OMG! I just Had the most delicious cup of iced coffee I have ever had. It was wonderful and I will be getting it again! As always the bagels are delicious. Service is great - love this place!

This was my first time at this location. The four cheese bagels are yummy. Nice location in Glen Ellyn. Bagel avocado with bacon was good too.

I had the please if buying bagels at open the staff were ready and sharp to task with smiles and info.. I was impressed by the young staff working so early and being so well taught it showed the GM had high standards of service its fantastic. I ordered on the app for curbside pickup. I arrived at the time frame my order would be ready at and waited 10 minutes. I then called the location twice with no answer, waited 5 more minutes, then left without my order.

Ive been going to this Einsteins for about 20 years. They have great service and food. Theyre super close to the train so Ill grab a bagel if Im going downtown or picking up my husband from the train. They also have fantastic lunch sandwiches and desserts.

The became our covid vaccine breakfast location. Got breakfast there both times we went to DMG down the road. The Nova Lox is ridiculously good. Need to go back, but no vaccine this time.

I went in for a cup of Caribou Coffee (something I surely miss).. The owner/manager was amazingly kind. We had a great conversation about the coffee and he made it extra special experience to have come in. I will coming back routinely.

I usually stop in every Monday morning. Today they were absolutely swamped, yet as usual, they made me feel like I was a priority and treated me like family. I love the crew that works at this location. If you want a good bagel, even if youre on the run, this is a place to go!

For the record, i dont know ANYONE who orders their bagels untrusted unless they plan on toasting themselves later. When customers order a bagel with cream cheese on it, you should toast it.

I love this place. I’ve been coming here since I was a little kid. I’ve never had a problem with the workers being rude or anything. They treat everyone with nothing but respect and kindness and that’s hard to come by these days. They do an excellent job managing. Sure they aren’t perfect but who is? I love einstein’s going along with great employees... the food is amazing. My favorite drink is the strawberry banana smoothie :)

Me and my bf ordered the brunch box. The only good thing out of that box was the twice baked hashbrowns. Everything else literally tasted like nothing, it is very very very plain. And for the cherry on top it gave me diarrhea! The brunch bagels are a joke you eat them in 2 bites and they call that a meal. The other 2 items that come with the brunch are DESSERT items. Blueberry muffin was great but the crumb cake and the coffe cake muffin are coated with too much crumbs that it literally burst into pieces when I took a bite. Evanstan location is clearly only the best location of Einstein Bros.

Try to put baked items in smaller paper bags instead of just chucking them into a big one. Also when handing out sandwiches, please consider placing them in a paper bag. It’s exhausting having to ask every time.

I stopped in for a box of bagels for a meeting. This was my first time in in Einstein Bros bagels, it was what was requested. As soon as I walked I noticed the relaxed atmosphere missing from Starbucks. The people were friendly and relaxed. Ill need to go back and check this place out in some more detail.

Food was amazing :) dont be deterred by the unneighborly and unsociable staff. Worth a visit!

I miss living near an Einstein! I stopped in yesterday for a French toast bagel with cream cheese before catching a train and LOVED IT! Also the guy at the front counter, probably the manager, was super friendly and upbeat. I loved stopping in!

My go to in the morning when I need a quick stop. Everyone there is very nice and now that Im sort of a regular, they pretty much know my order before I give it...but never take that for granted. Just a nice feel good place to go to before a day at work.

I am a long term customer and will continue to be because the staff keeps impressing me. I can see there are many things to juggle. A long line of customers with varying orders requires on the spot preparation of orders and upkeep of the the hot staple items of bagels, soft drinks and coffee. Elena is directing staff with efficiency and professionalism that inspire ME to be a better manager to MY staff back at work. Thats much more than I expected to get when I walked in for a Sunday coffee! Thanks for the inspiring service!

