being so great.

Ive been trusting RJR for all our auto repairs for the past 27 years, its SO hard to find competent, honest auto repair shops. RJR is this, honest and capable. Several times over the years Ive thought I needed a more significant repair done and theyve shown me that it was a smaller problem than I expected... I highly recommend.

Look no further for an auto shop you can trust! Being new to the state, I spent a lot of time reading reviews in search of a mechanic I felt comfortable with. I took my car to RJR for a Maryland State Inspection, which was completed in 30 minutes for an extremely reasonable price! Thank you to the mechanic! They sent my inspection results electronically to the MVA as well as a paper copy for my records. Chatting with Ralph as I waited for my car, it was clear he is a genuine, relatable, local business owner who is human too and knows what it feels like to be ripped off. He doesn’t want his clients to feel that way and it was evident to me he truly has his customers best interest in mind. RJR will definitely be my auto shop moving forward. Thank you Ralph and team!

Highly recommend this shop. Theyre fast and honest. Both my husband and I first found this place when we needed out cars inspected to get them plated and weve never gone anywhere since. The individuals that work here are kind and great to work with. I would say the price is always fair.Cant say enough good things about this shop.

I had to make an appointment.I showed up at the scheduled time and within 10 minutes they pulled my truck in. In less than an hour I was ready to go. I was pleased.Although the repair was, some might say simple replacing studs and lugs on the wheel.These guys are friendly and very professional. It was a pleasure doing business with them.The price was very reasonable.I would recommend them.

RJR automotive has become my go to spot for expert auto repair at reasonable rates. The owner/manager, Ralph, will tell you exactly whats wrong and doesnt pad the bill. Additionally, he prides himself on completing the job quickly and correctly, so that you wont have to return for the same issue. Dont look for a fancy waiting room, or coffee and donuts - this isnt that place. If you want your car fixed right at a great price, give RJR a chance.

If they cant find anything wrong, they will not charge you.....We have had NOTHING but great experiences with this company and would never think about trusting our automobiles to anyone else. Getting my oil check out

I wanted to post my personal experience dealing with RJR. The owner Ralph is a very stand up guy. I was having trouble with my 05 Navigator and even though i never had any work done at rjr they really went above and beyond to get my vehicle fixed in a timely manner. I have never dealt with a more honest, stand up guy. I would recomend this shop to anyone. If i could give more than 5 stars i defenitly would!!!!

Excellent Service with a smile at all times!

I went in to RJR to get a quote on a repair of a dent in the front bumper of my car. I walked in and was greeted by a nice woman and was told someone would be right with me. I had a seat and waited. About five minutes or so later, two gentlemen came in from the outside who I later realized worked at RJR. I was the only person in the waiting room and could not have been missed. However, the two men proceeded to have a conversation about having their houses roofs fixed, laced with unprofessional language, for about 10 minutes or so while I waited. Once they were finished, one of the men turned to the woman at reception who had been so nice to me and said who is this guy? pointing at me. I stood up and told the man I was looking to have a estimate made on my make and model of car and told him what the damage was and where. I told him that I was just looking for prices from different auto body shops. Upon hearing that, the man abruplty told me that he was not going to waste 20 minutes of his time for me to price shop and that I should go elsewhere. I simply said ok sir, have a nice day and left.I have never written a poor review of any one or business before now but I felt that people should be aware of the rudeness that was shown to me and obviously could potentially be shown to any other customer. I will advise anyone who asks me about auto body work to avoid RJR entirely. How they can find and retain customers with the poor attitude I experienced is beyond me.
