A good friend recommended Cameo to me for my wedding dress and I was not disappointed! The staff was super personable and made my dress shopping experience so enjoyable. They pushed me slightly out of my comfort zone and helped me find the PERFECT dress. It had all of the components I thought that I didn’t want. But I was completely in love with the dress the second I tried it on and even more in love on my wedding day. I cant recommend Cameo enough! I am so glad i came across them while looking for places to go wedding dress shopping. Despite them being an hour away from where I live, I saw so many good and positive reviews so decided to give them a try. I filled out a questionnaire prior to my first appointment which gave them a idea of what i was looking for. When I got to my appointment they already had dresses pulled based off what i was looking for and they hit it spot on. I tried on about 6 dresses ended up falling in love with the very first dress I tried on! The staff are amazing, they make you feel like family. I had my alterations done their as well. Which were very reasonably priced and were completed very quickly and timely. I will seriously recommend them to everyone and anyone looking for a wedding dress or dresses for special occasions. Gina and her team are amazing!

Cameo Bridal was amazing and so easy to work with! I had some bad experiences as a plus sized bride at another salon and called to ensure Cameo had options for me to try. Not only did they have options, Gina made me feel absolutely stunning in every dress I put on! It was truly a wonderful experience! I’d highly recommend Cameo for any plus sized ladies or just anyone in general!

Y’all… I cannot recommend cameo bridal enough! I went to several different bridal shops with my best friend to try to find a dress for her wedding with zero luck, til we went to cameo, these ladies are absolutely incredible! We found her dream dress and they’ve been more than wonderful doing everything they could for not only the bride but me and the bridesmaids as well! Tonight we went for a last fitting before the wedding, I brought along my daughter, who’s 3 and one of the flower girls and the lady helping us was so incredible with her! Letting her help out where she could all while having a blast with the fitting! They have the best personalities there and I can promise you they will do everything they can to get you ready for your big day and you’ll have a blast the entire process working with them! Tonight was so fun, and they do everything they can to make you feel comfortable and beautiful in the dresses you try on!

What a Gem! I cannot recommend Cameo bridal salon enough. From the moment I first walked in the door, I was greeted with my name on a board welcoming me. Their details of making the bride to be feel special is impeccable. They have a platform with a she said yes to the dress sign if you want your picture taken there. Megan was a doll to work with! Her demeanor, patience and professionalism is greatly appreciated. Gina made me feel at home and relaxed, almost like Ive known her for years. They are also great with short notice and had my dress altered in less than two weeks! I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend visiting here for any formal wear needs! The entire process was amazing from start to finish. When you schedule an appointment online, there is a questionnaire you fill out so the girls there have an idea what you are looking for. When we came in, Gina helped us and started pulling things that matched the answers I submitted while we wandered around and pulled things we thought would look nice. As I tried on dresses, she helped tailor what she pulled to what I liked and disliked about other dresses. She was so knowledgeable about everything, and made sure I felt like a princess before I left the salon. As the months passed, I started to have second guesses about the dress (I overthink everything), and the staff at Cameo was welcoming and let me come in and try my dress on again (the sample, of course), just to make sure that it was the one I wanted. The entire staff there was so helpful and friendly, I couldnt imagine going anywhere else to get my wedding gown. Gina said it is a family owned business, and you can tell everyone there genuinely cares about every bride that walks into their shop.

I never thought my bridal dress shopping could be such an amazing experience. I was shopping for my wedding dress with my mom, daughter and best friend and Gina (the owner) was my consultant. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt so special. Gina already had dresses pulled for me based on the questionnaire I filled out when I made my appointment. She really listened to me and I felt no pressure or time restraints which was such a breath of fresh air. Im a pretty indecisive person and I found my dream dress in literally ONE HOUR! Gina let me try on every dress I wanted to try on and every dress my entourage wanted me to try on too, just so I had all options to compare to. If you need a dress for any occasion, this is 100% where you should go! Even my maid of honor picked out her dress today! I had the pleasure of working with Elan at the Cameo Bridal Salon last week. I arrived at the shop with no appointment. Earlier that day, I had been at another shop in the area and left disappointed and tired. I had no expectations walking into Cameo, but when Elan greeted me and listened to what I was looking for, I knew I was in the right place!! I’m a petite, and shopping has always been a challenge for me. At the other bridal shop I was told that their dresses did not come in petite sizes, I would have to have extensive alterations. Every one of the dress selections Elan found for me came in petite!! I was over the moon with excitement. Her knowledge of her inventory was amazing. She even remembered a dress that had just come in and was not even on the floor yet. I tried it on and was done shopping. The dress was perfect for me! I cannot say enough about her customer service, just a delight in this day and age. As the mother of the groom, I am going to feel great at the wedding in something that fits like a glove, is hip and very tasteful!! THANK YOU, Elan!!

