I wish I could give zero stars. I called prior to coming in to ensure I could try dresses on and she was very rude and short on the phone. When I got there she was talking on the phone (not with a customer) and didnt acknowledge my presence. The dresses are hundreds of dollars and are very very poor quality. We had a few questions but she was nowhere to be found within 30 seconds of walking in the door.

Perfect customer service ! She had different customers and it was only one of her and she made sure she got back to everybody at a decent pace ! Found the perfect prom dress for me. It fits so perfectly!

The lady there was extremely helpful! She wouldnt even let me get dressed, she kept pulling options for me until I was completely happy and satisfied. I bought my maid of honor dress and all of the bridesmaids purchased their dresses there too. Such a world of difference between this tiny little dress shop and the service we received at Davids Bridal! Now THAT store will NEVER get a dime from me!

Why anyone would buy a dress from here is beyond me. They are poorly made and when trying on a dress the beads fell off and a lot of the stitching came out. went to look at other dresses and same thing you can see the poor stitching and threads hanging everywhere. very nice customer service until you start showing them the poor quality work buyer beware may only get a few hours from dress just hope and pray it does not fall apart on the dance floor

To the girl with the seams problem, Just a bit of advice, never buy anything, especially clothing, without checking it out completely. How is the store owner supposed to know that the seams falling out was not your fault? Because every one in this world is so honest, right? Always look over everything before you spend your money to purchase it.I have bought several gowns from this store for myself and my daughter and the service is wonderful, gowns are gorgeous and pricing is reasonable.

The lady there was so helpful and nice! I found my prom Dress there I’m so excited about it too! Definitely recommend going there!

I would never step foot back into this store; my best friend found her wedding dress put the deposit on it and the day she went to pay it off and pick it up they had sold it to someone else and refused to give her her money back when it was there fault. They even laughed in her face about it, this store is horrible!

Probably the worst store ever to go to . The workers really dont care what you say or think and I will NEVER tell someone to go here .
