I went in to buy a sectional, found the one that I liked and paid $1200.00 cash for it; eventhough I couldnt get a set date for delivery. They said 4 to 12 weeks and that I could call to check for updates on delivery. I called about three weeks later and was told that the computer said delivery would be in 2039. Yes!!!! 2039, 18 years from now. I was told to come to the store to resolve the issue. At the store, everyone who checked came up with 2039 as the delivery date and no one was able to justify or fix the problem. I ask for a refund, and was told that I would have to wait for a check to be mailed to me within 21 days. One month has passed and I call today and was told the process takes 2 months. I have no idea of how this supposed to be business is run, but it is definitely not professional. I paid cash, got horrible servce (I must admit that the associated were kind and courteous) and now my money is being held hostage. I may have to go to 5 on your side or some other route. I will never do business with them again; if you call that business.

Preface with I havent bought anything yet. However they a have massive selection of everything. One thing I dislike about furniture stores is the used car sales people feeling and I found the sales people here to be polite and non-hovering. We talked with Angel and if I end up buying I will definitely go back to her.

Stopped by with my wife for the first time yesterday and was blown away by their selection. The store was very organized and Angel, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable! They had everything we needed and the process of purchasing was seamless. Angel even made sure our order was correct when we were ready to check out. She and the rest of the staff were amazing!! Definitely check them out if you’re looking to complete your home!!

Today, we went to Regency to purchase a nightstand for our daughter from the clearance dept. Unfortunately, it didnt go well. After the rep charged my card, she informed me that I couldnt take the merchandise with me because the inventory serial number was not put in the system. Let me repeat that she charged my card first and then told me this bad news. The manager of the store said that there was nothing he could do because the warehouse manager wasnt there. Really?!? We requested a refund and decided to go find another nightstand. The manager said we might run into the same problem with the item not being inventoried. We left the store empty handed. Not happy customers...

Regency furniture is the owner of Ashley and Marlo furniture. Please do not buy anything from Regency, Ashley of Marlo. I purchased a chest in January, after waiting months for it to be delivered (I didn’t get it until March), the sliding door off the chest broke and the customer service refused to repair the door. This is a piece of furniture that I rarely use as it primary use is to store collectible items and the Rep told me I broke the door, which could not be further from the truth. I literally slide the door to one side and it came off the track due to a broken wheel on the door. Please save your money, time, and frustrations. This company doesn’t deserve to still be in business. If I could give it less than a one star I would.

That was very a bad experience with this company. The sales representative was very patient and took his time to explain and helped me with my selection regarding availability of the full set bed I want to buy. I handed up buying one for 2700$ and something However, When it comes to the delivery staff, I could give 0 star I would. Can you imagine, I took a day of from my job and been sitting in the house for the all day waiting on my delivery that suppose to come between 12:00 to 4:00 pm. When I see it almost 4:00 pm and I don’t see them, I called. And then, they picked up and guess what, the receptionist told me that they’re sorry because they’re going to be late. Now, the new arrival is 5:45 pm. Ok I understood that, and I kept waiting patiently for the delivery. When it 10 minutes before the delivery, they sent me a text message saying that the delivery is arriving in 10 minutes. I said ok by smiling because I knew finally I’m goin to have my full bed set. Ladies and gentlemen, Guess what: The Driver arrived at the location, everything is so simple and clear in description I gave for the delivery(Basement et....) the driver called me, and I told the driver I’m coming outside to meet him. I came out 30 seconds just after talking to the driver and the driver just took off, He left😡😡😡. I tough he was going to make Uturn, he never did. They were late and the driver could not wait for me not even 1 minute. That sucks. They make me waste my time, lost my day off, now the schedule me for November 7th, 2021. Let’s see what’s going to be happened again. I’m very frustrated and disappointed.😡😡😡😡😡

I do not recommend purchasing from Regency Furniture. On the date of delivery, not even 1 hour later, I noticed that my furniture was damaged. I called the store manager and the damage department immediately when I noticed the damage. The delivery driver damaged my furniture bringing in my home. The manager told me that they would NOT repair the damage. I will never purchase from a company that does not take responsibility for there wrong actions. Buyers Beware.