I went into this store looking for a prom dress, kind of deflated as it was my 4th shop that day and none of the dresses seemed to fit right..until I walked into Cameo. Right off the bat I saw several beautiful dresses that I wanted to try on, while I looked up front an employee (I think her name was Megan) went to the back and pulled several other dresses matching my size and description of what I was looking for. She was very kind and helped me zip up and button all of the dresses I tried on, making sure to pin something if it was a little too big. I fell in love with the very first dress I tried on and it almost perfectly. They were able to accommodate me and tailor/clean and press the dress right on the spot. They checked for any lose strings and beads and made sure the dress was 100% perfect before I left. All employees were super kind and they truly helped me find the perfect dress to make my prom night special.

Shopping for a mother of the bride dress at Cameo Bridal was a pleasure. Gina and consultants patiently brought dress after dress until we found the right one. Alterations were timely and proficient. I was glad I found them!

We did not have an appointment but were in the area so we called with our fingers crossed. They were busy but were willing to fit us in! What a blessing! Gina made us feel welcomed right from the start! Her down to earth personality and sense of humor, along with her understanding and knowledge put us right at ease! My future daughter in law showed Gina a photo of a dress she had her heart set on and Gina found her just what she wanted but an even better version...for a much lower price tag! Me and my mom went out looking for a wedding dress for me, after having bad experiences at other places this was a breath of fresh air. They were able to help me find a perfect dress for my wedding and we’re so friendly and welcoming. They have so many different styles of dresses and will make sure you get the perfect one for your big day!

Updated review post pickup, fittings, and wedding:Gina and her team are still some of the most welcoming, kindhearted, and attentive people I have ever met and would recommend Cameo Bridal based on their in-store costumer service alone. Every time I visited the store, I felt like a friend, sister, or daughter and that is something that you need when shopping and getting fitted for your wedding dress. Their prices are incredibly favorable to the customer and they carry a large amount of designer dresses for you to chose from. I am incredibly happy with my Stella York ballgown!I only have two comments:I do wish is that they had been a bit more communicative throughout the process though. After selecting and paying the initial deposit for the dress in November 17, I wasnt given a time frame of when the dress was expected to come in and was not told when it was expected until early spring 18 when I contacted them for an update. I understand that I also could have and yes, should have, asked for this information prior to leaving the initial appointment but with the nature of the this kind of business, it would be nice to be offered this information rather than having to ask for it, or if youre not sure how long the wait is during the appointment, a follow up email with it within a week or so would be nice. I also had to reach out to them on my own for a status on my alterations.Which is the second comment, not necessarily towards Cameo but the seamstress for their alterations. The bustle for my dress consisted of three separate thread loops that hooked onto three separate buttons and the middle bustle kept coming undone the WHOLE NIGHT, even when I wasnt moving and was just standing in a single spot talking to guests. By the fourth time of it coming undone in the first two hours of the reception, I got tired of having to excuse myself to track down my mom or MOH to have them rebustle my skirt. Which eventually led to a hole in my dress the size of a softball but I will take that over losing even a few minutes of valuable time with my guests, its just a bit disappointing.Original review left after the appointment to pick out my dress: Gina and her team are phenomenal! I had sent her some styles and designers that I was interested as well as my budget and upon arrival, she had multiple choices that were exactly what I was looking for already set out and had me feeling comfortable like I was a daughter or niece. The new store is beautiful with amazing lighting with a bounty of dresses to choose from. I did end up saying yes to the first dress I tried on though, one of Ginas picks. She definitely knows what shes doing!

