Next Day Floors is what they call themselves but the processes of ordering the floors and having them installed has taken months. We’re at the 3 month point. They made a large hole in our stairs while trying to replace which they messed up on multiple times with the stain. They got the stain so wrong that they had to completely remake the stairs, resulting in another month of waiting and a large hole in the stairs where people keep falling and tripping. I’ve talked to 3 people today, including one at corporate and no one has any answers or clues as to what to do. Their communication has been terrible and no one is on the same page there. Worse part is, the floors aren’t even done and no one can tell us when any of the work will be completed.

Poor job done back in January! Our baseboards were fine before carpet installation! We told the carpenter crew immediately they told us to contact the manager John which we did he said he would come out to look at it which he never did and is now blaming the manufacturer for a poor paint job! Because of this we decided to not get the rest of the house done by them and asked him to reimburse us for the rest of the prepaid flooring that was suppose to be installed a few weeks later. However to this day. We havent received our money back and will involve lawyers now! This company is corrupt and i do NOT recommend them at all !

Our sales rep was honest and helpful, and I appreciated that he didnt try to upsell us. The two-man installation crew was efficient, professional, and courteous. They paid great attention to detail in their work. We are very happy with the overall experience.

I purchased my floors on 20 February 2021 and was not scheduled until 30 March 2021. The installation was to take place over 3 days. Stephen the installer did an EXCELLENT job. However, the company ordered the wrong color wood for some areas. I had to contact John my sales representative, who makes vacation a priority and failed to contact me to see how the installation went or if it was even completed. I rescheduled the installation with Tom who was very helpful, but on the day of the second installation (2 June 2021) the same wrong color pieces where ordered again!! No one from the company has contacted me YET!! Is this Next Day Floors or Next Months Floors? I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of customer service. I have paid the bill in full with NO completion of service.

I strongly discourage anyone from purchasing any type of flooring from Next Day Floors in Glen Burnie. Our salesperson was John, and he has yet to follow through with any promise. He does not respond to voicemail or e-mails. Everything he has told us has not been true. It has taken us three weeks to find out that our carpet wont be here until mid-July. This has been a very frustrating and worthless experience as now we are trying to cancel our order and go somewhere else. Please save yourself the aggravation and choose another company.

Omg! What can I say, this is by far the BEST l around place to deal with! No pressure, they are TOTALLY honest! Our salesman. Marty ask for him I,swear he goes over and beyond just to make you happy! I put him through the ringer and he EVER stopped trying to please us! And there installers, Best we have EVER dealt with & not only fast, worked. One stop but. They totally cleaned up after themselves! TOP CLASS IS WHAT THIS STORE DELIVERS!!!! IF I could find away to post pictures I will! The vinyl installers worked 7.5 hours n9n stop, & the carpet installers just finished, 2 bedrooms, hall, closets & large family room, in r hours!!!! I,m telling you, don,t waste your time, SHOP HERE. YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID

We recently had a new floor installed in our kitchen. The work was excellent and the crew ( Danny & Ed ) explained every thing they did and were very helpful. The outcome was great and we will be sure to use you again for any more work that we need done.

Were bern buying our carpets here since it was Bills. Id love to rate 5 stars but this transaction was not so smooth and the ONLY reason theyre getting 4 is because of Irv.Stuff happens, but its how issues iare addressed that makes all the difference. Our sales rep wouldnt admit let alone fix his error.We spoke to Irv, who not only listened but waved his magic wand, and presto!We had a flood in our home so we still have 3 bedrooms and hardwood floors to do yet and we will be working with Irv.Thank you Irv for saving the day!

My wife and I decided to have the flooring in the entire house replaced. All hardwood on the 1st floor and carpet on the 2nd floor.We were skeptical on hardwood in the laundry room and kitchen but under the advice of Rick Engle (excellent sales rep.) we decided to proceed with wood floors through out the first floor. What a great choice. The look is fantastic. The installers were true craftsmen. They removed and replaced 5 water appliances with absolutely no problems at all. They cut all wooden door frames 1 higher to accommodate the new floor, and reworked the existing plywood subfloor so that all the spongy spots were repaired and one nasty elevation change between the kitchen and laundry room is non existent now. The oak 1/4 round really dresses up my existing base board.The carpet on the 2nd floor was a repeat of the success on the 1st floor. Again we relied on Ricks experience on carpet color. I wanted one distinct color and my wife wanted totally different color. Rick suggested a carpet color based on the way light gleamed off the top of the carpet fibers. This was perfect to complement the new wood floor.Rick is terrific and very knowledgeable, the installers (both carpet and wood flooring ) were true professionals. But the wood floor mechanics were truly exceptional. The cost was affordable. Thank you very much.

We recently purchased new carpet for our living room, dining room, hall and stairs from Next Day Floors located at 12 E. Ordnance Road in Glen Burnie Maryland 21060. After looking at and considering several different types and colors of carpet we purchased Mohawks “SmartStrand”. SmartStrand is a relatively new type of carpet material and is said to be more durable, easier to clean and maintain than some older carpet materials.We dealt with Joe Clark, the store manager. He treated us with courtesy, respect, and patience. He took the time to discuss the variety of current carpet materials, weaves, padding and so forth. He did not pressure us in any way and gave us samples to bring home to view in our house. We believe that with his help we made an informed purchase. We were able to take advantage of a sale going on at the time of purchase and received a good deal.Once we made a decision on our carpet, we explained to Joe we would need some time to prepare our house for the installation. Again, we did not receive any pressure. We were allowed as much time as we needed.Once an installation date and time was set, the two man installation team of Elmer and Cleaver arrived on time and worked steadily. They were respectful to us, our furniture, and our house. They did an excellent job and the finished product looks terrific.We give high marks to Next Day Floors for their treatment of us during the sales process to the completion of the installation.We highly recommend them and would have no problem shopping with them in the future.Rick and Gail S.
