Deonte was very helpful. He made sure to offer all specials going on right now that could save me money. I added an iPhone 12 Pro and two Apple SE watches to my account, which was exactly what I had come in for. It was a quick and easy visit. I definitely recommend this location - the customer service is great!

Shay was an outstanding employee and gave great service! She is very patient and didn’t rush us even though it was closing time. She was extremely patient with the customer in front of me even though he gave her a hard time!

Adrian (the manager). Was polite and super helpful as soon as I walked in the door. He walked me through ordering a new phone, which another store didnt even give me the option. But he made up for that and his customer service was excellent!!!! He even saw that we were being overcharged and changed our bill to lower the cost. I went to the AT&T store, because my phone shutdown, and I couldnt figure out why. Apparently it had lost all its charge, which I couldnt understand, as I keep it charged. While in the store I ask the young man (Eric), who was helping me about the s21 ultra.So, I got a great trade in from my s9, and now Im the proud owner of a Galaxy s21 ultra. I love it. Terrible Terrible management staff.The employee that assisted me was great. Good attitude, willing and happy to help.Problem was he was new. And not properly trained. When he asked for help, the managers where both in back talking to a girl that stopped by. He almost seemed scared to ask for help.When the few times they did help, all the did was reach over and push some buttons, they didnt show him for next time.I will never patronize that location again!Im 55 years old, and can honestly say that was my worst experience ever.I got there at 1, even left for a couple hours. So they could do smart switch. Didnt get my new phone till around 5.If the managers would of helped, been alot shorter.Nothing wrong with AT&T, just this locations managers.

Everyone was amazingly friendly and the staff treated us like family. Eric did an amazing job and so did Adam and Micheal. There were able to answer any and all questions we had and were very knowledgeable on everything.Would recommend and will be going back there for any phone needs in the future.

I don’t usually post bad reviews, but on top ofpoor service, the entire time that I was in the store (which was 40 minutes because of the wait) the manager kept walking around with his mask down and his nose and mouth exposed. There was also a customer in the store that had their mask down and nothing was said. The manager and the customer were interacting with the masks down and were not social distancing. I urge everyone to choose a different atnt to bring their business to. This one does not respect the safety of their employees or their customers. If I could give you zero stars, I would.This store has excellent customer service if you are purchasing something that makes them commission and the moment it no longer puts money in their pocket, they send you to the corporate store nearby. They will say anything to get you to upgrade, spend money, etc. I upgraded my phone and used the trade in promotion they were having. I was told to erase my iPhone and bring it back. I did and then when find my iPhone wasn’t turned off, they immediately turned me away and said there was nothing they could do. I asked why I wasn’t told in the beginning about needing find my iPhone off. The manager said that it is “common knowledge”. I don’t think that is a very professional response. The corporate store sat down with me and in five minutes worked out how to turn find my iPhone off, something the employees at this store could have also done.

Joshua was great! He was friendly, full of info & truly tried best to help the client. He let me know about multiple options I could take to either save money, save my phone, upgrade & everything else. I was very thankful to have come in at a time when he was working.

New to the area so first time going to this location. Great customer service, especially Deonte was VERY helpful and patient. Helped me fix my plan even though it was a hassle and trade in my old phone to get money off my new s21 ultra. Everyone was masked, plastic dividers at the tables, and sanitizer available. All three employees working that day were very kind and friendly which made the visit as enjoyable as a visit to a phone store can be! Will go back there whenever I need something

I have been an AT&T customer forever.I went into the store with a problem and was ignored. They were to bussie hanging out and talking with each other. When I told them my problem they said they couldnt help me. They made no effort to help me in any way. They said that they are not an AT&T authorized dealer just at independent retailer. I made a remark that they were to bussie talking to each other and they got mad at me. This happened 3 years ago and I still cant stop thinking about it.

I have been in this store many many times, every time I go in the employees are always very helpful and patient with me. I like to stay up to date on the newest technology, but I can be indecisive on what to get, i.e. color, etc. I have never had anyone get frustrated with me because of it. Most of the time I work with Josh, he always has a smile on his face and knows me by name. He is a good multitasker so I always get helped in a timely manner, even when the store is packed, which it usually is. Overall, the store is clean and organized, and I always receive a friendly greeting upon arrival! 10/10 would recommend this store and AT&T as a cell phone provider. Keep up the good work guys!