First of all let me just say Gina is TERRIFIC!! My daughter was looking for a prom gown for next week. We went to another establishment and even though there was only one other person there they turned us away. Thank goodness they did. We looked up the closest shop for prom gowns and Cameo popped up. I called and this wonderful woman picked up the phone. I explained about what my daughter needed and she said even though we needed an appointment, she would help us and to come in. When we arrived she was so pleasant and helpful. She made my daughter feel like a princess. She showed us where the gowns were and was very helpful. With her help my daughter found a beautiful gown( which she actually went in the back and brought this dress out especially for my daughter). So all I can say is thank you so much for your wonderful service. Please please please visit them when you need a wedding gown, bridesmaid gown, prom gown, or an evening gown. I can’t recommend them enough and remember they are family owned. And they are actually celebrating their 50th year this year. Please please buy all your dresses and gowns there.

I had a wonderful experience shopping for a mother of the bride dress at Cameo and can’t say enough positive things about Megan! She is extremely knowledgeable, patient, kind and relatable and was able to quickly and accurately assess my style. Given that it was early in my search process, I didn’t order anything that first visit. I was so impressed when, a number of weeks later, Megan called to tell me they’d gotten in a dress I’d inquired about! My second visit was as pleasant as the first and I can’t thank Megan enough!!

It is very bad that they are asking for a deposit for an appointment it seems ridiculous, it is better to say that there is no space😞😞

Cameo is where you should go to by your dress! Megan and Sarah were wonderful. My daughter and I are bridesmaids in my best friends wedding in November and we started looking at David’s back in August and we were very disappointed. David’s didn’t have a lot of the dresses we wanted to try on. And the consultant at David’s barely had time to help us because he was busy with a bride. Cameo had so many dresses and they really made sure we we didn’t wait for them or any dresses to try on. I think I was able to try on at least 15 dresses! And Megan was so attentive. She really made sure we were able to try on any dress we picked off the racks. And she even looked in the back at some dresses that were on clearance. She was so helpful getting us in the dresses and we really appreciated her opinion when we narrowed down our choices. Sarah wasn’t able to jump in until later because she had a customer (she made sure her customer was well taken care of too!) when we first got there but when she did she was so great helping my daughter choose her dress. I highly recommend shopping at Cameo. Their in store stock is amazing and the one on one service is incredible!!

The owner and her employees are so nice and hilarious they make you feel like family, But show great professionalism and still get the job done. While in such a high volume shop. Im glad I found them, my wedding dress and my bridesmaids dresses all in one place. 😁👍🏽

Everyone was so nice and helpful right from when I walked in! Such a nice environment. Alana helped me find my prom dress and she was the best!! I decided to go to Cameo Bridal Salon based on all the amazing reviews it had. My mom & bridesmaids all had to fly in from out of town and the salon time were so accommodating for my larger party. I sent Gina several pictures of what I was looking for and she had the stylist pull dresses that were very similar for my appointment. I had a 2 hour time slot.... it only took 5 dresses in 45 minutes for me to find THE ONE. Straight ugly cried. The team was so wonderful to work with & the alterations ran very smoothly. My dress looked amazing on my wedding day. I can’t recommend Cameo enough!

From the moment I walked I was greeted and the owner and her daughter took great care of me. They were very attentive and knew exactly what to recommend. She went in and got me out the dress. That 1st dress became my wedding dress. I tried on a couple but always went back to that first one shed recommended as I walked in. They altered it so perfectly to fit my body that you couldnt even tell it was 3 to 4 sizes too big in the beginning. My wedding dress was an absolute success and everyone loved it. This place was absolutely amazing!! I just came in today to do my first fitting for my bridesmaid dress and I was shocked with how the women made me feel beautiful!! I was extremely nervous about trying on my dress after 7 months and not only did it fit but they knew how to make me feel like I was worth a million bucks!!They have a huge selection of dresses and tons of the dresses come in many different colors! It’s a comfy salon, feels like home right when you walk in!

I had a vision, and then the search began. I went to one bridal shop, and was SO disappointed. The same day, I went down the list of shops I put together (Cameo Bridal should have been first), and Cameo Bridal allowed me to come in same day with no appointment. After I showed Gina the style of dress I desired, she made a confident statement “ I have your dress!!” Well, she did! I tried on about 5 gorgeous styles, however Gina and I both knew the first one was it. It was the perfect experience!- from the greeting to the goodbye. Gina and her staff assure that it is all about YOU, and what YOU want! Perfect bridal shop for brides to be!

I got my wedding dress from here, unfortunately I have to wait till next year to wear it because of COVID, but its absolutely beautiful. Their dresses are MADE FOR the bride, not just to fit the bride.

