It was a good experience, given us a higher price bed but made sure the quality was great a well. It was delivered to our home with no issues and we loved it since then. Very happy with our purchase.

10/10 Tanya and Jack at the Glen Burnie location are amazing. We were able to select our mattress and get an adjustable bed for under budget. Delivery was 2 days later, they were in and out in under 30 mins. They even took our old mattress away. The entire experience was great!

We needed a new full size mattress for our toddler and Tanya made it a super easy purchase. She was very knowledgeable and her customer service was outstanding. We will definitely go back to Mattress Warehouse and deal with her again in the future.

This place is the place to go for mattresses. Tanya greeted us upon arrival, and explained the computer program they use to help narrow down which mattress is best.Emad spent about an hour with us while we tried out the mattresses recommended by the computer. If one wasnt feeling comfortable, he would recommend something similar but slightly different. He was very informative about the brands and what made each mattress different.Delivery options were open starting 3 days later, which is great when you want a good nights sleep.Would recommend this place. Next mattress purchase, I will be back here for it.

I have to give kudos to Tanya (Manager) there at Mattress warehouse. I needed a new bed and wasnt exactly sure if they could help. She saw me, I explained my situation, not only did she help me find a bed in my range, its comfortable, and now I can sleep well.

Ms. Tanya was phenomenal! 10/10 service, professionalism, and personality. We were greeted when we entered the store and lead ourselves around a bit while other customers were helped. Once the family who arrived prior to us had gone Tonya explained how their computer system worked to help narrow down the choices and then showed us each of the suggested mattresses. The first one was it, the computer was spot on!Further, when comparing this store with another mattress store just down the road the delivery dates was a major factor in where we stopped first. Mattress Warehouse had advertised next day delivery for a lot of their inventory, while Mattress Firm showed 3-4 weeks for delivery. Our promised delivery date is & days away, which is still great considering Memorial Day weekend shopping and sales.

I went in to buy a box spring. 15 minutes later I was roping it to the roof of my vehicle that I had to do myself with the store salesman supervision because their policy says they can’t assist you with that task. No problem because I caught my box spring on sale!

The store manager was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. A+ customer service. Would do business again.

Top customer service experience! We were greeted and asked if we needed help once we walked in. We told them what we were looking for and was educated on the different types of mattresses that fit our needs by Emad. He wasn’t pushy like a typical sales associate. I purchase two mattress from this business and soon after notice I had bed bugs that I did not have before. I then contact Orkin to come out. They checked out my home and was then discovered that the bugs was coming from the mattress and was only found on the purchased mattress. I have since reached out in attempt to get this resolved and spoke with corporate who has been giving me a hard time and refuse assist me with this issue. Its crazy because when I went in to make my purchase it was not like that but again once they get your money its another story. PS i have spoken with the chain of command and not results

Me and my husband went in to buy a new mattress yesterday. We were greeted by the manager Tonya and had an amazing experience with her. My mom and I went to Mattress Warehouse in Glen Burnie just to see what they had to offer and not intending to buy anything from this store, as we were literally on our way to another mattress store that was not open yet. After just 30 minutes we left with a beautiful mattress! It was everything we were looking for. The manager, Tanya, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Honestly, it was her personality that got the sale. We never even made it to the store we were planning to go to :). We bought two mattresses, two adjustable bases, and an upgraded mattress pad. We were promised two sets of expensive sheets and when they were not available, we were told we would get a credit. But first they had to check with the district manager. Three e- mails and four phone calls later plus a visit to the store and its was over a month before we heard back from anyone. And when I did finally hear bak, I was told they never received any of the emails or phone calls. The most frustrating experience ever. Will never buy from them again and understand why they get so may bad reviews. Beware of Mattress Warehouse!!!!!!!!!

We went to Mattress Warehouse to look into getting a new mattress set. Tanya, the store manager, worked with us in finding the best mattress for our needs and budget. She started with the BedMATCH mattress diagnostic to get the type of mattress that would best fit our needs. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was not pushy in any way but was determined to find the right mattress for us. She was very patient and after hours of looking, we bought a mattress.

