I have come to this location a few times & each time, the staff are friendly, professional, and courteous! Being a woman, its hard to know that youre not being nickel & dimed by folks that realize you may not know what your vehicle needs. The team is thorough at explaining issues & the service(s) needed to correct the matter. Theyve even walked me through looking up the cost of parts myself, so I am aware of why Im paying what I am! You cant ask for more than that! Very happy & will return when/if my vehicle needs service in the future.

I can only say that what I experienced at this location was as perfect as it gets. I had so many issues with my Dodge Charger that other place gave me the run around and was so unprofessional. From the time I scheduled with Mr Gale, to the drop off, to all the right recommendations for my vehicle, and the pick up, I was extremely happy with the professionalism of Mr Gale and his entire staff. I was so impressed I brought my wife’s vehicle in for some service. Thank you guys for the great service.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Aaron the service manager I believe he means well but just truly over worked. He is a very nice guy but very bad with communication. My story: He was suppose to order me a tire and he made me an appointment for 1 week out. When I arrived to my appointment on a Friday afternoon he mentioned to me Ms. Vines I ordered the wrong tire size. OK people make mistakes, (but you couldnt call and tell me that before I arrived there). I knows where I can get a tire from. I will stop on my way to work and get the tire and be ready for your appointment at 10:00AM. He apologies and made me another appointment for the next day Saturday at 10AM. I called the next day around 9:30AM to make sure we was good for my appointment, the staff tells me Oh Aaron wont be in until after 12PM. I said well I have an appointment at 10AM and he is suppose to be bringing my tire with him. The staff member said oh well I dont know how to help you. Long story short Im still waiting 1 month later. He has not called and said anything to me.Please go across the street to Firestone or to another tire place.

I would like to commend the EXCELLENT service I received at the Glen Burnie location. I had one set of tires placed on my truck and was unhappy with the feel of them and Tony and his team replaced them hassle-free, no questions asked, with the tires I really wanted. Went into NTB totally irritated with my situation where I had to end up buying 2 new tires after just buying 4 new tires 6 months ago, the attendant, who I later found out was the manager Tony, was cool and I could tell that he could tell that I was upset, long story short...Tony ordered my tires, they came in when he said they would and the price wasnt as heavy as I had anticipated. Thank you Tony!!! The only reason I didnt give 5 stars was because I spoke with another gentlemen (@1030am) who recommended a few extras that I know I needed but it took them literally all day until the close of business. Overall Im extremely satisfied and grateful to the manager because it definitely couldve been worse. When you go in ask for Tony, hes awesome!

Ive been coming to NTB since 2016/17 and I now understand the lack in workforce, but if I schedule an appointment and specify the services I need AND I also call to confirm my appointment and whether the services I need can be done and Im told yes (itll just be longer), I expect to get those services. If you know your staffing schedule & keep track of it AND find out youre short staff...communication is KEY. Just dont let me rearrange my schedule for services you cant do!! A simple phone call to inform me of staffing issues, would have allowed me to find somewhere else to have those services I needed, done. So what if the 1 service they couldnt do because of staffing issues, was the only service I needed done today, would they have turned me away??? If I cant get communication...maybe going forward I need to only use them for tires ONLY and use someone else for other issues!!! Or maybe not at all!!

Desk worker was unable to answer basic questions about the service I received. I asked if any of my fluids were low, information they usually supply at pickup, he didnt know. I asked at drop off for them to check front hub, its been grinding, he stumbled through his answer then just stated yeah it was good. Then as I left, I realized there wasnt a new oil change sticker in the window, I know thats minor but come on man.