I was an hour early for my appointment, that was not a problem. Ms. Tracy greeted me with a huge smile. I showed her the style of dress I was looking for with a few pics that I had pulled from magazines. I did let her know that I was open to different styles as well. She immediately began pulling dresses. The second dress that I tried on was the one. I did try on a few more. The head pieces she pulled were the perfect finish for my dress. The staff were very friendly. I like the smaller atmosphere and the one on one attention that I had with Ms. Tracy. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a special dress.

I absolutely love Cameo Bridal! Everytime I have been in there its been nothing but exceptional. All of the staff are friendly and professional. Gina is outstanding and really knows her stuff! Shes welcoming and friendly and makes you feel right at home. She was patient with me when finding my wedding dress and even helped my mom find her dress too! I had the best experience shopping for my wedding dress at Cameo. My mom and I made an appointment for a Thursday morning. When we arrived, we were the only ones in the shop, which made it a very personal experience. On the phone, we had given Gina some ideas of the style I was thinking, so she already had several dresses pulled when I arrived. All the dresses Gina pulled were BEAUTIFUL and as I tried them on, she paid attention to what I liked/didnt like about each dress. Gina also showed my mom and I different options for modifying some of the dresses, such as adding cap sleeves to a strapless.I found my dress!! I was shocked how easy and painless the process was, and the dress cost less than we expected! I had fun dancing around the shop, and Gina even shed a tear when she saw how happy I was in the dress. It was a wonderful, personal experience. I highly recommend calling ahead to make an appointment on a weekday, if you can.

My experience shopping for my wedding dress was so wonderful with Cameo Bridal! They are a family owned shop and immediately treat you as one of their own the moment you walk in the door. They gave me their undivided attention when I was trying on dresses. My family and I loved them so much that my bridal party, mom, and mother in law all went back to get their dresses their. On a scale of 1-5, I wish I could give them 10 stars!! Through the process of buying my dress and having it altered, I worked with Gina and Alàna. To say they were amazing would be a vast understatement! They are great at what they do and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience anywhere!! They were so helpful, had a lot to choose from, and after seeing what kind of style I liked (went in with no idea what I wanted), picked out the PERFECT dress for me and my build! They are great listeners and even knew my size without me saying a word! To top it all off, Gina picked a great dress for my mom to try on!! My dress was altered down from a size 10 to a size 4 after I lost some weight and it fit like a glove.

We made an appointment at Cameo due to the positive reviews, but unfortunately we did not have a great experience here. While we did find a perfect dress, we were so put off by our consultants harsh attitude that we chose to look elsewhere. She was very condescending, rude, and outright critical of our tastes and kept pushing us to try on dresses she liked and we didnt. She also rolled her eyes treated us like idiots for asking basic questions, like ordering timelines.We are not wedding dress experts- in fact, this will hopefully be the first and only one we buy- which is why we were seeking out people who do wedding gowns professionally. It blows my mind that they would be so rude to us. Cameo must only want business from brides with budgets over ours (of 2k)- otherwise theyll treat you like a waste of their time.

Amazing staff. Great place to get a dress in the area. The owner goes above and beyond to make sure every bride is happy. Dont bring too many people. A smaller group and less opinions is always better!

I tried on more than 25 dresses at 5 other salons and hadnt found anything I liked, or anyone who understood what was flattering to me and suited my taste. At Cameo they were so warm and welcoming, and they instantly got me and what would work for me. I got tons of compliments on my dress, which ended up costing about half my initial budget. Cant recommend them highly enough.

Even though I ended up not getting my gown at Cameo (due to my being the most indecisive person ever), I had a great experience at Cameo. Gina was wonderful- very genuine and down-to-earth, even recommending other stores and options for me.I highly recommend Cameo, as you wont get that pushy feeling you may get from other salons.

I went to Cameo looking for a senior prom dress . The experience I had there was truly amazing . Ms. Tracey and Ms. Ginny helped me out and were there to make sure I was taken care of and thought about every step of the way . When I arrived they had pulled 6 dresses for me to try on and they all looked amazing. I love thier feature of cutting down the lights to help you fall in love with the sparkles on your dress. I will be returning Monday for my alterations and I will be picking my dress up on Thursday or Friday. I am so happy I found Cameo Bridal Salon.