If I could do a 3.5 I would. first I would like to share that my experience in the warehouse was absolutely great. Our sales representative was attentive and prop in obtaining the information we needed regarding availability. The cashier was just as professional and checking us out information we needed.However this brings me to delivery. The drivers were almost 3 hours late as they were supposed to arrive before five and then into so until almost 8 pm. There was absolutely no apology when they walked in the house. They came in and tracked all kinds of the freeze onto my carpet and marked on my walls which I had to go back and clean.If I ever said anything again I will request those drivers never come to my house again.

Their prices always fluctuate in store and the never indicate the collection name ... i found the same merchandise on the their website for hundreds less than in store. Today they were having a sale my merchandise came to $2700...$2300 with the sale price. I got the same merchandise on their website for $1500. Trust...they would not have gotten my money at all if i could have foud the set elsewhere. The store is a scam...shop online.

Originally had a good experience in the store. Staff was friendly and not overbearing. We found a couch we really liked and took some pictures to remember and help space it out when we got home. The gentleman that helped us got us all checked out and setup a delivery for two weeks later.The furniture was delivered on time and put together. It was the correct model and color. Signed the paperwork and the guys who dropped it off left.Started to place the couch in the room and realized that we had more room than expected. Pulled up our pictures from the warehouse and found that the couch we were delivered is smaller than the couch we looked at in the store and agreed to purchase.I’m not sure where this disconnect was, but I know that the couch we looked at and thought we were buying is not the couch we were delivered. I do know I should have verified before signing anything but it looked correct initially.On finding out that our couch was not correct, I attempted to contact someone to talk about what we could do. Their customer service department has been closed and when trying to reach the store directly, the phone just rang endlessly. I have yet to be able to contact someone about the issue.I am very disappointed, because everything else had gone so well. I will update this review as I am able to contact Regency and rectify the problem.

Picking out your item and charging you was the easy part. Getting your furniture delivered was apparently the hard part for them. Gave a specific month of delivery just for it to be changed further multiple times. Ended up getting my refund and went to Bobs Furniture instead. Definitely a better choice!!!

Everytime I come I receive great deals which is a plus on top on the great customer service that I receive from the sales specialists, specifically Donnie! I called Regency Furniture to ask a question about a living room sectional I purchased a few years ago and couldnt remember if I had bought the cleaning warranty. Brittany one of the CSR was so wonderful to speak with. She was very pleasant and I could hear her smile through the phone. Great Job young lady!

I placed a order on line in the beginning of August and they told me my furniture wouldn’t be delivered until late November now I get a email stating it will be January when I told them to cancel the order I got the run around I was told they would send a email for it to be canceled and someone would contact me by phone well someone did and they said the same thing they would send a email my advice to anyone looking to purchase furniture don’t deal with Regency they have the worst customer service none of them comprehend English if they don’t refund my money 💰 by the end of the week I will file a law suit

I recently visited the furniture store looking for accent functional pieces. The associate assisting me was so involved in talking about her personal life, she did not mark the furniture pieces I paid for. Anyone that has ever found undamaged of functional pieces in that section knows you need to mark your pieces. Checking out took so, long the loading socks closed. Customer service credited my card with refunds but I really wanted my items.

Bad service. I ordered a product which they told me that I had to wait 8 to 12 weeks a month. I asked if there was an estimated time, they told me July 9 and that from that date in two weeks it would be in the store. I call and they tell me that the product has arrived but they gave it to someone else and they didnt call me or anything and I have been pending. very very bad service

We haven’t received our furniture yet, but had a very positive experience with Angela Smith as our sales rep. We chose and paid for the furniture we wanted and later that day saw it for less on their website. We went back to the warehouse the following week and promptly received a refund for the difference.