Buyers Beware. NTB talks a good game. Knowing ahead of time my alloy wheels were allowing my old tires to leak air, I was told when purchasing new tires that my rims were going to be lathed or milled down and the problem would be corrected. These were going on a vehicle I rarely use, mainly for vacations and getting towed behind my motorhome. After 3 long years of having to to put air in my tires before I even wanted to drive it and many complaints and attempted repairs by NTB (not to mention all of the black goo oozing onto my rims) I finally bought new wheels for my truck. Well guess what? Tires are still leaking air. And my original wheels, the inner lip looks like someone was given a grinder and told them to go to town. Trust me, I called customer service a number of times, opened a claim and then reopened the claim now getting blown off twice. It would have been so much easier to get some honest truth in the beginning of this ordeal or for NTB to do what they had promised. Atleast I have some nice new rims with flat tires on them.Update*My tires are so old now, my road hazard wont cover them. How do I know? I took my truck back one final time after contacting customer service as seen in the reply below. Now this is the third time someone has been so sympathetic to my complaint. This does not mean that it has been remedied, it only closes the book that they really cant help me and publicly showed they tried.When being told that my tire was flat because it had a nail in it, or two nails next to each other, or a nail that was through a patch. Thats right, I could not get a straight story from anyone who worked there. Keep in mind I have no records of my tires ever being patched. What they could guaranty was that they would no longer work on my tire and I should buy a new one.I get it, tires are a commodity. Once out the door, its not the stores problem. They wear, get nails, rub curbs or just get old. What I dont get, is why a company would go through such extremes to make a sale or deny a legitimate claim. Just goes to show: The customer is not always right.

I had an appointment at 430 to change a tire. Aaron at the front took notes down for my car. When I ask if they need anything else from me, he told me no and that I can go sit down. I asked Aaron how long it would take, and he said 40 mins top. Over an hour goes by, another person comes to me and says they need me to fill out a work order. I ask him why it wasn’t done when I first arrived here and asked if my car had already started to be worked on. He said no, they can’t do it without a work order. I asked him why it wasn’t done when I came here and he just said “I don’t know.” I’ve been here for 2.5 hours and they just told me they are starting work now…

I scheduled online for the first early morning appointment next day. It was for an oil change which I was expecting to be done in no time especially since I was the first customer in the day. I came in 10 minutes before my appointment. I got checked-in within 15 minutes. Waited 30 minutes for them to start because none of the service workers were there when I checked in. Waited another 30 minutes for them to finish. So about an 1hr and half long process just for an oil change. To me, that took longer than expected. Had I known it would be that long, I would not have scheduled since I needed to be elsewhere. I also had to request for a sticker since they didnt put one on my windshield. Overall, seems their whole work process is slow and not efficient.

These guys are so slow. The old man at the front doesnt know how to use the computer. It should not take two hours for an oil change. 20 mins to hour especially when u call to make an appointment. The service guys are nice and they do a good job. But boy are they long winded.

I initially found tires to fit my car through the website. Upon dropping my vehicle off I was informed that the website had my information wrong so the tires I had selected were in fact NOT for my vehicle. I was then told that the correct tires were gonna run me $150 more. Bobby went above and beyond on making sure I chose the correct tires that would work the best with my vehicle. Stressed about having to pay so much more than I anticipated, Bobby gave me a great discount, helping me save $50. Amazing customer service, highly recommend!

I am upset. Cause I called ask if they worked on hertz car they say yes I would have to wait. I sitt in the waiting area. Hours goes by. Its now 5 p.m and I ask about my car they say have to get approval from hertz. You telling me I been here for hours no one tells me anything and I come check on my car and they say they are working on it now and that has to get approved by hertz. I called hertz and talk to them. I am so upset sitting here for hours not working. Have to pay for this car each week. 250 a week for me to sitt here for hours not hearing anything about my car finally they say it has to get approved.

