Was accused of stealing a large drink by the cashier because I did mobile checkout and she claimed she didnt hear anything. I said thats not my problem thats your issue and showed her the transaction from my transaction history. incredibly unprofessional.

Ugh! I got a medium coffee today and the bottom was covered with coffee grounds. No wonder it was so bitter. Got a mouthful of grounds and promptly threw it away.

Happy now that the new coffee machines keep the coffee hot

They changed the shelves so more space to walk down the aisle. It is clean

Store owner, and its employees constitently refuse to wear a mask while they are working. I have also seen the employees get belligerent, several times with customers who have asked them to wear there masks.

The manager has no mask on! I ordered chicken wings and he used his bare hand (don’t use gloves) to pick up and give me ! Very poor performance.Very poor performance! From this 7-11.