We bought several items that included a Curio, Sleeper Sofa, tables and wall décor in June 2021. After waiting over 8 weeks, I started to follow up on the items only to find out the sofa and wall décor were back ordered and for which the Customer Reps had no estimate of delivery. Back and forth I made many calls over several weeks only to find out eventually through my own initiative that the wall décor was discontinued. The catch being Regencys system did not flag it and had I not kept bugging them, none of my items would have ever been delivered until the wall décor was received. And, I already told you it was never going to be received because it was discontinued. To Regencys credit they did agree to refund the cost of that item but only after I insisted and I still had no delivery date for my sofa worked out. They just kept saying each time I called, the next delivery of the sofa is date XX, well call you when we can deliver. UGH! Now it is Oct 2021 and Regency delivered the sofa, damaged, 4 months after we ordered it. My wife and I decided we did not care to wait many more months for a replacement and had the Delivery Team take pictures as proof of the damage. Intent was to ask Regency for a discount to the sofa, for which I did. The Manager that came on stated I signed a waiver and accepted the sofa as-is, and was not going to reduce the sofa cost. I explained the waiver I signed was to keep the Delivery Team from any liability getting the sofa through the door to the room it would reside, not a waiver to the damage the sofa had when delivered. I stated I only asked for reasonable consideration and Regencys Manager stated no discount. I responded, then I will never buy from Regency again. Her response was to rudely hang up on me as I spoke mid sentence. You decide if that is the headaches you want buying there.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! I went into the Brandywine location to look for a sofa. The floor saleswoman was very helpful and helped me decide the sofa I was looking for. Unfortunately, I was told that delivery was 4-8 weeks. They changed the delivery date to the warehouse SEVERAL TIMES. I ordered the sofa on August 16th, I was told on the phone on October 9th, that my sofa will not be in delivered to the warehouse until February 15th. I will NEVER EVER spend money here again.

Took almost 3 months to get my furniture. Turns out the larger piece couldnt fit around a corner to get into my basement. Had to take it back! Wanted my money back to look elsewhere..... was told there would be a 30% RESTOCKING FEE totalling a little more than $600. Of course no one in their right mind is going to give away $600...so youre stuck with finding something else from them. Its early May now.... guess Ill finally get my furniture from them around Halloween or Thanksgiving. I will NEVER purchase anything from them again!!

First they incorrectly mark my items as onsite pick-up after I clearly stated on the date of purchase that I wanted the items delivered to my home. After paying the extra amount for home delivery they gave me a wrong delivery date. After calling on the day of expected delivery they then proceed to tell me that the items were not scheduled for delivery on that date but rather 4 days laters, yet no one informed me of any changes. I call on the new delivery date I was given after waiting nearly the entire day for the delivery and I was then told that the items have not been scanned into the warehouse and that they could be sitting in a delivery truck that just came in. At this point I have wasted two days and I cannot get a straight answer as to when I will be receiving my purchased furniture. This operation is a failure and a unprofessional. There is no reason I should have to constantly call and inquire about my purchase furniture so that I can then get the phone hung up on me for expressing my discontent with their willingness to continue to waste my time. My time is money and the more time I spend not working or taking time off from work the less I get back. I will never purchase another item or do any more indirect dealings with this company again. And I urge anyone thinking to buy from them to go else where, you will all be better of.

On a whim I returned to Regency to purchase some bed frames. Prior to this I purchased two dressers and three chairs. I had the fortune of being assisted by Justin so when I returned yesterday who was one of the first people that I saw.....Justin. He informed me that he had just returned to the store about a week prior so I knew that my timing was not so random. Justin is knowledgeable about the products and offers practical alternatives. He also has a great personality. Look for him when you go.

I checked in at 1pm the person printed out a paper and asked for my phone number. This was put on the same paper they would use to pull my table. I was told it would take 15-20 minutes. 45 minutes pass by and I go in and was told they are pulling it now and then they asked me to wait and that they would call me when it was ready. 2 HOURS go by and I went back in to cancel my order... All of a sudden it was there at the bay door. I WILL NEVER USE ASHLEY/REGENCY FURNITURE ever again. This was a horrible experience. Use your money elsewhere and dont waste it with them!

Ordered and paid over $1800 for furniture and given a lead time of 8-12 weeks. Today is 12 weeks and I call and get a basically we dont know when youll get it. Refuses to let me speak to the salesperson and gives me the number to the Waldorf and that phone doesnt even work. You get the same repetitive options and cant pick a number to make a selection. I agreed to up to 12 weeks but now weve hit that and still no furniture or an idea of when to expect it. Dont think youre keeping $2 grand of my money and not giving it back to me or getting my furniture! Funny part is they dont even seem to mind Im upset or Im questioning where it is.

Hello,We ordered a king mattress and box spring. Our sales associate was Gregory Roberts. Not only did he lie and say that our mattress was in stock but our box springs were not on 6/13/2021 but the store has not been able to locate our mattress either. He said that we could pick up our mattress the same time we pick up our box springs in 2 weeks. It is now July 20th and we went to the store last night (July 19th) and Donnie was very helpful. This morning he was supposed to call me back about switching our purchase since our order WAS NOT IN THE WAREHOUSE. We have not received a call from Donnie so I called the store. They are now saying our mattress has been there the whole time and not sure what has happened.With all that being said, at this point I feel your store is the most dishonest, unorganized and unprofessional store I have ever shopped at! I have no faith at this time that whatever I purchased is there. We were at the store less then 24 hours ago and they said at this time our mattress wouldn’t be there until August!We tried exchanging our order for another bed and just ended up being lied to again.