BEWARE OF NTB! YOU DONT TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THIS! IM A DISABLED PERSON. I looked tires up at their store on line so I call to see when I can have them installed, get a front end alignment and oil change. Aaron the sales person tells me to come right in and he will make me a better deal and acted like the tires are there. He tried to sell me tires $400 higher. I said I cant afford that and he went back to the original tire. He printed out a work order and I also signed one on line and sent it back. He said the tires would be there the next morning. I called they said Aaron was not there and they know nothing about this. I said I have the order number and gave it. Tony the manager said he would call me back. Hours later no call I called again and told them would call me back. No call after that or my 3rd call. The 4th time I called I said you guys are giving me the run around. They said Aaron would be in the morning. This started Wed, spoke with him Friday. He pumped the price up $70 and said I would be getting a better tire be there at 9am Monday. He said we will make it fast and easy being my health situation. I got there a little after 8am this morning just to make sure I was therein time or if they might start earlier. The manager Tony told me Im not on the books and Aaron would be in at 10am. I called a couple times so they finally took my number and said Aaron would call me back. NO CALL BACK! I called their corporate office and the store told them they dont have the tires and would sell me a much more expensive tires. Also the corporate said they could send me a coupon to be used in the future but that doesnt help the belts sticking out of my front tires. I called Tony the manager back and told him this is not how you run a business, also you dont over book where people come for something and have to be there 3 to 4 hours! People in the waiting room said they got there when NTB opened only to be told them will be waiting 3 hours or more. Not one of their customers were happy! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN NTB AND WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH NTB AGAIN AND I ADVISE OTHERS TO SKIP THIS PLACE ALL TOGETHER. Their corporate office did not help one bit. They also need lessons on how to treat customers!

I woke up early and went to this location to get my car serviced before work. I have been patronizing NTB for YEARS. This is by far, the SLOWEST location I have ever visited. The gentleman they have at the front counter, is EXTREMELY SLOW!!! It took 20 minuets just for me to check in!? Not efficient at all. I had an appointment, and I showed up early. VERY frustrating, I cannot recommend this location to anyone. The slow service is reflective of poor management.

I came in for A new set of tires and an Alignment Check. First off the the head technician guy was very short with me, and cryptic at explaining the cost of the tires etc. in my opinion was very dismissive of my questions; like it was my fault for not understanding something like whether or not I needed to get the Hazzard Protection to qualify for the (Buy 3 get 1 Free) special? (I didnt want it, or want to pay for it). But afterwards it was on the receipt paper saying that I was charged for it. I asked and he said I had to get it. Huh? (There must be a commission on Hazzard Protection) Also I couldnt believe it said Alignment Check = Performed (BTW its a free service with new tires) But I Know they definitely did NOT do it! When I asked Him about it He said Well I thought you were in a hurry? SMH 🙄 I said Well I asked for it to be done when I came in; But Yes You did say it would be about 1.5hrs, and its been almost 3hrs now Soo...We just looked at each other. He plain and simple did not really care...So I just walked out. *So Be Forewarned* I did like the Tires. But unfortunately the service itself was substandard.

I had a starter replaced in my car at the NTB in Dundalk February 2021. It is now April 2021 and the starter completely failed. I obviously got a bad one, but it comes with a 12 month warranty which of course was honored at the Glen Burnie NTB. This garage had every opportunity to take advantage of the situation, they could have told me any number of things, especially something electrical which I could not have argued. But they didnt. They took the old starter out and tested it, found out it was bad and replaced it for free. Hopefully this one holds up, cant hold it against NTB that I got a bad starter. They dont remanufacture them. They only buy them. Starter replacement here cost $490. The dealership and Mr Tire both wanted over $800.

10/1 - I will not go back to this NTB!!! A 1:00 appointment... to replace a tire was complete at 2:35!!! They are horrible at scheduling theres no way that it should take an hour and 35 minutes to change a tire. On top of that the tire was in their office 3 days ago and no one called to let me know. They seem unorganized and overworked I will go somewhere else in the future.9/19 - Front desk gentlemen slow as molasses. I spoke to Tony earlier this wasnt him. They do good work!

I took my truck there last Thursday to have a front alignment the guys failed to do the job I think there was a little laziness involved. I called them two days ago to tell them that the front end alignment that they did didnt work and they asked me to bring it back and I told him that I would bring it back this morning and I was there at 7:00 a.m. the gentleman that working with this morning did a much better job but its still pulling to the right so I have to take it back for the third time again period and Im really not happy about that

I have my trusted garage (Gambrills Service Center) but when my car needed to be towed, I ended up here based on location. The manager who greeted me was helpful and set expectations. However 48 hours later on my spark plug change job, the manager was not helpful in getting the job finished and I ended up in the phone several times trying to negotiate with them to take an easy non-mechanical step to test my car. I would not recommend this store unless you know you have a very easy job.