My first Bagel experience. Had a delicious jalapeno bagel with cream cheese which tasted so good and a strawberry banana smoothie(artificial flavored). They have a wide range of bagels like chocolate, plain, blueberry, onion, poppy seeds, spinach, bagel sandwiches etc Beverages are concerned they have tea, latte, hot chocolate, mocha, cappuccino. The staff here was really friendly and served me with love. Gave a good start to the day.

I walked here for breakfast today with a friend. I noticed the selection of baked pastries has increased! I caressed the individual chocolate chip coffee cake and flirted with the marshmallow bars as I ambled by. The staff were very helpful by giving me a number of menu selections with the smoked salmon I wanted. I dream about the fresh squeezed orange juice; its available in two sizes. Plenty of seating.

Amazing staff. Especially the manager. Never had a bad experience here been coming for years. In fact this is where my grandpa used to buy us Bagels every week when I was a kid. Coffee refills are only a dollar fifty so long as you bring your own cup. BYOC is much better than BYOB :-)

Glen Ellyns always been my favorite town in the west burbs and this is just one of the many reasons that make it the best. If you like bagels, you cant go wrong with this place. Avi and everyone else who works there are just lovely.

I love Einstein Bagels, especially the lox and cream cheese on the Everything Bagel. This place made the typically great bagel that you find at Einstein Bagels.Then the owner (manager?) came out and cleaned off the tables and used the same cloth to clean the chairs before proceeding to the next table with the dirty cloth. Doesnt anybody realize the filth, farts, and fecal matter than reside on chairs? Ive seen this at other restaurants and it immediately turns my stomach so that I wont go back.Wishing I could have given a five star rating.

Less options then COD’s tiny on campus location.On top of it they were out the cream cheese I wanted. (Main reason I came)Were out of decaf.You have to order and pay in two different spots.Not very efficient process of getting orders out.It’s a one and done for me at this location.

Fantastic service and fresh coffee. Breakfast bagels are alright, but I wish my egg didnt come out of a plastic tub warmer. For the staff on hand, I suppose you do the best that you can, maybe thats Einsteins new operating procedure. Either way, worth a stop for bagels and coffee before a day in the city.

This location skimps on the lox. I ordered bagel and lox for a whopping $8 and I barely got any lox. I went back to the counter and complained, the woman originally told me more lox was extra. Then the manager took my bagel and piled on the lox. So I give them three stars instead of two. The bagels themselves are great....

Love my lox and bagel. However, as a first timer in this Einstein Bagels I was quite disappointed. First in the line waiting to order, the second was the box holding my lox and bagel that was smeared with someones ordet. Unfortunately, I had already left the shop and found the mess on my box and my hand. Thank goodness, inside the box my lox and bagel made a delightful breakfast the next morning. I wish I had at least taken a picture.

Its good service but Ive been there only 2 times because its 15 min drive from my home and the I keep forgetting to ask to slice my bagels and the cashiers dont bother to ask thats the only problem other then that its a nice place

The bagels are great but I was surprised to taste the sandwich bagels and lived mine. They cook a great egg, cheese and chicken on a bagel. I like the ambience of the store. Free Wi-Fi. Good hangout.

1st time at this place, food was not bad. The tables were dirty, the booth seat was ripped. Cups and napkins underneath the tables. Plus the restroom smelled like sewer. Customer service seemed like they were there forcefully.

Breakfast sandwich choices surprised me, and with coffee, did not disappoint.

I dont know if it was just the time that I had went but it was horrible. My bagel was somewhat uncooked and rubbery. They were out of creamer, out of tea, out of every bagel except 6 and very ill-prepared.

Friendly staff, much faster service compared to the other option just south of this place.

An ok ham & Swiss sammy, decent coffee plus a 15 minute wait for a cheddar jalapeños bagel (after the sandwich was delivered) with no explanation despite reasonable attempts to communicate. All for the low, low price of $25. Staff pissed my wife off today so back to Starbucks next time.