I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The little shops are so much more attentive compared to those big places (like Davids or Alfred Angelo). You get real customer service. Gina, her daughter Alana and staff are absolutely wonderful! I had a Casablanca dress in mind. I gave them a call and they had it. Gina was so kind to pick out a few others that she had in mind. But the Casablanca dress was the one! Gina even commented how the Casablanca dress was just perfect for me. I couldnt have asked for a better bridal shop. Contacted them by Facebook to see if they had a specific bridesmaid dress to try on and got a quick response that they had it. Called to make an appointment to try on the dress, again told them specifically what we were looking for. They said they had the dress and we could try it on. When we got to our appointment a week later we found out they sold that sample to a prom customer and they did not have the dress or anything similar for us to try. They didn’t offer any alternatives so we left without trying anything on. If you are looking for something specific we were told to make sure that the person setting up the appointment “has the dress in hand.”

This place is amazing from start to finish. They have a great assortment of gowns, Gina and her staff could not have been more helpful and pleasant. They made sure everything was perfect. Thank you all for making our experience great!

Everyone at the shop was very helpful and very professional. Im not much of a fashionable person, so it was great having them apply their expertise to help me find exactly what I needed. Will definitely recommend and come back when needed.

Wouldve been a lovely experience choosing which dress I would want to wear to my first and only wedding except for the fact that I was told that maybe i should go jogging by an employee who was much bigger than me. Dealing with three different jobs and a sprained ankle, that put icing on the cake and a loss of a potential customer. Ill be taking my business back to Davids Bridal where the employee dont make snarky remarks. After reading that other positive reviews, maybe Gina needs to choose better employees.

This place is absolutely amazing! I went there for my wedding dress and walked out with the dress of my dreams. They are great to work with and truly want you to have the dress of your dreams at a price you can afford. Gina was very patient and brought out multiple dresses and knew I had not the one till the last one I tried on. She made it her mission to find me my dress and did! Everyone there is very nice and they were great with my Bridesmaids as well when we got their dresses there. I highly recommend this place!

Nice place with beautiful gowns but with upscale pricing. I took my daughter there to look at some possible prom dresses for her 11th grade prom and the dresses start at $420. To pricey for me but the dresses are very beautiful.

Cameo was the last stop on my pretty disappointing wedding dress shopping day. Thankfully I was far from disappointed. Within minutes of looking at my dress ideas, Gina had found numerous gowns that I loved and suited me! She also took the time to take note of my figure and size to find items that flattered me and gave her honest opinion throughout on what looked best. By the end of the appointment I was spoilt for choice! All staff were so friendly and personal in their approach and I left content in the knowledge that Gina had found me my perfect dress. As well as this, she took my measurements to ensure it would be tailor made to suit my shape! Also, I live abroad and Gina pulled out all the stops to ensure the dress would be ready within the time frame which will allow my mum to pick it up the next time shes in the states. I really cannot recommend Cameo bridal enough! Thank you Gina and everyone at the salon for making me the happiest bride-to-be!

Gina is so great!! Their dresses are wonderful and the service iskills amazing. The girls here are so personable and really make you feel special!! They sold the exact Stella York dress I was looking for and did not expect to find. There are not many shops in MD that sell that designer and I was so happy that I was able to find it so easily.

Tracey made my wedding dress shopping experience easier, more fun, and more productive than I could have imagined. She is truly a professional and knew exactly what would work for my style and body type. The salon is truly a hidden gem, and I would encourage every bride-to-be in the area to go there as your first stop. They had everything I could want and more, but I never once felt overwhelmed. Tracey and Gina worked to make sure my sister, mom, and grandma were all involved in the process but that my voice was ultimately heard. They took my measurements right away once I chose the dress and got the orders in so that I would be all set despite my tight timeline. I couldnt be happier!

I dont even know where to begin describing how absolutely wonderful Cameo Bridal was to me. I was fairly new to the wedding dress shopping process, and had been to another shop in Columbia, MD that wasnt so great at showing me things I liked. Feeling a little nervous after that experience, I walked into Cameo Bridal feeling as though I would have to give a TON of description as to what I wanted/didnt want because of my experience in Columbia. I wasnt quite sure what I wanted, but I did know what I did NOT want. My appointment was with Gina, and I cant imagine what I would have done if I had not met her. She took one look at me, asked me about 3 questions and began pulling dresses. Every dress she pulled was more beautiful than the next, and all felt as though they were just me. The first dress she pulled ended up being the one. She was fantastic at reading me, and what I liked or didnt like about a dress. She didnt push, or try to sell me anything I wasnt madly in love with. She was just there to help! I ended up finding a gorgeous dress, and couldnt be happier. The best thing is, they are more than willing to work within your budget and your financial constrains. There is nothing more stressful when paying for your own wedding than knowing you have to come up with a large lump sum of money. They were MORE than willing to take payments, and help however they could. I simply could not be happier, and am SO glad I discovered Gina and Cameo Bridal.