Wow where to start?Ordered a coffee table that took sixteen weeks to ship. Received after eighteen weeks. No assembly instructions were included. I called the brandywine location at 2:12 p.m. was given several different phone numbers to call. Each call that was answered was immediately placed back on hold. After five phone calls back and forth. I asked to speak to the manager whom which refused to take my call to help assist in the situation. It took me 44 minutes to be told that I must go to Ashley furniture website. Horrible customer service. My delivery was delayed on three separate occasions. You might as well deal with price busters.

My experience at the Regency in Waldorf was not favorable. The lines were very long. I purposely went on a Sunday to purchase donning room chairs. After my sales rep saw the lines, he was no longer interested to ensure I made the purchase. Other reps stood with their customer, mines left. I walked out, and no one followed up after collecting all my information tonsee if I even purchased the chairs🤷🏾‍♂️ Oh well.. I give a 1 star, because I did see the chairs I liked but closing the deal they could not do..

I know the pandemic hit everyone and every company hard but somethings are just unacceptable. My family placed an order with them paid for a third of our purchase up front and financed the rest. Yes we were told weeks up to 12 weeks but it could be sooner we will keep you updated. So we waited and checked in periodically. Called one time and was told half sofa set and a bed was in then another time a bed was in we are still waiting for the other sofa another bed and dining room table mind you we already move to our new home so we had to make do with what we had which is basically nothing ( not there fault just saying) so after 2 months go by we just accepted it will be 12 weeks so for the last 4 weeks we didn’t hear a thing from them we called on the day after the 12 weeks was up and to our surprise we were told our Financing was canceled and none our items was in stock. Very upset we went to the store and of course no manager was available and no one could explain what happened to our stuff. Thankfully someone there had the decency to refund our 3k we paid with out any fuss because if they would have tried to hold our money smh may to lord help them because my girlfriend was furious. Crazy thing is we went somewhere else ordered the exact same stuff for less and received it in 5 days. Take the time to search for what your looking for regency may have the biggest selection but who knows when you will receive it.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. We ordered two couches in December 2020 and was told there would be a delivery time of 8 to 12 weeks. The warehouse finally recieved one of our pieces in May of 2021 but refused to let us pick it up or deliver it. (We paid for both couches and deliver upon purchase in December 2020) We are now approaching July 2021 and I still cant get an expected date for the second couch to arrive to the warehouse not to mention delivering both couches to my house. I was told that corporate would not allow the local store to deliver or let us pick up the couch that they do have.

I just moved to the area from NY. A friend informed me to check out this store. I was greeted by the friendly staff. I was looking for a 2 unit sectional for my apartment and Donnie Washington helped me through the whole process. From start to end everything went perfect I was happy with the deal I got, happy with the shipment from the staff who put my sectional together and I am at peace. I am buying more stuff from this location as the weeks go on.

They also Cracked the furniture and didnt care to pay and said If you dont want it return it there are other people that would appreciate it more that you. The warranty company that regency use GBS is the name of the warranty company did not honor a warranty clam that I purchased through regency. They refuse to honor the warranty clam through regency GBS warranty company that Regency uses GBS will not give me a refund on the remaining on my warranty it’s been 4 1/2 months and all I get is a different story, Regency or GBS the warranty co are not honest people. They take your money and want work with a customer in good Faith At all, Next I must file a consumer complaint with the better business bureau to get help with these dishonest people.

Salesperson was amazing, and we went through all of the different arrangements of sectionals until we found the one we loved. However, we bought this set back in April and was told it will be ready in June. They are still missing a piece and called a week ago. Was supposed to receive it this week, and as I call to check on it I am now being told it wont arrive until the end of July. No one has once called me to go over this, I have had to call them each time.Update: Reached out to the support e-mail address as I was told. Waited 2 weeks for a response, sent another email and the next day was told my furniture was delayed to 7/27 and if anything changed that they would let me know. I called the store on 7/29 because I have heard nothing from anyone, and was told my furniture was delayed again to some time in August. Sent another e-mail asking for help, and a week later no response. What the hell is going on?!?!?!