Love my new tires and everyone here was very nice and accommodating. Only place In the area I come too when I need new tires! I have purchased the 5 year free tire rotations which is super helpful. Had to get new tires about 3 years after purchasing old ones but I never took my car back to use the free rotation which is one of the reasons I had to get new ones, plus I had a screw in one of my tires and of course wasnt in the ideal place to have it.(Not in the tread but sidewall). Since I still had time for the free rotations it carried over to my new tires. I really loved that. Plus I like when you buy 3 you get one free which helps the cost when purchasing. Go in and make a appointment and they have your car ready in no time. You can wait or do what I usually do drop it off and they call you when its finished. And you can pay once the work is finished.

I would strongly advise anyone to seriously avoid this location as I am confident you will receive more honest service from any of the 3 other tire centers you can see from their front door. I recently visited this location after getting a flat tire on a work trip to the area. Being away from home, I chose to rely on a national brand like NTB to help me. I called in on my way to the area to verify that the shop had the tires that would fit my car as well as verify the total cost for the repairs including mount/balance, alignment, and an oil change. I was given a price, tire description, and assurance that the vehicle would be ready that day for my continued trip.A few hours before the agreed pick up time, I called in to verify completion of the work and when I did I was informed me that the previously quoted tires were NOT in fact in stock and that my car had not only NOT been touched all day, but that the only tires they had in stock would cost me an additional $155 for the same services they had quoted early in the morning. I was told their was an inventory error, but when the word TIRES is in your title, how do you make that kind of error? The manager offered me a small discount on the tires but it doesnt change that the total cost of the services was now $150 more expensive and did NOT include an alignment which would have made it $240 more. To add insult to the process, I have now been stuck in their lounge which is covered in dirt, potato chips, and oil, for 2 additional hours while they leisurely repair my car they have had for 8 hours already.Sounds like it was pretty easy for them to take advantage of someone who was out of town, and maybe that explains why I didnt receive a call all day?! When you consider that they should be good at managing tires, it is one of of the 3 words in their title after all, I think I was the victim of a true bait and switch!

I have been patronizing the NTB Glen Burnie location for over 8 years and trusting them confidently with 3 different vehicles. Recently, I scheduled an appointment because I needed wheel bearings and I thought I might need brakes and rotors. Tony Dale the Manager was professional, a good listener and had a patient positive attitude.Even though Mr. Dale was swamped with constantly ringing phones, 6 previous customers before me waiting and more walk-in customers coming through the door. He listened to my car concerns and accessed the vehicle. Mr. Dale informed me, I did not need brakes or rotors which I was glad to hear because that was one less expense.Given the severity of this global pandemic and NTB employees are essential workers they are all doing the very best they can by going above and beyond.Thank you from the top and bottom of my heart to all of the staff at NTB Glen Burnie your hard work, dedication, and preserverance is vital and appreciated to the fullest!Best Regards,

Great customer service experience. The service technician Derrick was fantastic. I was having 4 tires installed for my classic 66 mustang and Derrick took care of it like it was his own. He constantly checked with me to be sure that the install was what I wanted. The service was fast, efficient and at a great price. I will definitely be back to NTB of Glen Burnie. Thanks Derrick.

Not sure how a $18.99 oil change ends up being $31, but ok... they tell you (on the coupon) there is a $3 disposal charge but dont tell you labor is not included 🤷🏾‍♀️ but they were super friendly and rotated my tires and checked some other stuff so I wont complain.

Had a dead battery and needed help. Jumped car and drive to store. Got there by 5pm and they refused to test battery and advised I could leave it for the next day. Called around and found AutoZone who not only tested it for me, but replaced it for me in minutes.Very poor customer service especially when you have a customer that cant make it home. To not even test the battery (which takes a few minutes) is very sad.