Gina is wonderful, but shes the only one whos wonderful. I had an appointment with her that went really well until she was called to work with someone else... The consultant who replaced her brought me one dress that I didnt like and told me that was all they had. I scheduled another appointment, specifically with Gina, and emailed her ahead of time telling her what I was looking for, but she was too busy helping someone else to see me. The consultant I worked with didnt understand what I was looking for, brought me two dresses to try on and, once again, told me that was all they had. I left feeling incredibly disappointed with the experience.

They are very helpful, they will help you every step of the way including sizing, alterations and picking your dream wedding gown. Even though the store is a little bit small, it has a huge variety of dresses and all of them looks great and they also have different kinds of up to date designs on wedding gowns. 🖒🖒🖒🖒🖒

Today was the the first day that I had tried on wedding dresses. When my friend Ashley recommended Cameo, I called and realized that they are not open on Wednesdays, but needless to say I emailed Cameo and honestly I am so happy that I did. Gina emailed me back within 3 hours of emailing her, asked me all the necessary questions for pulling dresses. We were also able to schedule a time for the next day that I was available. My mom and sister got to the salon a little before me and Tracey and Gina had already settled them in. When my future mother-in-law, my matron of honor, one of my bridesmaids, and I walked in we were welcomed by Tracey. From there on Tracey spent the next hour and 15 minutes with me, along with having 5 dresses already pulled. I ended up finding the dress of my dreams and I SAID YES TO MY DRESS! This was such a fun and great experience and I would recommend Cameo to anyone!

Neat and tidy bridal salon, staff is friendly, though there were quite a handful of profanities thrown around, which can be quite the shock for a first time customer.

DONT go here for a tux. When i was measured for my tux i asked that my shirt sleeves stick out of my jacket about a 1/4 inch that my pants be about a 1/2 inch above my shoes(so that i could show of my statement socks) & that my tux be a slim fit none of these were right and when i addressed these problems the staff acted as if i were inconveniencing them and that i was wrong. O by the way this was on a Tuesday they are closed on Wednesday and my wedding was on a Friday.

This is nice enough shop to buy a wedding or bridesmaid dress. They have a good selection of formal gowns and wedding dresses. You get personal one-on-one attention, which is really nice, and they work hard to find you a dress that you love. However, I cannot recommend their seamstress. My daughter got her wedding dress at Cameo and since we did not have a seamstress that we knew, I thought going with theirs would be a good idea since presumably she would have a lot of experience with formal gowns. Along with other alterations, my daughter was having the bodice taken in and straps added to the strapless gown. When we went back for the first fitting, the dress fit fine, but the quality of the work was absolutely horrid. I could not believe that a “professional” seamstress would send that mess back to the customer and think that it was ok. There was no attention to symmetry whatsoever. It appeared as if she never used a tape measure because the two sides of the bodice were completely different measurements vertically, giving the gown a horribly crooked appearance, and the straps did not match each other in width. So, after explaining that the seamstress needed to measure both sides so that it was even, the dress was sent back to get fixed. The fact that I had to point out that she needed to measure left me with little confidence in her skills and a lot of stress. In the end, the dress did get straightened out and it looked lovely and fit well. The quality of the workmanship was still a bit sloppy and not perfect, but fortunately it was nothing that anyone else would have noticed. The cost was quite high, we paid about $400 for these alterations, and they wanted it in cash. To top it all off, when my daughter sat down at the table for dinner, something poked her in the leg and she reached down and pulled a sewing needle out of her dress.

Absolutely loved this shop and had a wonderful experience when purchasing my wedding dress here. The owner is so funny and down to earth. The staff is also very friendly.