The store experience was great! Tonya really took the time to help us pick a wonderful mattress. She was professional and very knowledgeable of what brands they carried and the price ranges. The BedMATCH computer was great in determining what type of mattress worked for us. We got a wonderful mattress with an adjustable base at a price that couldnt be beat!The only issue was with delivery! They scheduled us for that Saturday, but the time was unknown. They called and emailed the night before and told us it would between 9am and 12pm. They came on time, but were unable to set the base up properly and they stained our mattress. The people at the delivery warehouse were no help at all. Long story short we called Tonya and she fixed it all!!! That Sunday she sent an employee from her Glen Burnie store to fix our base and had a brand new mattress delivered to us by that Tuesday. Thanks again Tonya!

This was probably my best experience buying a mattress. We were helped by the store manager Tonya and she was so helpful. She didn’t pressure us, she answered any questions we had. She had us do the bed comfort test to help us figure out what works for our bodies. We went to several other stores and ended up coming back after to work with her. The Glen Burnie Mattress Warehouse was a pleasure to visit. My family popped in while waiting for another store to open and the prices were so reasonable we ended up buying a bed! The manager Tanya was a delight and her enthusiasm really elevates the general mood of the place. Usually mattress stores are dull and lifeless but here we had music quietly going, friendly service and even a childrens play area. They have a great interest free deal too.

She was very pleasant and happy to help me. I opted to take the pressure point test in attempt to help narrow down the set of mattresses best suited to me. After the test, she kindly showed me the mattresses. Given how much time is spent in bed, I wanted to pick the best one for me. Needless to say, I went back and forth numerous times between two different beds. Finally, I decided to leave the store, run some errands, then return and try the beds again. I told Tanya I wanted to do this and she was fine with that and never tried to pressure me in buying a bed right away. I returned two days later and tested the two beds again, and she was there to greet me. I finally decided on one, and she was more than happy to help me complete the purchase and even gave me an extra discount on top of the already discounted Presidents day prices. Thanks Tanya!

Our experience at Mattress Warehouse was amazing! The representative, Joe Schwab, went far and beyond what we could have expected. We came in not knowing the process and Joe took the time to explain to us the financing and any additional concerns we had. His knowledge and expertise is amazing and we really appreciated his service. Definitely will come back for future purchases!!

Do not shop here. They were not able to deliver on the contracted date and when I cancelled my order and asked for a refund as is their policy, I was told that the 2 weeks on their contract did not apply because of COVID and it would be 4 to 6 weeks before they would reverse the charge on my credit card. 7 weeks later still no refund. No response from their corporate office after 3 attempts to call, 2 using their contact form and 5 emails. Getting ready to press credit card fraud and theft charges.

Karl was outstanding! My husband and I love the mattress set he sold to us. Not only did he listened to what we were looking for he kept us in our budget! Outstanding in store customer service! Delivery on the other hand is what prevented me giving a 5 star review. I was told by Karl that the delivery team could remove my old mattress set for 14.99 per piece that they have a credit card machine on them to charge, which was fine. When the delivery team arrived it was at the later part of the time frame. Before they brought anything in, I told him that I had my old set that needed to be removed and he looked at me like I was crazy. He said there was nothing in the notes, sorry we cant remove it. I explained to him what Karl had said and he still acted like he didnt understand what I was saying. He just said No, Im sorry. I found the other guy, who was a supervisor to be extremely rude, he didnt speak to me at all, almost as if he was avoiding me. It also clearly states on the back of the receipt that removal can be done as Karl said. So, my conclusion is that they just didnt want to do it and that is POOR customer service but I didnt want them to take away the good experience we had in store.

I always appreciate sales people who arent pushy or overbearing. I stopped by the store to check out their sales and told them I wanted my wife to see them mattresses. Most times salespeople believe I am not gonna return and try to pressure me to buy. Tana was cool about it and we returned later that day to buy one. Great experience!

The sales rep walked my husband and I through the bed match procedure and matched us with 6 different beds. We ended up buying a mattress in the same brand that we matched with, and the rep gave us the sale price. As she was putting our order in the computer she became flustered and decided to call her manager since she wasnt sure if the sales price she gave us was accurate. The mattress ended up being a little more expensive than what she quoted us, but close enough to the original price that we still purchased it.

Its been a few months since my purchase, but I had a great experience here. I stopped in on a Friday evening and only one associate was working and was with a customer. I ended up leaving but another associate was out in there car (didnt know they worked there) and immediately stopped me and came in to help and educate me on mattresses. He was able to keep me within my budget and schedule me in a timely matter as i was receiving a new bed frame the next day (Saturday), they delivered on Monday. They actually had Saturday available but i was going to be out of town. I definitely recommend going here.