Friendly place.. great customer service.. very honest people, highly professional!Every time I have a tire issue I go to NTB, I have tried 3 locations so far, and couple of times in each location in the last 8 years, and in all of them, I was leaving very satisfied!This location, they didn’t even charge me when they found out that no repair required, even though they worked for like 40 minuets to check the tire and be sure it didn’t need a repair!This is a place would love to go to again if I need there service and recommend it to my friends and family members!Thanks to them! My boyfriend and I have been taking his car here for the past 2 years. October 2018 for we 4 brand new tires over filled by the technician caused us to pop a tire. The sensors were switched and made us think it was the back left tire when it was the back right. We received 2 free oil changes from the manager and when we took the car for an oil change they questioned our free oil change cards and said we needed to call and make an appointment. In October 2019 the front passenger tire wouldn’t hold air. Again, we took it to NTB since we’ve only had the tires for a year, and bought 2 new tires one being a spare. And now for the 3rd time the front driver side tire will not hold air. So much for new tires, were gonna take a loss on this one and take it else where. I’d suggest you do the same.

Didnt have any actual work done here. Just an inspection done in a timely manner. That being said this location offers a spacious lounge waiting area. The problem is it is absolutely filthy. FILTHY! Actually took photos. The coffee area, vending machines, seating area was disgusting. I dont understand how workers or a manager would not make sure this area was clean. There is a window area where you can see into the works area and the view in the same. The garage view you can see had trash, etc all over the floor. IMO this is a reflection of their work. I would never take my car here for work based on what I saw.

I purchased tires here yesterday without complaints. DaJuans customer service was outstanding and Jojo made the best recommendations based on my needs. The female at the check-in desk was friendly and tried to get me in and out. Your whole crew was outstanding. Thanks a million!!

I booked appointment day before to change 4 tires, so I got there and was told that’s gonna take at least couple of hours and lady wasn’t nice I would say nasty . When I got back 2 and a half later nothing was done only wheels were taken off the car, nobody nearby doing anything, when I asked why nothing is done that nasty bi ....yield at me that were many cars in front of me ( I had appointment 3 hours ago😃joke)Then she asked me what I want them to do? I said just do it, about thirty minutes later I was told that they only have two tires and they didn’t know because I should call and not schedule on line, because they don’t know 🤔 so I could not afford to waste more time and leftNo apology, nothing I wasted 4 hours waiting for nothing!!!!!!!Don’t go there. Waited over an hour after my scheduled appointment. No time for this poor service.All ready paid for work poorly done. I should have stayed with the dealership. I did not save any money and have another appointment scheduled. I have no idea how they keep the lights on. The few people in the waiting area felt the same. Im not a mechanic but have done the work I paid to much for myself. Maybe you should hire me to put that shop in the black! No way youre making money and its unfortunate that I have to deal with the simple work done poorly. Doubt youll post this. Fuel and time lost. Try again Tuesday @10am.

I had an appointment to get an alignment on my 03 vw Jetta got there at 9am dropped off my car only for them to waste an hour of my life to say we can’t do an alignment on my car bc it’s lowered. Why not say that when I get there? Nothing but incompetent clowns working there.

Terrible customer service, I made an appointment 2 days in advance and they made me wait for 2 hours without even starting on my car. What is even the point of making an appointment? Also, during my 2 hour wait,I saw how they addressed the concerns of other customers and I refuse to give this establishment my money.

2nd appointment my girlfriend has made to have new tires installed, mounted, and balanced at this location and twice theyve failed to even get to her car in the scheduled amount of time. She was told today that it would take 2.5 hours to get her car done, after returning 4 hours later her car had yet to be touched since she dropped it off at her 12pm appointment time. Best part was, she was never even called and told that her car hadnt been worked on with less than an hour before the store closed. Guess well be looking for another store that can actually get the job done in a reasonable time frame, this is ridiculous.