Furniture is cheaply made and over priced. They send out coupons for 65%off and when u get to the store they tell you its off the full price. Example chair on sale for $529 but full price is $1100 so 65% off that price. And the Furniture is not worth that...sorry I cant go back here...smh

Had an issue originally, was fixed by manager. Appreciate making things right.(only reason for 2 stars) Although the poor customer service and movers damaged my wall and after 4 months I still don’t have a couch. Honestly would not recommend. My walls have not been fixed customer service refuses to update me about anything. Probably contacting a lawyer within the week.

I just saw their commercial on tv and they said they were located in Waldorf MD. No, their warehouse is on the corner of Cedarville rd and rt 301 which is Brandywine Md and the County is Prince Georges. They have a baseball stadium in Waldorf. Im a long time PG County and Brandywine resident, why are you trying to advertise your location being in Charles County and the city of Waldorf. This is such a turn off for me, for its false advertisement. If you are not real with something as simple as this, what are your other business ethics like.

After moving into a new house, my wife and I bought over $8k in furniture from Regency in March. After having delivery delayed for 3 months, we now find out that our saleswoman omitted one of our sons beds from our order. Now they expect us to pay more money and wait who knows how long for a bed they were supposed to order us originally. No thank you! When I called and asked to speak to a manager, they said they would have to take a message and a manager will reach out to me eventually.Update, it has now been 7 months since we ordered our furniture and we are still waiting on several pieces. Our son whos bed did get ordered is still sleeping on the floor with a pile of lumber in his room because one piece of his bed keeps getting delayed. I understand Covid delaying everything but I could have gotten in a kayak and paddled to China and back by now! Wish I could give them zero stars!!

My name is Crystal. I would like to make a complaint about the lack of communication of Regency Furniture employees. My warranty GBS claim was processed in April, I was told that my dresser was on backorder and would arrive on June 3, 2021. As we neared that date I place a call to the Brandywine, Maryland location at the end of May, no one could provide any information on the status of my order. In fact a supervisor was supposed to return my phone call and he/she never did. I ended up calling customer care and was informed that the item would arrive on June 4th, cool. That day comes and goes and no one calls to inform me of anything. I call the Brandywine location again and was told that the June 4th date was an estimation (not true) and that my dresser would not be in until sometime in July. I again had to call customer care and was told that my item would be in on June 15th. This morning I called customer care back because the Brandywine location customer service representative are incompetent. Guess what my dresser did in fact come in and I have not received a call from anyone to come pick it up or pay for delivery. If this is how the company does business I will never purchase a piece of furniture from the company again. Now I understand there has been delays due to COVID, but this is unacceptable.

I wont be changing my rating just because they rightful refunded the delivery fee.If I could leave a zero stars for their delivery service, I would. Regency has the full details of my case and they are completely irresponsible and unresponsive. I will not be recommending them to anyone in the future. It is now past the 72 hour PROMISED response time from Corporate. I have not received a call from anyone. This is the kind of customer service they have to offer and expect people to pay hundreds of dollars, even thousands, for the furniture and on top of the delivery fees. I never got my furniture delivered on the promised day because the delivery men RIPPED the furniture before it even made it into the house. I have video on my security camera how careless the delivery people were. When they took the damaged couch back, they colored the damaged parts with a marker to hide where it was damaged, and then loaded back into the truck. BEWARE! Corporate continues to expect me to pay for the second delivery despite it being the companys fault during the first delivery try. The response time is unacceptable for a refund request that has had to be escalated and approved. Management is keeping quiet in hopes that I will forget or just let it go. That will NOT be the case. I will make sure that anyone I talk to knows to never purchase furniture from Regency. This is unacceptable and service is NOT being provided to PAYING customers.

If your item is not on the floor for you to take home with you the same day, DO NOT BUY! Went to the warehouse to buy livingroom and dining room furniture back in May. 4 months later, still waiting on several pieces. Partial items were delivered on the scheduled date 7/28, only to find out that 2 additional items were not available on the delivery date, notified by text only. Regency did not even think to follow up with the missing pieces after delivery, called multiple times to reach the warehouse to check on the status but no one hardly picks up. I didnt get any response back until I posted a complaint on the Better Business Bureau site. Even at that, a manager reached out to confirm that the pieces are still not available at the warehouse for delivery and they dont have a set date for delivery but will reach back out when they have an update in August. No calls again until we reached back out to Regency on 9/8, only for them to say that the items COULD possibly be available in the warehouses on 9/9, if not then 9/28. Customer service is definitely not their strongest suit, neither is communication and delivery. Once you commit to buying items from this store and theyve secured your payment, everything else goes down the hill from here. Lessons learned!UPDATE: Finally got the delivery of the remaining 3 pieces on 9/30. Glad the ordeal is over.

