I have recently been coming here to get my basics after work and have been displeased. Ive worked in the customer service industry myself for decades and this place is very poorly managed. Every visit is stressful because there is always some derelict in the parking lot, or in line that the two foul mouth bad attitude ladies at the register are trying to run off. Bad customers are a problem I understand, but if they are that much of a hassle and are persistent I believe that you are not addressing the problem properly. Perhaps a male employee paired with a female employee would be more adequate in the later hours, just a suggestion. Or a security guard would be a suggestion also because I dont feel it is a safe environment, too many riff raff with that motel behind there.

One block away from the highway. Free vacuums for 5 min (10 AM to 6 PM), plenty of time to clean up a car. Always clean station, spacious, with enough parking for running errands, never waiting in queue to fill up the tank. Exits are on three sides which makes traffic flow easier. Giant reward card may be used here. Two thumbs up!

Good evening, Google Reviews and Local Community. I give this location FIVE STARS! I always go to this location because the people there ALWAYS give OUTSTANDING customer service. I had an issue with one of the gas pumps. I was told to come back the next day and speak to the manager who I learned was Biruk--an outstanding guy personally and a great manager. Biruk solved the issue, and I learned that he is really passionate about serving the community. So for all of you who are living in or passing through this community, check out this business and support. You have my word that this is a great convenient store and remember to FILL-UP your gas-tank(s) while your at it! Stay well!

A great location with three entrances, and a garage. Management is friendly and efficient. There is an ATM inside also. Not sure why it’s always empty.

Theyre employees are always nice and greeting to you when you walk in. One of the cheapest place on Ritchie Hwy for gas plus you can use your Giant reward points.

Stopped in got gas and went home, never went inside

Purchased a car wash from this gas station and afterward found out the car wash was closed. They would not give me a refund but said to go 15 minutes down the street to another location to get one because I’m not usually in this area to use at a later date. Someone should have posted notes to the pumps about the car wash being down

Friendly and pretty fast customer service! I love that they have free vacuums and their carwash prices are pretty decent. This has became my favorite gas station. I honestly try to only use this one, because of the customer service and the fact that they have free vacuums to use is a plus!

Always have what I need

ONLY station I know that serves REAL, shell eggs prepared on a flat top griddle!!! Eggscellent🥚....I mean, after all, it is a SHELL STATION😂. $7 car wash, GREAT customer service. Always clean. Convenient location.

Used Bank card here and Next morning $495.31 coming out of my bank card. Who buys gas for that amount. This aint no aeroplanes. I called my Bank they are investigating..please be careful using your card here.

Cute little market and the customer service was exepctional.

Seems to always be problems with the car wash.Either it is out of order and the store attendants dont know it or if you pay at the machine located at the car wash it doesnt process your payment. I waited in line for over 20 minutes to get my car washed, paid, the machine said it took payment, instructed me to wait for car wash to be free. There was one car in the wash and another in line ahead of me. When the car in the wash finished. the machine instructed me to proceed even though there was another car in fornt of me, well the car in front of me either did not pay for a wash or the machine didnt process their request, they took my wash and I got nothing. I talked to the attendant in the store and received a lesson on how to use the machine. After telling her several times in several different ways it was not a problem with the machine and yes my credit card was charged for the car wash she got a manager. I had to re-explain the entire process to the manager. He gave a a code for the car wash I paid for but did not receive. I now wonder what is going to happen when I go back and try to use the code, will the car wash be working, will the machine not process the order for the car in front of me and they wil get a free car wash again?

Love coming in at night. Ricky is so helpful and so nice and the food is delicious.

This Dash In/Shell is newly renovated and it’s fresh look feels welcoming. I like the location of this gas station and the ease of entry and exit.Inside, the general atmosphere feels nice and inviting with its warm wood accents scattered throughout its neutral background. Restrooms are clean and modern as can be for such a utilitarian purpose.My experience however was not the best when it came to the financial side of things. As I approached the pump to pay for my gas, I selected debit and after the typical prompts for payment I was offered a few options for a car wash. I thought, “Why the hell not?” I scanned the pump for a more descriptive sign that explains the differences in price for the three tiers of car washes and features. I quickly found the sign (or so I thought) for the different types of washes offered, however time had run out on the display and I had to start pumping my gas. I canceled the first transaction and took my time browsing the different featuresI really wanted to try a car wash! So I read the sign, chose the basic for $7, and finished what I was there for. Once completed filling up, a receipt is printed with a unique code valid for 30 days! (Pretty cool!)As I headed towards the back of the building where the car was entry is located, I noticed there are FREE vacuums! Yes, I said FREE! Even if you don’t buy a car wash, if you are a customer, you are welcome to a free vacuum (5 minute limit).My one HUGE complaint is that they put a-$95 hold on your card!! OH MY GOD! Why the bell did I chose to do debit at the pump! WHAT WAS I THINKING?! so basically I am out -$95 for what my bank says can take up to 5 days!!!My advice, don’t use debit at the pump. You’ll be out of $95 for about a week. So frustrating.To sum up, nice clean environment, good perks (free vacuums), but $95 hold on your card is ridiculous. $95 is A LOT of money for some people (ME!)

IT IS DANGEROUS! My husband was almost assaulted this morning (October 17, 2014) when pumping his gas by 2 hooded males (one wearing a Red Hoodie, Khaki pants and a beard), the 2nd male stood off to the side. The only thing that saved my husband was he had to swing the window washing wand at him and then another customer pulled in and the 2 men went over and started knocking on their vehicles window. My husband raced out and was thankful he was not hurt or even killed. I called the station and and they did not care.

Brand new and just opened as a Dash In. I love Dash Ins newer locations...looks great inside, lots of M.T.O food options, and large clean coffee area.

Its alright. Not much of a selection and the pricing is not great but the staff is usually friendly.

There’s always problems with the rewards program at the pumps. Today when I went inside and asked why this always happened, the teller replied that they asked customers to come inside to use their rewards. This is a pain especially on a day like today in the rain. I will take my business elsewhere.

Bank card hacked at this location. Not happy. This was my new gas spot till that happened. Only use cash here.