I was truly amazed at the customer service I received from the staff and Mrs. Gina at Cameo Bridal. From Begininng to end they handled every step from setting my appointment to making my dream come true by not only finding me my dream bridal dress but taking care of my bridesmaids dresses and the grooms mens Tux. I wandered over to Cameo after waiting for over an hour past my appointment time at Davids Bridal where no one could be bothered to help me. I walked into Cameo, and they immediately (and kindly) waited on me. I vaguely described what I wanted (I didnt really know). They looked me up and down, and starting grabbing dresses. The very first dress was THE ONE. At this point, the dress should be here in about a month. I cant speak to the fitting process or whether things arrive on time. But that first visit was a blast and I was treated very well.

Love this shop!!! They always have what I need! For that past two years I bought my prom dresses here with no problems ! Love the store and the owner Gina I recommend shopping here!

I went to this shop in Septemberand it left much to the imagination! The lighting is horrible and the dressing room is very small. In fact, the shop is very small. Not much of a selection and not many places for your entourage to sit. The dresses underwhelmed me and needless to say, I did not purchase my wedding gown there. The positives are that my consults was very kind, helpful and attentive and the other staff members were very kind. I would notrecommend this for wedding shopping at all.

I rented a tux from this location, no idea they rented tuxes, but that is where the groom picked.I cant speak for them as a bridal salon, but my experience renting the tux was terrible. The price was rather high at $225. In taking to the other groomsmen, I found out that prices were all over the place, to much as $50 cheaper, the owner said she didnt make prices but there supplier did.When the tuxes showed up on a Tuesday, I went to get them that night. I was told to try on the cost and pants, both fit fine. The next day I tried on the shirt, it was a few sizes to small (note that the owner measured me when I paid). Additionally, the vest clasp was broken. They are closed on Wednesday, so I couldnt call them. Unfortunately, that Thursday I had to work overtime and couldnt call them.I went in first thing Friday. The owner complained I didnt come sooner, saying I should have called Wednesday because she was still there, I reminded her i wouldnt know that. She said the earliest they could get a replacement was Monday. She then said I should have tried it Tuesday in store, I told her that her staff told me to try the coat and pants, so that is all I tried. She said that they didnt say I couldnt try it on, so I should have if I had a bad feeling about it. I told her I didnt have a bad feeling, I expected them to send the correct measurements. She continued arguing and blaming me.She offered to pay $40 of her own money to overnight it, but said it wouldnt be in until early afternoon, but the wedding was at 11 am. She also said she couldnt fix the clasp on vest, so they sewed it to size.Finally, she told me to go buy a white shirt that could pass for a tux shirt. So I did, the shirt cost $60. When I came back so they could prepare it, I asked if she needed the receipt, she said no since the price tag was on it.When I went to return everything on Monday I asked for the owner. Once again, I was to blame.She reiterated the same excuses as before. She then went to the back to call the tux company, but no one answered. So she said she could offer me no discount. I would not stand for that. I pointed out that I had the wrong shirt, I dont know if its her fault or the tux company fault, but I didnt care, all my interactions were with her. The vest was broken, and since I had no shirt I couldnt use cufflinks. So I deserved a large discount (honestly it should have been free, but it was clear this owner didnt care, so I didnt ask). I asked her to detail itge prices of those the items, shes said its not piece by piece pricing. I asked for$100 off, she refused, saying she wants a discount from her supplier, so she cant offer me anything until she knows what they will do. I told her that was of no concern to me. It was between her and her supplier. I then asked her to cover the shirt at $60. She asked how she could know it cost me $60, I started because I am telling her that it cost me $60, the tag said $60 and I offered her the receipt on Friday. She acknowledged seeing the tag, but it could have been on sale. She said without the receipt, which she acknowledged she said she didnt need Friday, she couldnt be sure what I paid and wouldnt refund me.This continued, while she tried to keep blaming me and telling me the wedding was good so what does it matter. Finally she offered to give me $30 for the shirt. I said $60, to no avail. I finally reminded her that Friday she offered to pay $40 for shipping, so at the last she could pay that. She muttered okay and said she hopes Im finally happy, I assured her i was not!Overall it was a horrible experience. The owner simply blamed the customer, even though she measured me and she, not her employee, wrote everything down. She continued to blame me, or her supplier, but never herself. She would not own up to her mistake, nor apologize.On top of all this, the Friday I went with my wife and three year old daughter and she cursed (in conversation, before it got heated), in front of my daughter. Just extremely unprofessional.
