They ordered my phone screen it came in a few days later. The min they had my part they called me they had my phone for about 2 hours. Would definitely recommend to others!

As far as ability to repair my cellphone they were amazing. Within an hour of me coming in the store my phone is back to normal. But the two men that delt with me were very rude, if not disrespectful. The young lady at the end when it came time to pick up my phone she was rather sweet and kind. Amazing work, very poor customer service.

Phone was fine for a while. Now I have two lines on my screen that werent there before. Sure they fixed my cracked phone now I got a pink and green line going down the right side of my phone. This appeared a week after they fixed my phone and put a new screen on it.

Amazing!! Quickly diagnosed my iphone issue and fixed it all within 2 hours. I highly recommend this place for cell phone needs. Kevin and the other employee who rang me up answered all of my questions (and I had MANY) and were polite. I even had a question once I got home and they quickly helped over the phone. The guys at this shop were awesome ! I stopped in for a price on getting my screen replaced which was very reasonable .. but decided to replace the phone due to its age. All in all I highly recommend this shop and enjoyed talking about phones for minute and will definitely be my number one stop if I break anything(hopefully not anytime soon) !!

After approximately one month wait failed to find (on [cellphone] market -- despite millions manufactured) to replace broken glass screen on Samsung Galaxy cellphone and charged me $10 despite no results. Excuse given: 2018 cellphone too old. Did not keep me abreast (kept me in the dark) on situation requiring myself to keep checking on them. Also could not fix e-mail issue on another similar phone. Being forced to find another cellphone repair shop for better luck.

They replaced the charging port in an iPhone, and were fast and cheap.

The battery in my phone needed to be replaced ( it swelled). Stopped in and they said they needed to order the battery. I got a call a few days later and was told that they did have a battery in stock and they didnt need to order one. I dropped the phone off and came back an hour later to pick it up. That was quick. I dont know if it was a Samsung battery or an off brand substitute. After nine months, Im extremely disappointed in the battery they installed. After a full charge, the battery strength is below 20% less than 5 hours of light to moderate use. I need to go to another repair shop for another replacement battery.

I had brought my nephews cell phone to the store to be repaired, The repair was professionally done and priced right. I was so pleased with the service, I came back when I was looking for a second monitor for my laptop. I not only found a nice, clear monitor for a low price, the sales technician also showed me how to hook it up and provided the correct cable to use. Great Service!

Had a great experience here. Went to fix my iphone 7 Plus, and I have to say Im really impressed with the quality! I had a really bad experience with repairing my phone at the mall, because I noticed almost right away that the quality of their screens was not good at all. But when I repaired it at Cell Phone Doctor, I noticed that the quality of their screens were so much better. On top of that service was great, and it took under an hour even though there were several other customers in the store. Derek is a great technician, and I highly recommend Cell Phone Doctor!

They did a great job of fixing my iPad mini 2. The first time I took it in it was fixed in a timely manner. However, when I brought it home it wasn’t working properly. Thanks to their 30 day warranty I was able to take it back and they fixed it and all is well. I’d recommend them to my friends.

At the time of me dropping my phone off for repair the customer before me had an issue with the owner selling him a faulty screen. The owner stated he could not replace the faulty screen because the customer had already cracked the faulty screen so he could not cover it under warranty, the owner wouldn’t work with the customer at all even though he had sold him the faulty to begin with. So I picked up my phone later that day and no less than five days later the top of the screen would no longer function. I discovered this after using GPS while in the car halfway through my drive the screen stopped working for no reason at all. Then when I took it in for a warranty replacement the owner claimed that I damage the screen by cracking it, there were no cracks when I drop the screen off for repair. It’s almost as if the owner knowing that it was a company phone could care less because I didn’t have to pay for it it was the company’s responsibility. Needless to say these shysters won’t be getting any more of my business. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Absolutely terrible! I paid $170 for my screen to last less than 4 months, when I had them look at it, without even looking at my phone they said it was a “battery issue” the adhesive around the phone was peeling and my battery was perfectly fine!

Very helpful staff. Upfront about what was worth fixing and what wasnt worth it. Wasnt just about making money off us. In fact, in the end they refused payment for the few things they did that ended up simple fixes we could have done ourselves if we knew what we were doing.

Excellent repair shop. They are HIGHLY recommended by me. I took my galaxy s7 edge to get repaired. My phone had a crack in the screen and they replaced it for me. Luckily they had 1 last screen in stock. One of the guys there told me hed check and they had a gold screen. He told me that luckily they had one or it would take 3-5 business days. I read the comment of some guy who said that the phone is not water proof after doing the repair. So I asked the tech and he said that it was true. The phone is not water proof after doing the repair. That no repair shop can put water proof sealant back on because only the manufacturer does that. Obviously, no one is a manufacturer, except Samsung. So he explained to me in detail the repair process and they got the job done. Took about 2 hours. It took a while to get done, but it is better to wait 2 hours than 1 week for my phone to go through insurance and get another phone. Great job guys. Keep it up.