I dealt with a gentleman named Christian. Immediately I felt comfortable with his guidance to what I was actually looking for. The best thing was he didnt try to sell me something I didnt want. He made sure that after all the debating I was gonna get what I was gonna be happy with . As I sit today with my brand new s20+ I can say I am very happy with my upgrade and his help . Was fast and very knowledgeable of all the products. Id highly recommend this atnt and thanks to Christian again for the great customer service👍👌

Staff that helped me was very knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through every part of my purchase. Even assisted me with updating my service plan to a better one. Other experiences I’ve had in the store weren’t as good. The staff that are in there now are excellent.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at the Best Buy right next door. Im so glad I came in. Josh gave me the best costumer service I’ve received in a long time (all the while making sure others in the store were covered). I’d honestly give him more stars if that was an option.

My experience with Sharyta Gray was phenomenal. I had trouble with my number transfer from my prepaid carrier and she worked tirelessly to ensure my service was up and running. She also educated me on each detail of the transfer process, provided with a beautiful new iPhone and placed my screen protector perfectly. I’m so glad I switched my service to AT&T.

Explained my issues. Everyone in the store had the answers to my questions. In & out in half an hour or less as always 👍🏼👍🏼. Been back for a upgrade in 2020/21 & the gentleman Joshua IS THE MAN!! Not only did they tell me honest facts about the phone I was looking at but they got on a personal level to understand my needs and helped me find the best fit for my lifestyle needs and requirements. They were knowledgeable and professional and even stayed late to help me transition from my old phone to my new phone without any issues. I cant thank them enough for simplifying the facts in an overwhelming world of technology.

I needed information and the representative assisted me by providing courteous detailed and knowledgeable history on merchandise, sales items and items that I was unfamiliar with..I look forward to visiting the store again if she is going to be my service rep. I was surprised at learning about items that I did not know were available and she also helped me with the item that I purchased as I did not know exactly how it worked. She represented her company in a professional manner and made me feel like I was valued. She earned her salary today and I feel that the organization made an outstanding choice in hiring her. I took a phone that we bought outright less than a month ago into the store because it was not working. Christian Allen refused to honor the manufacturer warranty on my phone, so I had to buy another one. When I called AT&T, they told me if I ever have a problem again never to go into the store because they will rip you off; to always call 611 or their 800 number first. 611 then instructed me to return the phone I bought from this location and get my money back, then sent me out a brand new phone covered by the warranty.Also, Christian Allen lied to my face in store and told me that if I bought insurance for my line, it was good for 8 claims a year. According to the email we received today, it is only good for 3 claims a year. I will never deal with him or this store again.

We worked with Christian Allen who was very professional and patient with us. We had a few transactions to complete and he walked us through it all. He was honest and gave us many options. We went to the AT&T store on Baltimore National Pike, Catonsville first and were very disappointed with the lack of professionalism. Not so at this Glen Burnie location. Christian is a keeper!

After walking about 5 miles from the hotel after landing back in the states for the first time in 3 years. I walked into the store red faced and sweating. And the team here were extremely polite and welcoming. I knew what I wanted and they helped me out tremendously. Josh was legit, knew exactly what he was talking about and was smoothly and politely able to multi-task and help other customers and help train new employees, all while working with me. There were a few hiccups which left me leaving without phone in hand, but he was able to politely explain the reasoning why to a degree that was understandable and ok with me. I ended up ordering the phone and plan I wanted, and had it shipped directly to my house, which is great because I wasn’t able to stay in the BWI area much longer as I had to catch a flight.If I had to do it all over again I’d gladly make that hot sweaty 5 mile walk all over again.

I was treated like royalty, being a former CSE for AT&T, I could not be prouder of my experience. Josh was very professional and knowledgeable, I felt very confident in the purchases that I made. This experience makes me want to be an AT&T employee again.

I came to this location because I was having issue with T mobile. T mobile screwed up my phone number and I couldnt even get any network service and make bask phone calls. Worst case scenario they game my number to a different person who claimed to have been using my number for 5 years. When I went to this AT&T, Brittany was the one who helped me. She helped me all along the way and answered all my questions. I felt so welcomed. She was able to recover my number. I was very happy for her service. I will gladly go back there anytime.