Avoid this shop at all costs. You will be thankful you read this review when you save yourself stress and money.Here is why:I made an appointment for 1:15PM after shipping 2 tires I’d ordered on tirerack.com to this location for install.Dropped the car off and was asked if I’d like to wait. I opted to Uber to my job 15min away. Thank goodness I didn’t wait, because when I called at 3:30 and 5PM, the car still wasn’t done.They call me at 6:30 to ask if I’d like a $90 wheel alignment; I say sure. They say the car will be ready at 7PM and to please be on time as the shop closes at 7. Gee.I show up at 6:55 to pay for my tire install and walk out at 6:57.A bit annoyed at the time they took, but pleased that I have 2 new tires before my upcoming road trip, I turn on my car.“WARNING LOW PSI 18/36” flashes on my screen as soon as I turn on the car. The shop is closed. I start to drive home and the tire pressure drops to 12/36 PSI while I drive. I get home (I have runflats) and fill up with air.The next morning, I’m at 1/36 PSI and furious. My other 2 tires did not need replacing, and now one is rapidly leaking air.Which also means they charged me $90 for a wheel alignment that they didn’t perform.I call corporate customer service because the shop is a scam...Well, so is corporate. The rep (who seemed helpful on the initial call) has not returned my contact in over 2 weeks despite regular emails, calls, and messages with other employees asking him call me.Finally, one girl who randomly picked up refunded me the $90 wheel alignment after the shop tech admitted he didn’t perform it. If he finally admitted he lied about performing the wheel alignment, why wouldn’t he also lie about damaging my $400 tire?If the car was leaking air that rapidly when I’d dropped it off, they also would’ve noticed turning the car on multiple times to move it from lot to lift and back. The vehicle is also a lease that I turn in this fall so I had zero intention of buying 2 more tires.I took it to a local shop who showed me that one part of the tire was bowed outwards on the tread and had a huge hole in it. You could hear air hissing out by putting your ear up to it. A can of fix-a-flat helped for about 8 hours then I needed air again. I had to buy a new tire... and it’s an AWD vehicle so I had to buy two.NTB refuses to admit they damaged my tire, despite me submitting dealer records stating I had the car in for service 2 days prior where they checked tread, tire pressure, etc. I submitted receipts and photos too.They wasted my day while I waited 6.5 HOURS to install tires despite me having an appointment, are wasting my time right now, cost me $800 for two tires I did not need, charged me $90 for a service they knew they didn’t perform, and has the worst customer service you can imagine.Read the yelp reviews; they’re horrendous and so is this shop.

Waited 5 hours for new tires, next day tire was flat due to incorrect installation. They took it back in and had to order a new tire from their other store, so far waiting here 3 hours amd still waiting the next day. Waiting time is incredible, but their service is fair.

The manger there today was rude and took forever on my car. I realize they needed to wait for parts but there was no communication until another mechanic cant to me to tell me what was going on. Sat there for 4 1/2hrs for an oil change and brakes. The manger acted like I wasnt even there meanwhile his mechanics checked to make sure I was ok and even offered me lunch. Wont use this site again thats for sure

You would think with all the 1 star ratings they would have fired the whole staff. The help desk is a joke. They couldnt find a location that do state inspection other than this location. Sending me 81 mile in total of to three different locations and still no inspection. They had one inspector out for two weeks sick and no sense of when he will return. No backup? Cmon.I filed 4 complaints and nothing was done! They still have the 30 dollars they charged me for testing my tint when I told him it was illegal and Im doing it for a ride share service. If I was informed that its just like a regular state inspection I would have never wasted my time and remove the tint then take it in. So after doing the brakes and taking the tint off I was told then and only then that its a re inspection charge of 35.00 thats when i walked out the door. Because all that should have been explained to me when they robbed me for my tint. I will do all i can to make sure they lose money just like i did so they will know how it feels. Get rid of the whole staff. Owner please do not respond to this. You had your chance 8 different times to do the right thing. You failed and the whole chain of command failed.