Was going to give them a corporate account for over 300 people and techs that break phones all of the time. Really depended on customer service and help but got nothing.I took my phone in for screen repair and fixed it, however within the 30 days it separated from phone. I took it back and they said it wasnt under warranty. I paid another 100.00 to fix. SAME thing happened within another 30 days. They only offered to re-glue the current screen for 25.00. It is currently separated. I am currently looking for a quality cell phone repair shop that will offer good customer service.Guess who will not be getting this corporate account.Tip: Step out of the box for paying people, especially when it can benefit you in the end !

Ive gone to these guys twice and both times they didnt let me down. The other night I handed over my phone to them asked if they could fix it. Sam explained in great detail the painstaking process they go through in order to fix my damaged S4. If I could give them no stars that would still be to much.Repaired sons S5 active screen due to a crack. After 2 weeks screen went bad. Atempted to charge him another $200 for a screen. Their comment was once they repaired it was not waterproof or even water resistant. Phone hasnt been in water. Admitted that they havent got the same glue to seal it correctly. One would think that on a phone that is designed for water they would attempt to put it back in the same condition. Were not willing to admit any wrong doing but were willing to charge $400 for a phone you can buy new for less. Dont waste your time or money.and ask them is the phone water resistant once they have compiled the work.

Wow, I am beyond happy and satisfied that I found this place. Ive been to at least 3 other cell phone repair stores in Maryland, but none of them even come close to the service I received at Cell Phone Doctor. Their service, their prices, and their quick repairs make them the best cell phone repair business around here. First of all, I was so happy to receive friendly, professional service from the staff there. I explained to them the issues I was having with my broken iPhone, and how I wanted to get it repaired, and have my data transferred to my new Galaxy S8. I was really nervous because my broken iphone had a lot of pictures of my new born, and I wasnt sure if I could recover those pictures or not. Luckily my technician fixed my phone in only 20 minutes, and had the data transfer done in another 10 minutes! I was so amazed at the professionalism, and the quickness of the repair. Not only did my phone look as good as new, but the price was unbelievable! I cannot say this enough, but I recommend cell phone doctor to anybody who has any issue with their phones!

Replaced screen and it did not work.. They then replaced it again free of charge and it has worked fine except the camera.

So, I recently went in to cell phone doctor to try to get my beats by Dr Dre fixed I had two one had its headband broken, and the other one it would not turn on/ wouldnt charge. So about a week before I went in i called and asked what is a estimated price to fix them and the guy said it would be under $100. So I went in and they said they would call me when they found out whats wrong with them . The next day I get a phone telling me that the beats the didnt turn on could not be fixed and I knew that would most likely happen but the other beats they told me that I had to replace the whole frame the guy told me that it would be $ 114 dollars to fix them. Then I asked if they could move the beats that cant turn on which are black and the other one is gold so I asked them could they could move the black beats frame to the gold one and got some bogus. Now i will be taking my business some were else please please what ever you do avoid this place this would be the last place I would ever go to get my devices fixed if you need to get beats fixed just go to apple it may be more expensive but you know it will last longer.- Drayton

I drove to the store on Sunday and went right in with no lines or wait time. I showed them my iPhone 8 plus that had a shattered screen along with a multi color distorted display. I asked them the cost which was $117 to make the repairs. That was the cost at the time I went there,it may be more or less in the future or depending on your model phone. The employee told me right away they would fix it in 40 minutes along with possible outcomes of the fix like maybe having to reset the phone if the phone was locked out. The employee told me also after the fix that they have a lifetime guarantee on the repair as long as it is something not caused by further damage from me. Also, they had my phone fixed in 25 minutes. I would recommend them to friends and family. Thank you for fixing my phone.

Quality work for very low prices. My wife repaired her iphone 6 screen here in less than 30 minutes! Plus the phone looked as good as new and they even cleaned up the dirty areas on the phone. I highly recommend this place, and will definitely be back.

Dude seriously please waste your time going to this location. I emailed them and asked about a phone screen fixing and the got back to me about a week later also said a higher price then when I called. When I called I had to ask if this was cell phone doctor because when I called all the dude said was hello so they are unprofessional. Also when i called about the fixing they said 79.99 but on email said 119.99 yeahs please dont bother going here unless you want prices that are way to damn high or people who are so dumb they cant even answer the phone right in their place of business. Please do not waste your damn time.

This place is very friendly when it comes to cell phone repairs. Very knowledgeable as well. The techs are very quick to repair a phone. usually they are done within 2 hours. I went to a place at Marley station mall and Arundel Mills and they were rude and kept asking each other about simple repair questions. they also took my galaxy s6 in for a repair and took them nearly a week to repair my screen. This place is by far better than anywhere else in Maryland. Very cheap compared to all of the other repair shops nearby.

Was pleased when they fixed my screen that got cracked but after six months the LCD went up and they only offer a 30 day guarantee which should be longer. I think they use refurbished parts and they dont hold up like they should. It was 200 dollars to replace the screen and when it went up they wanted another 200 again to replace their faulty part.

