We visited the Carpet Palace after trips to two big box stores and on a recommendation from our contractor. Save your time and go here first! Lower prices and better service! Bobby met us as soon as we walked in the door and was informative and helpful along the way. The two man crew that did the install did and excellent job. This is the only place I’ll shop for flooring in the future!

This place is Amazing! I called for an appointment and they arrived the same day! The process was painless and very easy!! Gave us the options we where looking for and kept us in budget!! The install process was Amazing as well, the guys showed up prompt and early. They moved furniture around and had it knocked out quick!! 💯 percent recommend for your next install!!!

Based on other reviews I evidently should have dealt with a different sales associate. I had the most bazar and unprofessional experience with Gary that I have had anywhere. Very strange, they won’t be getting my money.

Carpet Palace totally saved us. We had ordered from home depot because they were offering free installation but they kept pushing our installation back due to not having the carpet in stock. We were in a time crunch because we needed our house to be ready to go on the market and didnt want to put it up for sale without new carpet, so our realtor recommended Brian to us. After talking with Brian, we had our carpet installed in under a week (we had been waiting on home depot for over a month) AND we got better carpet AND with everything (installation, padding, hauling away our old stuff) we still paid less than home depot had charged us. Also, the carpet looks amazing, the install was quick, and we are very happy with the service.

I have had a extremely bad experience here, one of the worst. I should of know better when I walked into carpet palace and customer service was unimpressive. What a shock when I had an issue with the actual carpet and they made every excuse to why is wasn’t the carpet. Even if it wasn’t the carpet, the owner called me and out of the gate started jumping on me. I’m a 47 yo adult, why are you yelling at me on the phone. All I did was report a problem with the carpet. Anyway, they were extremely unprofessional and would t recommend this place to anyone. If you look on Yelp you see many more post with the same issues.

I would highly recommend Carpet Palace 1 if you are looking for flooring. After a flood in my house, I went to Carpet Palace 1 for hardwood flooring. Although they are not a large box store, they have a really good selection of flooring choices. But what impressed me the most was the customer service. Little Joe was very knowledgeable about the products that they carry. He was very polite and patient and helpful as I searched for the right flooring for my home. Their pricing is also reasonable. I was very satisfied with all of the staff and the installers that I dealt with at Carpet Palace 1. They were even willing to accommodate me by installing on a holiday. They did a wonderful job and I would recommend them highly.

The guys are Carpet Palace are great. Gary was more than accommodating for us. He had the carpet we wanted in stock (and he knew what carpet wed want even before we did!) and gave us a great price for carpeting our entire upstairs.The installers are kind and courteous as well. Andy and his team did a great job installing the carpet without issue. We had some (dog-caused) issues soon after installation. I talked to Gary and he put me in touch with Gene, who was able to come out and fix what our dog messed up with remnants we had.Everyone we dealt with at the Carpet Palace was great and wed highly recommend them to our friends!

I just bought my dream flooring let me tell you customer service here was amazing the prices cant be beat!! if you are thinking about buying any flooring carpet or whatever please try them first before home depot lowes or next day floors because im telling you they cant be beat HANDS DOWN!! You wont be disappointed one happy customer!!

I did not have a good experience with this company. Their customer service on phone is lacking and they did not do the job right the first time. After 6 calls to them after 1st install, I finally got date for them 2 come back to complete job. The price was good but their attention to detail and customer service was poor. If you install it yourself ok but would not recommend them.