I purchased my furniture in October 2020 and still haven’t received my furniture. They never call to update me and when I call I never get an apology for inconvenience. I paid all of it up front and was told I should expect a call to choose a date to deliver by November 2020. I called in December 2020 and was told my furniture wouldn’t be ready till January 2021. I called in February 2021 and was told I’ll get a call to pick my delivery date in the next two weeks. It’s not March 2021 I called this morning now I’m told it won’t be ready till May 2021. I would give this place negative stars if I could. This has been by far the worst customer service experience of my life. I purchased a sectional from you and an extended warranty. From day 1 the couch was delivered broken. It had a giant gap in between the couch and the chaise. We have had 3 different people from the company come out to inspect the couch and all 3 have taken pictures and submitted reports stating that the wood on the chaise is warped and it was a manufacturer defect and should be replaced. You have some come back twice to pick up the couch and today it was redelivered and STILL broken. The delivery men spoke with their supervisor and they left with the couch. Its been months and months and we are missing half a couch. With the money we paid for the couch and the extended warranty, we should not be fighting since day 1 to replace it. I try to call customer service and after waiting no less than 30 minutes, I get disconnected or I give them my info and Im hung up on when being transfered. My next step is to contact the BBB and take Regency Furniture to court. Its sad that I even have to do this. I need someone to contact my ASAP to make this right. I would like a new couch/chaise or my money back so I can buy a new couch elsewhere. Enough is enough.

Don’t waste your time! They’ve had my money since November 7th and every time I call I get a different date of when my item will be available, and an attitude. Paid $1300 for what?!. I told the last representative that I’m no longer interested in the product and she told me I’ll have wait until the end of the week to speak to a supervisor. Reporting them the better business bureau. Customer service is trash and I want my money back! I would never ever step foot back in the store after the cancel this order.

Purchased furniture 2 months ago and was told 6-8 weeks delivery. I called 2 months after purchasing and was told due to one item they were holding my furniture until the end of December when that was the next estimated delivery date.. that would be another 2 months. I canceled the item and they gave me $200 less than what I paid. I had my husband return with receipt and debit card in hand showing what was paid they still would not honor what was charged to my card, instead they said for me drive an hour out of my way and they MIGHT refund it. I highly do not recommend!

I bought a bed for my son in July 2020 and the bed broke 2 months . Now customer service is giving me the run around. Sent pictures twice, and rep always says someone will be in contact. 2 weeks later, called customer service again and was told my pictures were never reviewed. Now we are still waiting to see if this bed frame will be replaced. Weve had to stack things under the bed just so the kid can sleep in it. I will never purchase from this store again. Worst store I have ever purchased from. Everything looks nice in store but falls apart when you get it home then nobody wants to talk to you called a dozen or more times managers tell you will call you back never do. Tell you tough luck better luck next time furniture don’t last 7 months come on man. Put a extended warranty on your stuff and they tell you call them well they kick in after a year so tape everything together and hope it lasts till your warranty kicks in. Tell all your friends and family stay far away from these crooks they should be shut down and arrested. Corporate can’t even be contacted so that should be the first indication I guess. I hope this company goes bankrupt before any other hard working people get taken like my family did.