After many falls which didnt damage the phone, a small drop while I was on vacation shattered the screen. 45 minutes and a reasonable fee later, Cell Phone Doctor had it back up and running.

I brought my phone in to replace only the front camera glass, which had shattered. The camera was still operational. After coming back an hour and a half later, they told me they had to replace the whole screen (which was cracked, but I didn’t ask for that to be fixed, because I could deal with it), because the phone would no longer turn on. They had a guy in a white lab coat explaining to me why this was necessary, probably because dumb people trust people in lab coats. Pretty shady practice. Anyway, the option to keep my original screen was off the table, because he had already essentially broken my phone, and I had to pay for the new screen. The new screen works far worse than my slightly cracked one, and I will never use this business ever again. Very bad business practice.

Brought my sons cell phone in to be repaired. They said it could not not repair but had another phone in stock. Cost $300. About 45 days later the wifi stopped working. Could not fix and told me it was motherboard. All Manager offered me $17 off the purchase of another $400 phone with a $60 trade in on phone I just paid $300 for a few weeks ago. The phone was in an Otter case the whole time we had it so I doubt we did anything in 45 days. Poor experience...beware. I’m never going back

I was in a rush to repair my LG phone screen because it was my business phone. Nobody else in the area had the parts, and were also charging way too much. I called Cell Phone Doctor, and found out not only they had the part in stock, but had a much better price! So I went in with my phone, and within an hour or two, my phone was looking as good as new! A buddy showed me his phone after his repair. Wasnt even the right color... they put a black screen on an originally gold S7. The home button looked like it was going to fall out and the screen was separating from the frame. At the 30-day mark, the screen went out. They didnt honor the warranty they said they have and he had to get it repaired again by a different establishment. Thankfully he had it done by someone who actually knew what they were doing. I would NOT recommend this place at all.

This place saved me! I had broken my phone screen and called Verizon to have insurance fix it. They ended up fixing the screen, but it could no longer charge. I was met with a response that I would need to wait 2 days, without a phone because it had died, to get a replacement. I brought my phone here and he figured out what was wrong, and fixed it, within 20 minutes! Will come here next time anything goes wrong with my phone!

They replaced my iphone screen now it constantly freezes dose not react to touch anymore.. They said I got it wet or it needed a screen or manybe a mother board .. phone was fine prior to repair, and then they tried to charge me to check it . Junk over priced China parts. Go to Apple

Called about a price quote to get my phone fixed they said they had the parts and could do it that day for $50. Went in but was told they didnt have the parts and would have to order them and it would take 3 to 5 business days and it would cost $60. Wasted my time that day and changed up the price on me but I gave them the benefit of the doubt so I ordered the parts myself then went back. This time they gave me an even higher quote to fix the phone even with bringing in the parts myself. These guys are scam artists and not even good at it.

Given one price over the phone was then told a different higher price after driving 40 minutes to get the repair done. After getting my laptop fixed it had more issues than before I brought it in. They broke my fan and cracked my screen but when I showed them the damage they took zero responsibility and lied saying the damage was already there. The place is nothing but a den of thieves, liars and cheats. Save yourself the headache and stay away

My family and I had the best experience here! We took our iPhones to repair, and not only was the price so much better than everywhere else, but they quality was great too! We brought in 3 iPhones all together, and received everything back in less than an hour! I could not be more impressed with the level of professionalism, experience, and just great quality service. Management even gave us a discount because we were first time customers, and because we brought 3 phone repairs. I highly recommend Cell Phone Doctor to anyone who has any issues with their phones. I wish i could give it less stars, the staff was incompetent and damaged my phone. They even attempted keeping my SIM card. When fixing a damaged screen they got the actual phone to run 4 times slower, the keyboard freaks out all the time and it overheats constantly. Then they wanted us to pay them again to repair it! We allready spent 130 bucks to repair a 180 phone thats about 3 years old!

I called over the phone & was told the price would be roughly $75 before tax. Went in and was told it would be $89.99 after tax, so first red flag right there. 6% sales tax is not $15. Second issue was that they said I wouldnt have my phone until 1:00 (I came in at 11:00). Went to the repair shop in Marley Station mall. Told me 20 minutes and was only $10 more than cell phone doctor.

I got my phone screen fixed on my iPhone 7 Plus the other day and decided to get my battery replaced as well. Later that night while at work I was FaceTiming my significant other and the phone just shut off with no way to turn back on. Cell phone repair offers life time warranty on screens if not cracked or damaged with water and a 30 day battery warranty so I went back the next day and they thought it was a glitch. They tested the battery charging it up and draining it, it was fine. I left and immediately FaceTimed my significate other and it happened again so I returned. They decided to replace the battery and FaceTime themselves and nothing happened. I FaceTimed my significate other before I left and it happened again so they put my old battery back in and gave me my refund. With my original battery the phone is fine. It may just be because its not an apple battery, size is possibly off or something else but the customer service was fast and friendly. They did do everything they could and when no options were left they returned my money and were very apologetic. So I’m stuck with a fast draining apple phone for now lol