Bought a couch and loveseat early February 2021. Was told it would be delivered by the end of March. We called mid-March, and long story short, was told our order/delivery was delayed until April, May, June (date kept changing; we called multiple times these past 3 weeks). The loveseat was holding up the order.Partial delivery was allowed, but we would had to pay extra because theyd have to make two trips. We didnt want to wait any longer and didnt really need the loveseat. So we decided to go in and cancel the loveseat to accelerate the delivery of the couch, knowing theres a 10% cancellation fee, because we were still in the 12 week window. This was about 1/3 into April.Upon arriving, we talked to Hamid. Talk about a coincidence... our loveseat somehow arrived the same day we came in to cancel it (just yesterday the estimated time was June). We were still in the 12 week window and the loveseat arrived at the store, but we still wanted to cancel the loveseat. Hamid allowed us to cancel the loveseat FOR FREE (no cancellation fee) despite the loveseat already being delivered to their warehouse. (They have furniture delivered to their warehouse, then they deliver the furniture to their customers from their warehouse.)We initially got free deliver because we placed the order when they had a promotion going on. Unfortunately, if we cancel the loveseat, we wouldnt have spent enough money for the free delivery promotion. Hamid allowed us to pick something else out so that we still met the free delivery threshold, even though the free delivery promotion window had ended. We picked the ottoman that goes with the couch we purchased.Afterwards, Alana took care of us with redoing our financing, since the order changed. We were able to finally schedule a delivery date for next week (ottoman was already in stock). Both Hamid and Alana were very nice and the customer support was excellent. They broke their own financial rules/contract in favor of us, the customers.My girlfriend did not have a great time with a couple of different regency furniture agents when calling multiple times, so I almost gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars, but todays experience made us both quite happy, so we decided to give this store 5 stars! Shoutout to Hamid and Alana.PS: If you need customer service, go into the store, dont call. Chances are you will get great service in the store, but not over the phone.

I have ordered two things a bedroom set on Aug 22 and living room couch on Sept 19. Its October 17 and I have called multiple times for updates. No one has every contacted me with a timeline. I have always reached out. I keep getting the same excuse because there is a pandemic that my furniture being produced is behind. For my bedroom set I was expecting to have it by the end of September when I first called. Then when i called for an update they pushed it back up November. Then when I ordered my couch I called the very next day they told me Mid October. I called them today now they are telling me November. This place is awful about the timeline and turn around. I am very disappointed when i called customer service they make the time line sound like not so much of a big deal. I have spent thousands of dollars on furniture that is not here. Unless you are willing to buy something off the display it sounds like nothing is ever in stock only if you are willing to move it. I highly recommend that if you are serious about purchasing do your research. The prices in the store vs online are also different as well and the sales associates were just looking for a sale.

I cannot believe the lack of customer service in this place. I had to re-select because the love seat was taking months to be delivered and so I decided to cancel and reselect. When I came to re-select the manager canceled my order and told me no refund. The manager was extremely rude and I’m appalled by the level of disrespect!!! I hope if anyone sees this in time do not buy anything from this store. They only care about making a huge sell rather than making the customers happy. I am reviewing Regency Furniture for the terrible followup in service. the last several weeks we have been ghosted by regency furniture. Like most companies they will promise you the world and treat you like a King or Queen until the sell is made. However its the little things that make the Great companies great. We purchased over Three thousand dollars in bedroom furniture from Regency. Well the furniture arrived on time. The installers, installed everything, but on the way out of my home the techs knocked the brand new Google Nest thermostat off the wall. I saw them do it, but all i said as they attached the thermostat back to the wall. Sir, if the system does not reinitialize i will have to report this to your company. I tried to restart the system, but due to them knocking the thermostat off the wall it broke the thermostat completely as well as triggering a burn out of the fuse within the furnace. the home is a new build, we tried to get the warranty company to fix it, but this damage as you would agree was not caused by failure of the system. The damage was caused by the delivery agent knocking the system of the wall. So i reached out to Regency. I was referred to the property damage department. I followed their instructions and sent pictures of the damage as well as a video of the HVAC technician replacing the whole unit. Since its been frigid and we didnt want to freeze, we had to pay Breeden HVAC $395 dollars to have a tech come out and replace the whole Nest thermostat. Frustrated but trying to be patient, after two weeks I went to Regency in Brandywine. I spoke with the manager and he agreed with me and said it would be taken care of. To this date over a week since the chat with the manager we still have not received reimbursement of the funds or even just a simple call saying we are processing the payment. I spoke with the delivery tech when they damaged the thermostat, he even gave me his name, which i will with hold from this review for his privacy, and his personal number which i will not put in this review. The worst of it, was that when i spoke to customer service, the delivery tech stated that he did not knock the thermostat off the wall. i was more offended, that by saying he did not knock it off the wall, so in essence I am being called a liar. We work hard, we just purchased our home and wanted to spoil ourselves with a new bedroom set. Regency furniture has made our first delivery to our new home a huge disappointment. i am writing the review hoping that this will finally get Regency Furniture attention and they will call for the first time and ask how can we help.

They kept delaying the delivery of my furniture and after waiting 5 months I was told to come and pick out something else or get a refund. Was promised to be refunded the delivery fee since all of my furniture wasn’t delivered and that wasn’t honored !!
